Ive been to this theater a few times and its always been clean. Having reserved recliner seats is the best. Sit comfortably, enjoy your snacks and the movie. Along with the usual popcorn, nachos and soft drinks, theres a bar where you can have some adult beverages.

4 stars because is my nearest AMC. Love the lounger seats although some could use repair. Love their Dolby Auditorium. Dont care much for their Imax I believe it doesnt offer lounger seats. Staff so far very pleasant // Now for the bad..BATHROOMS!! Need better maintenance..lacks on cleanliness. Very dusty(old dust)inside stalls and outside. Sinks always dirty. On multiple occasions out of hand soap. Ive complaint to management on 3 occasions. He tells me its an outside contract that does the maintenance and Ive suggested they should complaint or get another contractor as the one they have now dont care for detail cleaning. Ive been going to this theater for 7 months and hasnt improved.

This place is pretty awesome! Assigned seating, bar when you first walk in, fast snacks and drinks area up front and easy to find (numerical) theaters. Pretty updated movie list. Also Jacks and Vinum Wine Bar close by to eat before or after the movie. Really centrally located for shopping and eating to round out your day.

Good place. It is clean. They don’t have clear signs for navigation though. When you enter, there is no sign for theater. As such theaters are clean and well maintained. Place is big and has huge parking, thanks to mall next to it.

Its a great place to go out to with family, and friends,I went there today and I ordered the curly fries,and the chicken strips. And let me tell you they were really good but maybe make the chicken strips a little bigger.I went there today with my dad to watch The Invisible Man,it was really good 5-5Thank you for your service.

Good theater, comfy seating, good variety of food. Could lower sound on some action movies, a little too loud when sitting up close. Love the captions on movie screen shown on some movies, better than caption machine. Hope they do more movies like that. A good time.

The IMAX is incredibly high quality and awe inspiring! It shakes you to your core! I would recommend only for movies you know is going to be good.

The theater is huge! 10 screens I think, wow. A friend and I saw a movie, I wont mention which only that it was terrible. The theater was nice.

1st time here. We saw lion king. I was impressed with the seating because they recline and each chair has a set of arms. They are a little narrow for us big bodies. Although the ones on the end are a little wider so that is an added bonus.

My family and I had a great time! The service is good! They will deliver your food and drinks to your seat! We ordered the food online! Everyone that helped us was very pleasant! Clearly well cared for and painted location. Went in for an early showing, and there were projector issues. They could have been more communicative about it, but they were trying to fix the problem. Unfortunately HTTYD3 was fuzzy for the entire 3d showing (see pic), with or without glasses. They informed us they couldnt fix, and we could stay and watch or leave, but either way we were provided with a free pass and they apologized profusely.

Nice new theater. Now heres the problem the concession stand really dont want your money.....LOL. The guy behind the popcorn counter really was in his own world. Ten people waiting, calling for service and nothing. So I just left and went to my movie with no drink or snacks. Good thing I brought my own nibblets in my pocket. Once in the theater the group sitting next to me said the same. One of them went back for popcorn and they had scooped up everything in the bin that we could have had earlier and had to wait for more popcorn while missing part of the movie. This would have been a 5 rating otherwise. Oh by the way this was a free movie ticket for being a google local guide contributor so I really cant complain.

Went to see Cold Pursuit and I was stunned this place is huge and awesome Id love to come back the only down side was the restroom werent cleaned and it was packed but thats why you get the tickets before you come.

A regular hangout place for me. Super clean cinema hall with good recliners. Only drawback is they dont play regional movies. Otherwise good movie watching experience in every way. Preferred Dolby cinema than I-max. And regarding punctuality, movies always start 10-15 mins later than the scheduled time.

Always have a good experience here - reasonable prices and reserved seating. Been here at all hours and I’ve never had to wait in line. Just like all theaters, the food is expensive here but at least they get it to you fast. They prepare the popcorn in advance. Parking is always available.

Staffs were friendly. The seats were comfy. I watched IT chapter two with a friend. And I can say that we hardly swallow the popcorn. It was scary.

