Love this theater, somewhat of a hidden gem with Silver Spot across the street at Mercato. More comfortable chairs that lean back and very nice with the restaurants and ice cream in the plaza. Wife and I love the Tuesday movie specials!

This is my favorite movie theater in Naples. The reclining seats are beyond comfortable. There is a bar and grill inside if you are hungry. There are snacks and popcorn like regular theaters too. You can order and reserve tickets and seats online or walk in and purchase. Its always clean, has free movies for kids over the summer, and sensory friendly movie day for people with disabilities or sensitivities. This has original gradient slope seating, not stadium, but the recliners make up for it. Also, the arm rests move so if you are on a hot date, you can sit close

Absolutely amazing! Movie theater is always properly in care/up to date. Also, provides $6 special for tickets on Tuesday’s and comfortable adjustable recliner chairs. I go about 1-3 times a month. Super kind and caring staff. Lost my pendant/gemstone from my necklace. Didn’t realize until I got home late that night. Went the next morning on 10/11/2019 around 10-10:30 AM and as we walked in a man (whose name I don’t know) attended us right away. We asked him for their lost and found. He went right away in search for my pendant, which was not there. However, he allowed us to access the theater room, where he assisted us in finding my lost pendant, which he found in no time. Thank you Paragon for your very kind and generous staff.

Customer service Is so wonderful, patient, polite and attentive. The movie theater was so comfortable. The seats recline you feel like you are home. They have many munchie options. Room temp is just right. This theater is pleasant.

Great value for reclining comfortable seats and decent fast food options. However, there have been a few late night movies that I didnt get to see the whole movie do to technical difficulties. They didnt play it back at the rite spot either time, making me miss parts of the movies that I paid for. After the shows when looking for a manger to speak to about it there was no one to be found on either occasion to remedy the situation. Not always the cleanest facility either.

Very clean and (I think) newly renovated. A great place to watch a movie with your family. A great crowd, no problems at all. Parking is pretty easy ... all things considered.

My go to theater. Super comfy seats (not exaggerating)!! Its feels smaller that other area theaters, which IMO is a big plus, no need to go through a labyrinth just to get to your auditorium.They have very good deals, especially on Tuesdays.

FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEES. Went to watch a movie, that was all good, comfortable chairs. I accidentally dropped my credit card there. I noticed I was missing it when I was 20 mins away. I came back and talked to an employee who was kind and professional. He told me we cant go in and get it now because theres a movie playing, but that as soon as it ends he was going to go in and look for my card and give me a call. I get back home and very punctually I get a call from who tells me he found it. He tells me theyre gonna keep it there SAFELY for when I pass by to pick it up. Heres the problem: a couple of days later I get a call and a FRAUD ALERT text message from the bank. Someone working in Paragon tried USING MY CREDIT CARD at a Chevron gas station, to try to get gas.I had to deactivate all the cards of my family and get new ones. I am very disappointed that an employee would USE MY CREDIT CARD, specially when I was told they were gonna keep it there safely, waiting for me to get it This is FRAUD.I am now considering filing a police report. Sucks that such a good movie theater has FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEES.

The electric recliners are super comfortable and the video screens are crisp. The sound is a little too tinny though. Not the rich sound you would expect for a place like this. Maybe they can fix the sound with an equalizer? Other than that well worth your trip to the movies!

This is the best theater Ive been too. Including outside of naples. Best food, best seating. The prices are even better than most.

Comfortable seats and better parking than *ahem* across the street. Very clean and Ive never had bad service. Prices are similar to other theatres in the area.

My favorite theatre in Naples. Small but big on amenities. They have added some screens and put in really comfortable reclining chairs. The older section has wide reclining chairs and room to walk around them when reclined.

I love this theater, but why arent you screening queen and slim? Do you have something against black movies??I was looking forward to seeing this here over the holiday, but I guess we will have to find a new favorite theater.

I usually dont find much value in going to a movie theatre due to the price, and prefer digital distribution, however while the price may not be too different than the competition, the image and audio quality and recliners sold it for me. You should only pay a premium for premium service and that is what you get here vs the usual cramped theatre at a similar price. The beer and actual food available is a nice touch as well!

