Vefy nice theater, always clean with really comfortable recliner seats. Today there was Melissa, myself and one other guy in the theater. The place was empty. People the theaters are open again with the seats socially spaced ! Go to the movies! Have fun ! Hope to see you there.

I havent been to this Theater in awhile. My Wife and I had a great time seeing a Very funny movie. I had a little problem waiting extra long for my Hotdog.... but the staff made sure we were satisfied, so they brought our food to us... right to our seat!!

Went to see Black Panther with my wife today. Excellent movie!! We were the only ones in the theater. Very clean and the employees were very courteous.

Because I watch the Spider-Man movie with my granddaughter Trina for my 65th birthday it was great we had Munchies we had sodas and popcorn my favorite, and I had my G-girl next to me, 65th birthday I wont forget. Jess

It has a small arcade. (Which is great!) They also have a wide variety of food. The drinks are massive for their sizes! (Also great) I love going to this movie theater!

It was a nice place. It had games and stuff to do on both sides of the cinema. The place was clean. There were leather recliners in the theater with a little table and cup holder in each chair. Prices are high, but they are everywhere. Very comfortable setting.

Love the place- great prices and the seating is so much better since the remodel. I just wish the food and beverage area were laid out better so the lines wouldnt be so long. Also perfectly laid out in Peoples Plaza in Glasgow, where you can do just about anything you want- shop, eat, etc.

$4 ticket got the Dark Phoenix with the Atom app.Big screen with comfort seats, plenty of parking lots. Located at Peoples Plaza. Convenient location from Newark, Bear even MD area.

Been attending this theatre my whole life, Ill always love it here. The staff improves every year and the reclining seats are so comfortable. (I have trouble not falling asleep because of how comfortable the seats are)

The theater is super clean and nice. The seating is amazing. And I havent been to the movies in a while so being able to pick your seats is an awesome feature.

I honestly forgot that this place had even existed until a coworker mentioned it. Its turned around sooo much! I couldnt stand it before the remodel. Dont rightly know when it happened, but Im so happy that I was told about this place again. Looking forward to my next trip there!

Great place. Seats have alot of leg room.Prices are about the same as other in the area. If you order food it take time to get it.So you need extra time for it.

So I didn’t even know they updated this theater. But it the seats were I guess the new standard now. Plenty of space between rows. Super comfy seats. Reclining of course and you pick seats when you get your ticket. I guess the best part is that now everyone goes to the mall, so this theater isn’t crowded AT ALL!

Clean theatres. Super comfy seats with tray. If you are at all tired, careful about making yourself too comfortable in the seat, youll miss the movie...

Saw Frozen 2 with my granddaughters and husband. Theater was clean and we love the reclining seats. Also like that we get to select our seats so if we arrive at the last minute there is no problem with sitting together.

Good theater overall with okay service. But let me tell you something, I ordered buttered popcorn and approximately 30 mins after eating it I began to feel nauseous. It’s hard to determine if it’s the popcorn or the butter. But I’d say it’s the butter because stuff that isn’t good for you usually tastes horrible which the butter did. Right now I have a little stomach ache with gas. I would recommend trying this theater out but Just sneak food in because guess what, the prices are utterly ridiculous and absurd for what the food really is.

We enjoyed it. The people running the concessions were friendly, courteous and quick. The only bad thing was that it wasnt very busy so they didnt really check on the patrons watching the movie. Unfortunately we had to deal with a small group In the back throwing their snacks.

Nice theater. But if you are going to see a movie and want any concessions, make sure to arrive at least an hour before the movie starts!! Staff takes forever on tickets and concessions. Would be 5 stars if they had at least one competent person working there...every time we go, the staff is oblivious and seem like they are still in training or have no idea what to do. All the staff walk around looking lost and confused. Staff is very unhelpful and take a ridiculously long time to do anything (fill drinks, get popcorn, take orders, ticket purchasing, and especially helping any unlimited members with tickets). Staff does not seem to understand how unlimited pass works, as I always have to explain to them how it works. Every person looks like they are a deer in the headlights and service is extremely slow. Please hire people who are capable of performing the tasks at hand and provide good training! They all seem to lack proper training in customer service and food service.

