Nice trails and nature center. Have a secluded picnic on the White river, access to white river.

I love this place! The staff is terrific! I love the trails, and the history of Strawtown. It becomes a more special place, when you learn the history.

The nature center and archeological area at strawtown are awesome for all ages. They have great little crafts for our younger children and my husband and I can take turns walking around and learn something new. They also have great bird, butterfly, flower, etc guides for the area.

This is a great park for Indiana history and to hike, bike, or run the trails. Very peaceful, nice to get away from all the hub bub of the city! If you love archeology, you have got to visit the Taylor Center here. Nice staff!

Has school field trip written all over it....thats a good thing.

Beautiful horse trails!!! Walk under trees from 100+ years ago. History center focused on items, tools and such, from a time when Indians were living on this piece of property. Bike, walk or run...a must visit in Hamilton County Indiana!

For anyone interested in the history if Hamilton county or central Indiana this archeological site is a must. The programs and staff here are a treasure to those in the area and should a destination point for anyone wanting to know more about the folk who lived here before.
