I LOVE this place, it is so interesting and cool to be in something so historical to Noblesville and to be “locked” in the jail cell! I loved visiting when I was a boy scouts and I have enjoyed visiting every time since. Keep up the great work!
I think this museum is permanently closed. I went there three different times and the museum was closed. I tried Thursday/Friday/Saturday on mornings and afternoon and it was closed every time.
Indoor lodging its not. But if you live in Hamilton county its a fascinating hour or two of local history
Fun and interesting place, so glad we stopped
Anyone even remotely interested in history should DEFINITELY stop by.Awesome gem in the middle of town. Beautifully restored property. It is the Sheriffs Residence, so in addition to get a peek into the residence of the era, you get to see the actual jail cells! Charles Manson once stayed in this jail.We took the kids (8 and 12) and they were really into it.It is run off donations and does not charge admission. Definitely think people should make the effort to visit! The woman working was the perfect attendant. She was informative and kind. She also made us feel comfortable to meander through each room.
Dedicated staff. Great asset for the County. And in a gorgeous building too!
Very interesting. Im glad I checked it out.
Nice daddy not very impressive might spend an hour there and not much more than that.
It was worth the trip there from Muncie
Great historical site
Great tour with lots of great Hamilton County history.
Cool museum
Been here on Thursday and Saturday and closed both times. Hours say open 10 until 5. Why have it if its not going to be opened.
