Very straight to the point spaces! I love using them for photo shoots that need that “NYC RAW/NATURAL” look. The staff is always so amazing!

Clean and organized studio, the 2nd floor lab space is quite large and accommodated my group of ten singers easily. It was open on time, and when I asked for assistance from the courteous staff regarding the wifi, it was fixed extremely quickly. The location is very accessible, close to Union Square.

Its very cream. The staff is extremely friendly. Its not really handicapped accessible. You have to walk up flights of stairs. The bathrooms are clean and lovely. Its a really good location fancy restaurants and transportation right outside

I love this place!!! Its great for meetings, shows, workshops, classes, photography and group events....allot of versatility in the spaces and the natural lighting in room D is amazing!!!

I was there for a pop up entrepreneurship workshop and wellness day. The rooms are very cozy and youre able to cater the space to your own decorative design. They also have a kitchen in the space that can be rented. I have not been there for a play yet.

Rented this place last minute and it was a wonderfully painless experience. The rooms are spacious (and well maintained), the staff is just downright friendly and quite accommodating. This is winner for rental spaces.

The rooms are tiny, and more cramped in the halls than should be allowed by any fire standard. They have tons of furniture just lying around, theyre not on top of their clients about leaving the studios on time, and the rooms just do not like like what is in their featured pictured.For one thing, the previous occupants of a studio have overstayed their welcome by up to twenty minutes, multiple times. The management still allows them to do whatever they want in studio time that was paid for by another organization. That is unacceptable.One of the rooms has a ton of random crappy furniture all over it, which would be fine if that was featured in any of the pictures. But, having to deal with a random extra chore before working and after waiting is another strike against them.Finally, what they advertise is a lie. These rooms in the pictures might have been what the rooms looked like years ago, but now, aside from the extra furniture, nothing is that white. It looks like the rooms havent been painted in years, and there are marks all over the walls and floors.Lately they have fixed their AC, which was nice, but seeing as were heading into colder weather, the novelty has already begun to wear off.

Its ok for what is it

Cool place for artists and creators of different genres to perform their shows, create ir rehearse. Went to see a great play called What you can and cannot say during sex, in interracial relationships. It eas funny, smart, thought provoking and included audience participation. Alot of couples showed up who were either (married, engaged, commited, newly dating) but it is for anyone single people to. And most important for any relationships regardless of gender or relationship preferences. A show worth seeing. The creators of the play (married couple for 30+years) Epstein and Hassan were amazing, friendly, insightful and did not hesitate to chat or take pics after the show. Tixs are inexpensive and worth the money and a nite out in the city before dinner/drinks if you are looking for something worthwhile to do. Its not Broadway, but the space is spacious enough, clean and has decent lighting. If you like supporting the arts, especially those who have yet to make it to the big stages if Broadway but are equally and sometimes have better shows than what you will see for $100+ tixs, check this show by Epstein and Hassan out. Disclaimer there are three floors, depending in which floor you are going to you will have to climb some stairs. Tixs can be found in Groupon, Goldstar and Fever. (not sure about fever app, my sibling said he saw it there, I havent verified that for myself) the other two apps certainly has tixs. Hope this post was helpful.

Came to really appreciate this studio for the their hourly rate and definitely for the owners always being nice to me. everytime Im there I always go to one room and its just right me for to do what I must and the staff are nice when I come at them for help

I recently had a very poor experience here. The house manager (on this particular day) was consistently rude to my entire team and made us feel very unwelcome. I would definitely not recommend renting a space or visiting this theatre.

Interesting space for off-Broadway productions. Play The Buddist and the Jew was hysterical and irreverent. A must see!

I rent space from The ATL for private sessions with clients in Breathwork. I work with lots of actors, and everyone feels at home here, which is the same feeling that I received first entering. I have been renting space for the past 2 years, and it is a perfect location, very centrally located, and a hub of creativity. Thanks, Carlo and Gia for creating this space.

Serviceable studio space, a bit confusing about which floor it is on since the main office with signs are third floor but the space is unmarked on the second.
