A beautiful new neighborhood park, situated adjacent to the Essex County courthouse in Newark, N.J. Excellent for enjoying the weather and people strolling, and gathering.

I like to have morning run here. Its not crowded, just several cars passes through and nice view.

Simple - 2 outside laps is approximately A mile. Clean and considerably safe as it is placed outside the sheriffs department.

It was very nice, its a landmark. It was roped off . At the time I visit. It may be open now.

I grow up going to this park. I truly love it. Its a beautiful park and Im grateful I can share this park with my children.

Rear of New Jersey Superior Court house, beautiful renovation. The park is a nice place to relax, have lunch, read a book or simply just sit back and enjoy nature.

Park has been upgraded throughout years.the playground area is large the park itself is large with two tracks with exerciae stations throughout and at one end of the lake a cafe inly downside is goose cap everywhere

Pro: Best recreational park of Passaic city, the beautiful lake is the catch eye anytime, beauty boathouse with a simple menu and ice-cream, many paths and streets perfect to walk, run, play and outdoors activities. Great playground for kids and some water place for those really hot day. At nights the reflection of the lights of the boathouse in the lake makes the view magnificent.Con: There is not any boat in the boathouse

Great playground for older and younger kids. Even has a small section of water park in the summer. Great for roads for walking and running with little amount of cars that pass.

Spent my life in this park. It has always been a great park to walk and get away. They are always adding new equipment and park structures.

A nice park. The city is in middle of renovating it. Nice little creek turning into a lake, nice bike bath/walking path.

Not much available in Winter. Great stop in season. There is much work being done on Pond & all should be FANTASTIC in season.

This is just a really nice park. I recommend walking on the Passaic Avenue side as a little trivial walk becaue it is cool to see the plaques planted in front of each tree. They were pre ww2 so it is noteworthy to see they are named for The Great War as nobody could imagine there would ever be another World War.
