Great place for families

We love the location, all 7 units have balconies that face the ocean, below the balcony is the pool and Jacuzzi and beyond that is the ocean! The units are bright and have new furniture and decor.The first floor unit is large but the view is through the fence, great views on 2nd and 3rd floors. (Fyi: no elevator)Quiet section of the beach and 1mile from the Flagler Ave strip with great bars and restaurants.(I question the 1star review by Nicole with all the others 4 and 5 but then I noticed almost all her reviews are 1 or 2 stars... )

WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE!New Smyrna Beach is a delightful town, full of great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and lovely shops. If you want all of that ruined, book a stay at Sunisands. Do you want to be scolded like a three year old by a power hungry office manager? Sunisands can provide that service. Do you want to grow increasingly irritated by uncaring and incompetent management? Come to Sunisands. Do you want to feel like you are vacationing in a construction zone? Sunisands is your place!If you want to actually enjoy your vacation and be able to hear the ocean waves go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Beautiful views. Our unit was clean and well stocked. However, our roof leaked and the sliding door didnt work, as the screws holding the lock in rusted off

That place is amazing.. try to stay on the bottom because its a 3 bedroom

Very close to the beach and rather secluded. Its on an unpaved street, but dont let that fool you. Its a very nice place. Clean rooms and roomy.

Incredibly well kept and the maintenance staff hard the best Ive ever run into. I hope the actual owners get this message because they really are quite a team !
