We have been to Silverspot several times since they have opened. They take Covid19 very seriously, with seating and masks. No problems. They also have Christmas Movies, just look for the dates and times.

An upscale movie experience. It was a very nice night with friends. My wife and I were guests and experiencing some normalcy was precious. Excellent seating a views, good service, and a nice bar in the lobby for after, to chat about the film and to socialize. Definitely something Id do again.

Was so nice to finally go to a movie! Very clean, social distancing (every other row) people spread out. The food offered ( dinner and a movie?) looked good although we didnt get any. Mixed drinks were available as well.

Would give 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional management. Another couple plus my boyfriend and I booked our own private screening room. Prior to our booking, we spoke to staff and confirmed we wanted to see Tenet. We also inquired what the booking included (prior promotion included a food credit), and we were told there was no longer a food and beverage credit, but that otherwise, we were all set for tenet and our booking. Upon arrival on a Saturday night, we checked in and were assigned our theater. Post checking in, as we were literally walking into the door of our theater, a manager – his name was Hector – ran after us yelling down the hall that we had to purchase our tickets (as if we were trying to sneak into a theater or something, not that we just paid $150+ to rent the entire theater). Extremely unprofessional. We waited as he ran us down essentially. Outside our theater, we went on to explain we had already booked the theater and didn’t need to purchase anything. He went on to demand we purchase our tickets because the theater rental didn’t include the movie. He just kept repeating that this was on the website. We explained it was not clear on the website, that we had also called to confirm, and further, not one staff member said anything until he literally ran at us as we were walking into our assigned theater. He just kept repeating “it’s on the website”. He was rude, never apologized or acknowledge that his staff was not properly informed, and just kept demanding we buy our tickets. I point blank had to tell him he had no idea how to handle the situation from a customer service perspective, that he should have apologized for the situation, offered us a popcorn or something and asked us to please purchase our tickets – instead of the rude, defensive, and unprofessional manner he handled himself in. Honestly, I was appalled at the situation and it completely ruined the entire experience. I would NOT recommend this theater. They also appeared under staff, I had to go out of the theater twice to request an attendant come to set up our showing and take our orders. Considering we spent $200+ that night, and the theater is clearly struggling mid-pandemic, I expected much better service, ESPECIALLY from management.

Any rating under a 4 would be amazing as this place rocks. Wide seating but no leg room. No reclining chairs in screen 11 but I don’t care. Portions are small for the price but consider the location/rent. Don’t worry, I took the pics of the men’s room before using it. Everything is clean as it’s the first showing of the day. And they have WiFi!

We rented out a theatre for the family and absolutely had a blast, we were able to stream our own movies and the kids had a great time.

This is absolutely the nicest movie theater Ive been to. Ive been coming here for years as a Naples resident and the service & food quality have always been consistantly great. Get food delivered right to your seat and the customer service has always been great for me. Any time there has been even a slight issue, like a movie stopping for a brief time or once there was a problem with the projector, we were compensated with free passes and food. The seating is comfortable and if you drink, you can order beer and wine. I like that you can book your exact seat online before you get there.

First time visiting this theater. Tickets are not cheap but the theater is top notch and I dont mind paying more for a good movie experience.We went to see Rush Cinema Strangiato and I was super impressed with the huge, comfortable seats and awesome sound system. It was literally the next best thing to seeing Rush in concert.I cannot comment on the food or drinks as we arrived right as the movie started and did not have time to eat at the theater. I will update my review on our next visit when we try some of the food.

This place was great. Easily 5 stars. They will be quick to take a small some of money, but the comfort and ease are unparalleled. The experience is enjoyable, vs dreaded in several aspects of the moviegoing experience.It’s weird when a $9 cocktail is less than popcorn, but I’ll take it.The seats were huge, don’t know why so big, but, spacious...Recommend you try it.I’m not sure how many boomers from Naples will visit though.

This place is a really high quality theater. Clean with leather sofa-like seats.There’s 12 theaters so all of the big movies will be there as well as a couple art films. Patrons are always very nice and quiet as well.You can get full meals at the concession And there’s a place to sit and eat if you prefer to do that. You can also get a beer or a glass of wine.The theater is located in Mercato shopping center so there is lots of parking and a place to walk after the show. I recommend stopping into Whole Foods to do some grocery shopping while you’re there.

