I love this church. The organ, the music, the liturgy and devotions, the gift shop, the priest, the architecture and interior, the incense and candles. The Latin Mass, Vespers and Benediction. This church is one the gems of the Catholic Church here in the Archdiocese of New York. One star was taken away by this nasty traddy woman seated at my back. My lady, mind your own business and stop judging. Heaven is no place for grumpy women who are always angry. Dont be like the angry and ugly pharisees. Take good care of your facial skin. Reduce your wrinkles. Stress is a killer. Be happy and sing hymns. Peace be with you.

Beautiful church. I like coming to this church for a quick prayer. I dont get to come there too often but I like to stop in because this church is inviting, relaxing and smells like it has been freshly incensed. One year, I wanted to get the catholic calendars and felt I was too late with my request. The friendly man in the office said he still had 1 and was willing to save it for me while I ran over the 7 blocks. Wonderful and friendly staff. I was passing by one night, on a Friday when I saw that there was a mass starting, so I went in to join. It was the first time I took part in a traditional Latin mass. I could not understand all of the words but I learned to say the Our Father in Latin years prior so I was able to recite that. Great experiences at this church.

Im not a religious person but I have a fascination with the churchs overall architecture. I enjoy the Art Deco, Gothic styles used in the construction of the building. I often find myself walking into churches to see the murals and stained glass windows and this church has a really nice mural of Jesus which is displayed behind the priests podium. In my opinion, churches can also offer something to those who appreciate art in general.

I attended mass here on the 31st Sunday in ordinary time which also coincided with the Feast of All Souls. The priest for the Saturday mass did all the necessary incensing for the readings and the altar before the consecration. I missed seeing the altar servers and the young people. There is a communion rail for kneeling to receive the blessed sacrament- something not seen in most churches.

The Latin is mass is beautiful and has changed my life. Latin mass is served after hours of Eucharistic Adoration and there is daily confession. The confessors give great advice in avoiding sin in the future together with the excellent book and gift shop helps one grow in love for the faith. The homilies are deep and provide spiritual truths that help you advance in the faith. The laymen also lead in prayers before mass with daily group rosary prayers which is beautiful. I would give this place 6/5 stars if I could. Deo Gratias.

A beautiful church in midtown that offers masses in Latin. It is not one of the break-away movements but is affiliated with the NY Archdiocese. The mass is very solemn and moving and I would encourage a visit to see how mass was celebrated before Vatican II.

Met my late wife at Holy Innocents Young adult group(1998), got married(1999) worked as Director of Operations(99-2000), had our son baptized(2000) at Holy Innocents. On the feast of the Holy Innocents 2019 got engaged in front of the Nativity set up in front of left altar.

The sales persons were not completely knowledgeable about the phones functions. The box for my pixal 3 phone was missing an adapter.

Excellent Roman Catholic Church and one of few where you can still attend the Tridentine Mass. Kudos for preserving Catholic heritage and tradition. Definitely a must visit and when you go light a candle and leave and offering it might surprise you that prayers are still answered and sacred space still matters.

This traditional parish is much-needed leaven in the heart of New York City. The devotions before and after Mass were beautiful.

I love how they beautifully celebrate the solemn Traditional Latin Mass on Sunday and also have the Latin Mass daily.

A beautiful place, in NYC, where we attended the wedding of one of our guests. It is absolutely breathtaking, and very spiritual. Its one of the few places left where Mass is still said in Latin.

Another reviewer gave 1 star with the complaint very old school. I daresay the poor reviewers judgment has been clouded by his association with St. Francis Church and he unfortunately cannot grasp the truly sacred which occurs at Holy Innocents every day.
