This is by far the best theater location in the Naples area. They always have the best digital movie promo rolling in the lobby on extra large displays. You can even experience (on occasion) special movie character appearances on opening nights in the lobby. They have kiosk as well for quick and convenient ticket purchase and pick-up if you dont want to stand in line. The theaters are very clean with excellent digital projectors in 4DX and IMAX. The seats are great with extra reclining action that goes -all- the way back for extra comfort. They even have food trays built into the seats for perfect enjoyment & convenience. On my visit I was able to get my drink and snacks with extra friendly service by a gentleman name Michael Spidey who was courteous and friendly. There is a variety of snacks and a limited food menu. For adults, you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage from the bar as an addition to your concession items. All in all its where Id recommend you go watch the latest movie at Regal Naples 4DX & IMAX!

Great place to go see a movie especially to see one in imax 4D. This experience really does bring you into the world of the movie. Do take note, there are some movies that provide a lot of movement and special effects and others that provide a mild experience. It would be a good idea to maybe wait some time and review peoples experiences with a movie you are hoping to see in Imax 4D. As by this point you will have an idea of how thrilling the experience can or can not be.

Love the updated look of the theatre. After being damaged by Hurricane Irma, it was a good 2years before they came back. The new touches to cater to the new face of movie goers with digital kiosks and the bar to entice adults to enjoy movies as if you were at home. Makes the experience enjoyable. New multi-panel digital display screens rolling trailer snips for upcoming movies is a nice change from paper panels. Bigger more comfy chairs, larger beverage/snack arms to hold the goodies you buy are a bonus and much loved, as it was always difficult to hold stuff on your lap and enjoy. Will be back.

Theatre seats and screens are great. Prices for small popcorn & drink is as much as the show itself. Nobody around to take tickets, so I could have walked in without paying. A family brought a dog on a leash into the show and nobody was around to say anything. Mens bathroom has hand dryers in the narrow exit opening making it hard to get in and out.

Newly remodeled with beautiful screens and great sound. The problem is the seats arent that comfortable in comparison to a theater like the Paragon Pavilion. The rows are to close too. All of us found we were hitting the chair in front of us if you cross one leg into another. Likewise for the people behind us hitting the backs of our chairs. I will think twice about returning with better options out there.

First time Ive been there after the big remodel. We saw 1917. The screen had some nasty motion blur. (I know the whole movie is a moving shot but you can notice the stutter in the background.) Was quite disappointed with that considering a ticket is $20 and it is supposed to be IMAX. This could be an isolated incident but I doubt it. The sound quality was amazing! Seats were definitely not nice by todays standards. Staff was fine. 1917 is definitely worth seeing in a theater! Thankfully we have some great choices here.

This is the old Hollywood 20 which opened in the early 2000s and it feels 20 years old in a lot of ways. Not all (any?) theaters have recliners, instead they have those high backed leather chairs which feel like youre on a budget airplane. The EXIT signs are extremely bright and the projection is dark, so expect your movie going experience to be uncomfortable and flanked by green neon.Edited: After seeing another movie there, this time a much more expensive IMAX ticket, Im reducing the rating to one star. They DO NOT have leather reclining chairs. Any review that mentions them must be lying. All the have are the leather chairs with high backs that make it so you must sit almost totally upright, they tilt back a little but you must keep near constant pressure leaning on them or theyll tilt back upright. They are not comfortable. They do not recline. In 2020 this is wildly unacceptable for a theater thats boasting a remodel and reopening. Go anywhere else for a show.

Nicely renovated compared to the old Hollywood 20. I’ve enjoyed IMAX & 4DX movies here. The 4DX is like a 1-2 hour ride, you’ll get your monies worth with the right movies. The renovation was dramatic but we were caught by surprise when buying the tickets. Didn’t realize the seats are assigned when buying the tickets. Also didn’t know you had to choose your seats. But the biggest annoyance, and we’ve experienced this in the past, is the volume of the coming attractions. The volume is always so loud that we bring ear plugs to make it through that part of the movie. Why are they so loud? The main attraction is usually within reason for sound but not the promos. In the past we usually waited in the hallways until the movie starts.

These seats are about as comfortable as coach seating on an airplane. They recently renovated this theater and could have put in updated comfortable seats but instead put in small, uncomfortable seats that don’t recline... let me clarify, you can lean them back @20 degrees but they won’t stay unless you hold your feet on the ground keeping them in place. While it’s the only place to go if you want to see 4DX ( which has different seats) Paragon and SilverSpot are much better!