Really like this theater, they get a 9 on the comphy chair scale. The food is good and reasonably priced. Great service never have had an issue here. Keep an eye out. Mid week they typically run select classic movies back on the big screen.

First time to location. Staff was awesome. Two rating is only because we were surprised that we had ordered our food, waited, and then later told half of what we ordered-they no longer have ( yet it was still on the menu?!) and would we like to choose something else?Suggest- menu updates would be a nice idea to prevent this from happening.

Every employee we encountered went of of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very helpful. We also ate in the restaurant- the food was excellent and, again, the staff was top-notch. Im already looking forward to my next visit,

The cinema was comfortable and I particularly liked the audio. Although sll the seats are comfy, only certain seats allow for you to have your feet up, but all in all it offers a great experience, bright screen, adequate snack with very helpful and friendly attendants. A+ for surround sound and low end.

Great food and they deliver it right to your seats. The cheeseburger I had was excellent and dude got me a refill on large cherry coke. Everything was well kept. Bathrooms were clean.

Naples first “reserved seats” theatre. I appreciate Silverspot’s addition to Naples, as it forced the competition to change their models. I love knowing I have a ticket and exactly where my seats are, and I appreciate the plush leather seats and food options outside of the standard popcorn fare. Service at the food counter here is superior to local theaters. If only those seats could recline...

Still like Silverspot.....but it needs some serious TLC, updating, as well as technology upgrades. Beware, if you purchase gift cards, you have to use them on site to purchase tickets, (you can not purchase theater tickets online with a GC).

This theater defines the movie experience with its great ambience and comfortable seating. From the minute you walk in you experience an attractive full bar on one side, and a nice but limited concession stand on the other side. The candy is limited and they do not offer slushes, we replaced it with vitamin water and a medium popcorn. I found it interesting that the concession stand had a place to tip on the receipt. The seats are very large and comfortable. The armrest does not move, but is very wide If the seats reclined I would have given the place 5 stars!

I come here often I havent had bad experience. The servers are the nicest even with the high amount of people that come in all at once. Longest Ive waited to buy a ticket was.... what 5 minutes? Even then they were extremely helpful. Thank you for providing great experience.

Nicest theater I’ve ever been in. Large selection of food and alcoholic beverages in a contemporary and clean environment. The prices are a little high and you select your seats. The seats are extremely comfortable but they do not recline. Still extremely nice.

Nice Cinema but was a lot more than Paragon. About $4 bucks more a ticket. The Cinema was nice and clean with leather seats that did NOT recline. This cinema does have a WIDE selection of food and beer as well as service to your seats. This cinema did have a lot of movie selections.

Great location, beautiful clean facility. If youre going out for dinner and a movie this is a great choice. The restaurants nearby are all terrific and within walking distance of this theater.

This place is FANCY. Comfy seats, standard theater food plus a little extra, relatively clean restrooms. 10/10 would come again.

Its dirty, they dont clean it. I find candy paper wraps inside the chair. The chair are not clean properly. But overall, it was ok. Spacious, less people go there.

The theater is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The seats do not recline but they are oversized leather chairs which are very comfortable. The theater has stadium seating so you dont have to worry about not being able to see. You can get real food besides the usual theater snacks and they serve alcohol as well. If you have their app you can order food from your seat and have it delivered to you before the movie begins.

I dont like going to the movies, but the Silverspot is my exception. Its clean and the seats are comfortable. I enjoy ordering food and its even delivered to your seat! Nice touch!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Classic movies are also shown on occasion too. Free parking garage very close to theater.

Great venue and near some lovely restaurants, so its perfect for date night. I was there around sunset, and the plaza has such a romantic glow that time of day. Nice and clean. They offer concession delivery to your seat. Prices were reasonable as far as movie theaters are concerned. I enjoyed my experience.

New favorite movie theatre in Naples. Comfortable and modern. You must reserve a seat and there is assigned seating, but the theatres are small enough that there are no bad seats. A bit pricey, with tickets usually about $20. Great food options, but also a bit expensive. I only go to about four movies per year, but this is where I go. Parking is easy in the Mercato garage (free), then just walk over to theatre. Also good options to eat before or after. Theatres and bathrooms are clean.

Nice cinema. A little worn down. Nice chairs, but no incline. Food was average and bland and you have to eat out of the bags with no trays and no small tables. Screen size was good and sound was average.