Very nice and comfortable seating. Each seat was reclinable and had its own table that was adjustable to give you a place to place your food and a cup holder for your soda, so, you dont have to have either in your lap. Screen and sound quality was great too.

Decent movie theater,reclining chairs with tables. Pretty clean inside theater.Sound is little low so you can hear everyone around you speaking and eating popcorns. Could have better surround system.Would give 5 stars but i give 3 stars because of lady name KAYLA working in food and drink court. She messed everything that we ordered,really unpleasant,didnt say even hi when we arrived,she just looked at us waiting to say everything that we want. Looks like she hates her job or she is just racist. She was really slow,asked me about my drink but poured same drink in all cups and nobody told her to do that. All other guys were great. Manager should talk little bit with her but overall all other guys made our experience great. Entertainment center inside,good fpr kids. Restrooms were clean.

Nice big parking lot with plenty of parking and handicapped spots. Arcade games in the lobby to enjoy and a ramp going to the ticket booth where the cashier shows the available seating. You can go sign up for the rewards and get specials. The food concession stand has a variety of food. The pizza was good, cinnamon buns were chewy, popcorn delicious, fries were good, we got a small water and monster drink....they have complimentary cups. The seats are reclining with cup holders and swivel tray holder. The sound effects were awesome and clear. Movie was clear and exciting. Good for a nice evening out,date night, catch the matinee or Tuesday specials. Getaway and go there!

It is nice place to go the seats are very comfortable. The sodas and popcorn are a little pricey That is why a gave a 4 star there should be a discount when you buy both the popcorn and soda. You might sell more of them.

Love the reclining seats and the leg space. plenty of parking as well, my only complaint is sometimes Ill come in when its busier and there wont be enough workers at the concession stands to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I have been late for the start of a movie because if this before.

A great movie going experience. Starts with the smell of fresh popcorn that greets you immediately entering the building. Something that I havent experienced since I was a child. The friendly customer service you experience from the box office to the concession stand to the ticket taker.The popcorn tastes fresh and better than any other theater in the area.Then the luxury recliners you get to relax in during the movie is state of the art.Prices seem slightly higher than other local theaters, but worth it.

Extremely rude staff. Waited quietly and patiently for staff to wait on me. No one was in line but me. They were having their own conversation with someone who seemed to be in break and although I didnt interrupt when they finally got around to me I was met with some sort of annoyed attitude. I couldnt stand the girls bad attitude any longer so I bought my tickets online in my car before returning to the establishment. The redeeming factor was the seating... Popcorn was cold

Went here the other night and I’ll defiantly be coming here more often and eventually sign up for the regal membership. Much better theater than Cinemark Christiana where people are disrespectful, talk during the movies and pull their phones out.

This theater has been a staple in my life and its been very cool seeing it progress in quality rather than degrade. Ive only had a couple bad experiences here with staff but thats nothing compared to the amount of great experiences.

As if ticker prices skyrocketing werent enough: they serve some absolutely terrible food here. Dont bother - its much worse than even a standard fast-food restaurant. Id even say its below the level of a 7-11: it is that bad. On top of it all, the theater is medium from a cleanliness aspect. Customer services is about the only bright spot, with all of the people I had interactions with quite friendly, competent, and helpful.

Clean, nice although not the most knowledgeable staff, love the small super cozy theater feel. Seriously like leather recliners. Its awesome, as usual for the industry their concessions are insanely priced but a good experience.

My mom and I went to see Aladdin. The lady at the ticket booth was very nice she helped me find comfortable seats for both me and my mom.The bathrooms were clean and the staff I met were very nice. I even found out I still had a regal Crown Club membership and I got the discount.I will definitely come back to this movie theater again.

Comfortable quiet, got to enjoy multiple movies at this location. Has a decent game room for younger kids! It is clean and safe. Can recommend also prices are about the average of any film locally if not cheaper.

This Regal Cinema location has a game area that gives you something to so while waiting for a movie to start. The drinks & snacks are pricey but thats to be expected at any movie theater. The seating is extremely comfortable I like that all of seats are electric recliners that can recline all the way back, with a little swivel table that you can move around and a cup holder in the table. Its just as comfortable to watch a movie there as it is to watch in the comfort of your own home. I love that they have a membership now to where you can pay monthly to watch unlimited movies at the theater. The only downside is it gets a little cold in there so I suggest bringing a small blanket.