Hollywood 20 has been revamped and rebranded as REGAL Cinemas 4DX & IMAX. After roof damage to the Hollywood 20 cinema when Hurricane Irma swept through the area September 2017.Regal took its time to get this theater up to date with reclining seats, addition of 4DX & IMAX. (Previously, Regal Gulf Coast Towne Center held the only IMAX theater in the vicinity). The theater, even though opening just a few weeks ago, currently holds the title of the best movie theater in Southwest Florida due to it being the only 4DX and IMAX south of Fort Myers, FL.The reclining seats dont only recline, the almost recline completely back! This is by far my new favorite theater and glad it is in Naples. I look forward to supporting this theater after it suffered Soo much from Hurricane Irma.

Went to see Avengers Endgame in 4D, the movie is great! But the seats in 4D (& the regular seats also, used them this weekend too) are extremely uncomfortable, after 3 hours in these seats your bottom & back hurt. The seats are unusually narrow, so you feel crunched up between other people. For $25 a seat, you’d think you would get better than the Paragon or Silver spot, but on the contrary it’s horrible. The movement of the seats, spray of water, air, fans & being stabbed in the back repeatedly, were very annoying & weren’t even in sync with the movie. The concession line was backed up to the front doors & my young daughter was hit on by the employee behind the counter, she wanted a popcorn & soda & the employee kept teasing with her & not getting her drink while she stood there annoyed, she was about ready to give up until the employee finally got a clue & figured he wasn’t getting anywhere. After getting her popcorn, the top was saturated in butter & the bottom full of salt. (This from the very theater that used to have the best popcorn in town, where the salt & butter were evenly distributed throughout the entire bag, that is no longer the case.) I’m glad I already saw the movie 2 nights before at the Paragon were the seats recline & you can actually relax & the staff is friendly & the lines aren’t crazy long. I’ll be staying at the Paragon from here on out. Now I going to eat my homemade popcorn, since I wasn’t able to have decent popcorn with my movie, (& even if my daughter hadn’t already gotten some popcorn, so we’d know it didn’t taste good,) the line was still to long to bother. It’s been along time since we watched a movie without getting ANYTHING from the concession stand, ya the line was so long we didn’t even get drinks or anything for a movie that we know is 3 hours long. (At the Paragon we usually get dinner.)

It made myself, staff and my family laugh after trying to figure out what that was about. What looser (my 8 year old said that about her). So to the classless old woman thank you for making everyone laugh at your childish behaviors and helping me teach my children how not to act in public and how to not be respectful. I was highly disappointed at the quality this movie theater had to offer, especially for the price. This was our first time visiting and were disappointed right from arrival. The concessions crew was not prepared for the amount of guests and we had to wait ten minutes for popcorn to be made. Then we were made aware the pop was flat, so our choices were limited to hi-c and lemonade. We spent over $20 per seat on tickets for the IMAX, the screen didnt even turn on until 5 minutes after the showtime was supposed to begin, and then there were 30 minutes of previews before the movie even started. The butter is served behind the counter instead of self serve, and they dont shake the butter down so all the butter stays at the top. First time back since reopening after the renovation. Wife and I saw Star Wars 3-D IMAX on Christmas Eve.....sort ofShow time at 7:30 but blank screen until 7:45. After about 10 minutes of previews the movie finally started with the lights still on!! Someone ran out probably to report - about 10 minutes into the movie the lights finally went out.But there was still the problem that the movie was not in 3-D! They were showing the flat version. After about 40 minutes into the film, the screen went black and lights came on. After several minutes and a few attempts, the movie restarted about 5 minutes before where it stopped - but this time it was in 3-D.I can understand mistakes at a cheap theatre - but there are no excuses when paying such high prices for imax 3-D. Some folks left, others expected management to give the approx 30 people a free movie pass afterwards, I was just hoping for an apology. After the movie, while waking out, there were no employees to be seen. Not even a apology on Christmas Eve for ruining such an epic and anticipated film.It is the lack of apology, uncomfortable seating (as others have mentioned) that will keep me away. Im an avid moviegoer and I was excited to see The Lion King in IMAX. The facility is beautiful and clean as it just reopened less than a year ago. The IMAX ticket was $22. What we experienced was an unpolished experience plagued with technical difficulties. Theyve admitted their IMAX projector is not working properly and I estimate at least 20% of the picture was missing during the entire film. The lights didnt turn off until at least 5 minutes after the film started, which was distracting and caused a big glare on the screen. Regal is still charging IMAX prices for an incomplete and technically broken IMAX experience. I spoke to a manager about the experience after the film was completed and he was very courteous, professional and accepting of my feedback. My advice to the moviegoer is: If you go to this cinema, dont waste your money on the IMAX movie, go for a regular ticket and save yourself the expensive disappointment. My advice to Regal: Fix your IMAX equipment and stop charging IMAX prices until you do. Your new cinema is less than one year old and for your IMAX theater to be experiencing such substantial technical issues (that seem to be ongoing) is pretty unacceptable. Straighten out your priorities, before all your serious moviegoers choose to take their business elsewhere.
