My wife and I were looking for an outdoor church for the Covid season and this is the first one that came up on my Google search. We tried it out and were thoroughly pleased by the respect for the Word of God and respect for caring for one anothers health. Praise God for this ministry!

The pastor is light and uses humor, while preaching God’s word. People were friendly. It was 50 degrees when we visited, so they cut the service a bit short since it meets outside. It’s in Cambier Park on Sundays at 9:30. Chairs are provided as well as refreshments. It’s a nice atmosphere.

The assistant to the pastor was so rude to me. She had an attitude as I attempted to maintain a pleasant demeanor. I would hope this is not a reflection of their ministry

I wanted to love this church because the setting is so lovely in the park, and I really like the idea of an outdoor church and baptisms at the beach (only reason it gets two stars, not one). I appreciate when a pastor has a good sense of humor and I absolutely love to laugh, but this pastor’s humor was negative and degrading. We left feeling empty and insulted rather than uplifted, encouraged, and loved. We will keep looking for a good Bible-believing church of Christ followers that teaches from the Word of God with respect for the Lord Jesus Christ and His followers, and treats fellow believers with LOVE.

My out of town family went last year and we thought it was wonderful.

I love Celebration. Gene is a pastor who is close to the heart of God and definitely teaches others to become closer to God as well. My only desire would be a longer and more in depth worship time in song.

Candle lit service Christmas Eve was really nice. Live nativity scene, a real camel!! Its great before service they just played all the good old Christmas songs. The Holy Spirit totally lead us there as I hope he will more..

Very nice to have Church Outside. The Message is positive, Thank You! Still enjoying!!! I read some of the reviews, you people might want to actual open the good book and read judgement!! I always said just because you go to church doesnt make you religious, kind, or tolerant. Many think its a license to judge!

Public places are often rented by both secular and religious organizations. Giving give a bad rating based on political viewpoint malicious. The review section is to help others. It is not an appropriate place to rant about politics and display ignorance.

Great message and a feel good result

I’ve been attending Celebration for 20 years! Gene Scott always has a message that stays with me all week!

Wonderful service. Outdoors in a park!The Pastor uses humor to keep it light while preaching Gods word.He welcomes everyone believers, non-believers, Catholics, Christians, gays, lesbians, tourists, etc.to come and hear the Lords message. So refreshing to be non judgmental.4-5000 people there today on Easter Sunday.

This is a false church and religion and have no truth what so ever and what they believed about God and Scriptures is taking out of context and is unscriptural and not found in the Bible what so ever and it run by false prophet dont go here for church because this dude will lead call to hell.

Wonderful Church bringing the message of God outdoors. Must see!