Wonderful theatre. I always love visiting while in the area to watch the latest movies.

With everything changing to be able to pay, order, and even check-in right from mobile, this theater was a great experience for taking my kids to the movies. There were hardly any wait times for anything and there were no hassles when ordering concessions or seeing our movies.

Worst experience to simply get a movie ticket. Stand in the very very slow concession line to purchase your ticket bc they are marketing the food, horribly long wait. Or you can pay a ticket fee to buy on line. Typing as I wait in the line for over 10 minutes now. They get you both ways.

Great theater. Doesnt seemed to get packed as much as it used to years ago before the one at Christiana Mall opened. Still a fun place to hangout and play games before the movie and has very clean showing rooms, and comfy recliners.

A wonderful young lady helped us at the window.She was very patient with us, trying to pick the sits.The sets are reclining sets, very comfortable.We did not go the the constitution stand.Only thing did not get a star was the bathroom. Was very messy paper on the floor. Pee on the floor.They should have someone just go in every hr just to check it.Other then that great time..

The upgraded seating is very comfortable, try not to fall asleep if you use the recliner.

Not very good this time. The movie started and ran for 5 to 10 minute when a large group of small children came marching in and filled the back two rows. Because things had already started and the room was dark in the movie was running the adults that were supposed to be supervising the children were largely unable to quiet things down. Now when we go to the movies and notice that the last two rows are blocked out we will know to choose another film.I would have liked the theater to tell us that there were going to be a large number of young children in the theater so that we could have made that decision before we were kind of locked in.

Arcade is great for a quick hour of fun ! Dont even have to see a movie and the little ones are still happy.

The recliners have made this a really good theater, they are roomy and comfortable. I think the sound system was upgraded as well. You are able to choose your seat when you buy your tickets which is helpful.

Where to start? First of all, when they advertise a large popcorn and large drink combo (just popcorn and soda - nothing else) for $20, you know the prices are outrageous. They also offer a 3oz. bag of M&Ms, that you can buy in a box at Wal-Mart for 98 cents, for just under $5. They also dont sell Goobers - what movie theater DOESNT sell Goobers?!?Second, when buying your movie ticket and picking your seat, the stadium layouts are extremely deceptive. I always sit two or three rows from the back because that usually gives me the best view of the screen, so thats the seat I picked (this was in theater #9). What I didnt realize is that the screen was only about 30 feet wide, and sitting in the whole back half of the theater was like watching a drive-in movie from outside the fence. These are the only theaters Ive ever been in where the first three rows of seats in the theater are the best seats in the theater!Lastly, dont worry about getting there on time for the movie. My showing was supposed to start at 2:30PM, but didnt start until just a few minutes before 3PM, because they played well over 20 minutes of previews.This is NOT a theater I am ever going back to!

They redid the inside of the movie theaters. They have comfortable chairs that recline. Not much of a place to bring a date for public sex anymore

Regal 17 has upgraded to the comfy reclining chairs that newer theatres have. Sound and picture quality was good. There are games in the lobby to keep kids busy and happy before a movie starts.

I come here at least a dozen times a year. Never had any issues here. Much better since they updated the seating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to see a movie.

Its a nice theater. Last time were there, they had an issue at start of a movie. The manager apologized and gave everyone a past or future movie of their choice. Very proactive.

10 years ago this was the only theater in the area. Now, there are so many other and better options. Unless this theater changes items below, I probably wont ever come back. Other theaters in the area are so much nicer.Positives:- Comfortable Seats- Good Selection of Movies- Lots of nearby dining options.Needs Work:- Entry process is aweful. See details below.- Concession stand lines are painfully slow. Take a visit to other theaters and change your flow from lines, to self-serve with a queue line. WAY more efficient that way.- Having a ticket booth is not neccessary and creates yet another line to stand in. Use multiple self service kiosks, like every other theater in the area. Get with the times. Booths are a thing of the past.- Customer service at the ticket booth and at the concession is very poor. If you are choosing to hire employees rather than offering self-serve (which is way faster), then your employees should at least be fast, helpful, and friendly. Otherwise, its just another negative during the entry process.- Game room is dated and dirty.- No bar offerings at all. Again, other theaters offer this. Youve got to step it up.- Fandango tickets are not accepted anymore!- If you scan a Regal ticket at the kiosk, then cancel the transaction, it still uses up your ticket. And if you explain this to the ticket booth rep they act like you are a liar.