My family and I were extremely shocked about this theaters. While we were getting our popcorn (adding extra butter) and filling our soda drinks, an extremely inappropriate video was playing. It was a song video, not just an ad. {They have tvs set up around the food area}. My family and I (I will share with extended family and friends as well) will not be coming to this theater anymore. The video went against all religious and family values. Im guessing this theater wants to detract families, teens, children (and anyone with ethical and moral values.){The prices for the snacks and drinks are ridiculous anyway- but we were coming to support the theater and now will not}.

I definitely enjoy going to 24 Hour Fitness and the movie theatre... but I dont really go there for much else. There are restaurants, but I dont go out to eat that often.

Seats are extremely comfortable, but you need to book in advance to get a nice location. Snacks and drinks are expensive in relation to the ticket prices

Its a newly built theatre inside Newpark mall. All auditorium has recliners and ticket price is same. And another good thing is you dont see anyone between you and the screen. There are 12 screens so lots of choice. This theatre runs only Hollywood movies.

Probably the best AMC Theater in the Bay Area! They have a IMAX Theater, a Dolby Cinema Theater and 10 regular theaters. They also have a bar where you can order alcoholic drinks. You can also use the app to order food on your phone and they will bring it to your seat! They also have pizza, nachos, popcorn, icees, and more! They also have cool staff!Awesome theater!

I went and saw The Rise of Skywalker in the IMAX theater. You can feel the sound and the screen is huge.

Way to hot inside air conditioning was in ept in theatre 11 spoke with manager he said they fixed it that was at the beginning of movie.it was at last 15 minutes of movie before it was cool. Then you have to figure out where the seat is for a ticket instead of just sitting in a seat ...no onechecks so whats the point. I wont go back.very unfriendly

Still new so the carpet is not yet faded or stained, the seats are good and the restrooms clean and untainted.

Nice new theater with plush seats. Would be nice if they offered combination cardboard tray/cup holders at the concessions like many theaters do. I like to pour out my bucket of popcorn onto the tray so that I can add butter to all of the popcorn and not just the popcorn on top of the bucket. Its also easier to share the popcorn in the theater this way.

Theyre just great! Everyone in there is eager to please. I love going to my AMC!

Love coming here more than the Santa Clara one. I think this place is 100% online reservation enable and it looks much cleaner than the other theater. I only go Santa Clara for the International movies now

Layout is a little odd and the floors messy but the service is pretty on point.

Nice theaters and well run. Only problem as with all theaters now, the volume is TOO HIGH. With the acoustics systems now, you can achieve the dynamics WITHOUT the volume cranked up.

Love this theatre. Reserved seating is a huge plus and the seats are generally will maintained. Occasionally youll notice some recliners not working and are stuck in a certain position. Lots of parking and its near a mall so you can reserve your seat while you go shopping waiting for the movie to start. The concessions are pretty expensive and is too expected. They dont really check at all so you can easily sneak in some drinks and snacks. Lol

Very nice theater!! Extremely comfortable, reclining seats and do it yourself butter! The day I was there the place was immaculate and the staff friendly and accommodating.

This is our local and to be honest its one of the better cinemas in the area. Pros: reserved seating, concession stand with variety of hot snacks along with the usual cinemas fare, the IMAX is a fairly decent installation. Cons: its always grubby; whether it is the concession area or the bathrooms it seems the staff and management just dont care to keep it clean. Film presentation its sometimes off with glitches or bad focus. The smaller cinemas are pretty small. If we are planning on seeing something really special well head up to the AMC Metreon in SF...which seems like the only cinema in the Bay Area to be able to screen in 70mm.

What a refreshing and uncluttered space! I really like the airy feeling from the steps into the main hall. It does take a few steps to get to your cinema (longer if you go to the smaller ones in the back) . The seats are quite comfy .We saw Rocketman last night and Dolby Atmos sound is surreal!

AMC is my favorite theater, love the experience. Reservation only and you can hang out and have a drink before your movie. I love that this is not a teenage hangout.
