The park manager is amazing!!!!Love living here.I feel like Kayce goes above and beyond for the residents. Truly blessed.

The Park is nice and quiet and peaceful I think, not a bad place to stay and live alone so I will give it a 3 rating out of 5stars

It a good place to live and everyone is down to earth and the owner is a good guy to rent from

How much is the rent .. and deposit

They only allow small dogs. I really liked how quiet it was but, since they dont allow large dogs( a Labrador) I didnt move there!

Not to sure just dropped off tools to someone who was fixing a trailer

Decent mobile home layout. No grocery close, accessible to the city of Norman and okc as it sits right of three highway 1 mile south of highway 9

Needed a shorter lease term to park the RV while house is being built, and the shortest was 3 months. The lady that answered the phone seemed irritated that she even had to take the call. Not friendly at all.