Amazing theater! Very clean. I almost fell right at home with the leather recliners, laid way back and had sooooo much leg room. The employees were very friendly and extremely courteous. Great movie experience.

I love this theater. The associates are kind. Very clean theater and also lil arcade for the kids as well. My only issue is some of the recliner chairs are not functioning, but I was able to be moved to one that worked. They do have military discount (only available in person not online). Not bad at all I always come back here. Another flaw (like any theater) there are kids that do make a lot of noise and such during movies where the parents cannot control them.

Im going to start with being served cold popcorn . Then the fact that there was 8 employees at one register playing around. Then we entered theater 10 for the 9pm show and the theater was filthy from the last audience. Keep in mind 2 custodians was exiting the theater as we entered. Which leaves me clueless why was it still trash all over the place? Welp I guess we will travel to White Marsh for movie night.

Renovations have improved the theater. Seating is great! SOME of the usher are hardworking and very attentive to the customers. Shout out to Anthony and the young lady that helped us out during a difficult situation!

Nice theater. Clean, no complaints about bathrooms, food etc. Lost movie in all theaters twice during our visit but I assume that is a rare occurrence.Seats are very nice recliners and theater was spotless.

FWI if you order your snacks online, u still have to stand online to scan it in. It wasnt said, I thought when we cam our tickets we just go pick it up... wrong. We stood at the pick up point and even tho we asked some of the staff, they also didnt know what to do which lead to us being little late to our movie of John Wick 3. But other than that it was delightful.

If I could give no stars I would. Popcorn was stale asked for fresh and they gave me attitude and handed me the same popcorn. No longer have combos although they advertise for them. Cinemark is the place to go.

This place is too good..Buy a ticket through At&t Twos days or visit on tuesday you will get a cheap ticket..Seating is clean and very laxury and comfortable...Worth all the money you spend here

Paid for a movie that was at 9pm. Its now 930 pm. My snacks are gone ive already used the restroom and the movie just now started.....

Ive always loved Regal in Peoples Plaza. Ive been going since the week they built it. They redid it last year and now the seating is very cozy with big reclining seats. They have discounted Tuesdays and half price popcorn on Tuesdays also. We go each week or 2 as a family. You cant beat the price and comfort. The game area is still the best with tons of games for kids. Its always clean. The staff is friendly- Nick at concessions is always the most polite and helpful kid and definitely our favorite.

We usually go to a different chain of movie theatres - thought this location would not be as busy because it isn’t near the mall. Would have been FAR better to fight the traffic and go anywhere else. Where to begin?? The young man who waited on us at the concession stand has NO business interacting with the public (his name was Aryan). While I understand his isn’t the most glamorous job in the world - if he can’t be polite- at least be civil. He couldn’t manage either. He obviously could care less about waiting on the patrons - we spent over $50 just in snacks so I certainly didn’t need him to slam it all on the counter. He became irritated when we had to tell him there were 4 in our party and he was trying to ring us up after just taking care of 2. Completely inefficient - we ordered 4 drinks and 4 snacks. He’d get 1 drink, 1 snack, 1 drink, 1 snack etc. he covered the area between the cash register and the popcorn FOUR times. While there were 15 people in line behind us. I ordered the pizza - could only eat the middle of it because the edges were hard as a rock. I dont mind paying $7 for a 5 inch pizza - but I do expect it to be edible lol. Save the hassle - go to Cinemark. Got to the theatre - FILTHY! No one cleaned up after the last movie. Trash everywhere- including popcorn all over the steps. We won’t come back here - ever (and we see at least 1 movie a week.) Someone should tell manager that RETURN business is what keeps the doors open.