This one star review is merely only because I have been trying for 2 months now to purchase a gift card as a Christmas present for my mother to use, and not only can I NOT purchase it online because of errors, but every time I try to call the Naples locations NOBODY PICKS UP!! I have left voicemails and emails and absolutely nothing!

I have no words to Express my anger towards management and Corporate in Naples. They have not taken action to keep their employees safe, nothing has been provided to them to protect themselves from people that come to this theater from all over the world that may carry diseases. But ofcourse you dont care, you just care about how much money your making while these people put themselves in Danger.This says alot of what kind of person you truly are. Pray that none of your employees get Ill. You should be ashamed. The only ones safe are the managers that stay upstairs away from crowds.Just so you know there are more, its not only me.

This is a dine-in movie theater. You can order food before your showtime and bring it in or you can order at the beginning of the movie via the servers inside your theater.I ordered before-hand to eat dinner in the lobby while we waited for our showtime, and it was a little disorganized. Our buzzer didnt work and they said they would just bring it to us. Our food came out pretty cold. It had sat on the counter for a while and it was not until I specifically went up and asked for it that they handed it over.There was one person who was a little less than helpful about it all but overall the management and staff was good about remaking our order in time for us to get our food and enjoy the movie!I share that not as a complaint, but more of a nod to them for solving a problem for us.The bartender they had on that night was also gave us a good laugh.

We had such a great experience at Silverspot! I took my special needs class on a field trip to see the movie Penguins and everyone was so kind to us and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our movie. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Pretty much the only movie theater I will ever go to. Staff is friendly and move quickly! Very important since Naples is a town of dopey slow movers. Food lines are never too long. The online food ordering is excellent and a great service to offer. Being able to get a cocktail for the movie is awesome.

Seats are very large and comfortable. Sound is good too. Saw Spiderman Far from home and no issues with the theatre or the film, although stay for the 2 credits scenes!!

A little costly but worth it. You have to be in their rewards program to earn points that can be used to buy food and tickets. That helps with the overall cost. This is a very comfortable movie theater although they don’t have reclining seats. However, it’s not necessary as the leather seats are comfortable enough. Any more comfort would put me to sleep. You can order food and drink via the app and they bring the food in before the movie starts. The food selection is adequate. My only problem is that they’ve messed up our orders a couple of times already. I had to get up to let them know and actually missed the beginning of the films on both occasions. I hope they can improve in this area.

This is a nice theater, but only rating it 3 stars as its over priced (both the tickets and concessions) and although it has reasonably comfortable there are other theaters in the area that are more comfortable (across the street at the Pavilion and the Prado in Bonita - which is much less expensive). Also, parking is very difficult during normal movie times because of the lack of parking/layout of Mercado.

Our favorite movie spot in town. It’s in Mercato so a popular stomping ground surrounded by restaurants & shops. I find it well maintained and clean as well. I also learned they have discounts on Tuesdays at least during the Summer months which is nice.

Doesn’t care about special needs guests. refuses to acknowledge their treatment of kicking out a 6 year old special needs child who was simply excited about seeing a movie. i’ll make sure everyone i know is made aware of this and will strongly recommend that they never give their money to this place.

Nice up to date and clean theater with comfortable seats. Note. We ordered lunch at our seats. Food okay, little pricey but the theater is so dark its hard to know what you are eating. They do run old movies on the big screen, which is fun. We saw Gone with the Wind.

Straight to the point. The Chairs no good at all. The ads invite with lazy legs up chairs and side tables. no space betwen then. Arm to arm. Popcorn almost just plain corn lots seeds. There not are pop it. Never find the butter. Sound was loud when movie start. But later was good. Two stars for sound. Veredict! For $3 less got same or more on Reagals teathers. Good luck.

Wonderful sound, wonderful seats, food and drink is good but expensive

Very pricey. $16.00 per person for an afternoon movie. $16.00 of a bacon cheeseburger and fries that was ok at best. $13.00 for pretzel bites and cheese sauce.

Good atmosphere, food is priced higher (get the combos), tickets expensive, and it would be better if the seats reclined. Good customer experience.

Amazing place. The workers were friendly and the theater itself was just wonderful. A bit of a pricey place, but I was definitely satisfied with everything.

You don’t take people’s money if the air conditioning breaks in one of the theaters, and when they write you and tell you about it you don’t ignore the email. You offer some kind of compensation, like maybe some free movie tickets to come back. Doesn’t exactly make me want to go back. We have other options in Naples and will give them our business instead.