The quality of has degraded. The employees will lie when they do not feel like going through the work of preparing your food; it has happened to me twice. The chairs are comfortable, but that is all this movie theater has to offer. I’ve been coming here for years, but do not think I will be returning after this.

The seats are the recliner type - very comfortable. They serve all kinds of food and drinks. The theater is very clean and well-kept.

A very comfortable foldable bed opens up to your finger command. Sound and pictures are just right. You can have a dinner-show-sleep experience with collateral drinks or wine. Only make sure you entered the right theatre for the expected movie.

Diamond Rewards are a scam. Points accumulate and you cant ever use them. Management said that is how its designed.The theater used to be really well run but has degraded over the years. Long, slow lines, staff that cant remember your drink order 5 seconds later and wading through a popcorn encrusted floor.The seats are nice though, sound and picture are acceptable, and the minimal advertisements and previews are a plus.

Very clean and comfortable.....***** After posting this I was contacted by the theatre to let me know they had $6 movies all day and i think at night on Tuesdays! Wanted to let everyone know as I was unaware. Thanks Paragon! Wonderful service.....changed my 3 stars to 5!

Every movie theater is expensive in Naples but the admission fee is more reasonable for the quality of seats but I don’t think I’ll be going to paragon that much anymore. If you’re someone who gets concessions when going to a movie, don’t come here. Go to regal. The concessions are highly overpriced and with larges apparently they don’t do refills? I don’t know a single theater that does this, even if a refill costs a dollar or so, there are refills. You have to buy a whole new drink. Regal does not have the same quality of seats as Paragon but at least you don’t have to buy 6 dollar soft drinks with no refills that doesn’t even cost the theater a dollar to produce.

My girlfriend and I prefer this theatre, even though there are others closer to home. The electric reclining leather seats are comfy, the staff is friendly, and they have good food.

Down two stars for dropping free large popcorn refills. Best seats in town though. Member perks.

Couldnt make it to a movie, attempted to get a refund over the phone, well before showtime. They told me that was not possible, I had to come into the theater to process the refund. Heres something: if I could make the movie, Id also have time to come in for a refund. Fewer people are going to the theater now these days, this is exactly the reason why. Youre thieves.

Went to movies at Paragon Pavilion yesterday. Difference between now and prior visit 2 years ago was like night and day. Paragon Pavilion has not only updated but is now one of the finest movie theater in SW Florida. Where to begin;sound system, food,screen and leather lounge chairs all outstanding and guaranteeing an enjoyable visit.

Excellent place to watch a movie. I like having a beer while watching. Popcorn is always fresh. Expect for tall people behind you to still be able to put their feet on your seat. Usually the headrest since theyre recliners.

Walked in to use the self service monitor for tickets but one of the employees was in the way helping another customer and stared at me all angry like I wanted help when I was just wanted to use the station. Also another employee was complaining to the manager that me and me friends were still in the theater when we wanted to stay and see the credits

If the person in front of you does not tilt the seat back you cant see the bottom of the screen! Nice theater but this is not good. If you are under 59 you will see what I mean. Please fix this issue!

Nice, cozy theatre. Easy to get a ticket at the kiosk or through Fandango. The lobby was well laid out, with a beer you the side for adult beverages and the air was filled with the smell of freshly popped popcorn.I went to see a very popular film that hard just come out this weekend and was surprised at the email size of the theatre itself.The reclining seats were well maintained and comfortable, but extended far enough into the aisle that you need to pull back if someone walked by, for the bathroom or a late arrival.Other than the seating the place was nice.

I liked it, was a nice afternoon with some of the family the manager on staff was friendly and hustling trying to get everyone in and there drinks and snacks in a fast friendly manner. Been nice if had a little pull out table or something to set snacks on.

For a movie theater it was beyond perfect as everything was exceptional during my visit.

Pricey but nice theater. The screens arent overly large, but the theaters themselves are small so every seat has a good view. Tickets are like 13 bucks, but you get a recliner and assigned seating, which I personally prefer.

Just wish the concessions werent so expensive!

Not as good as usual. Typically we get good service and enjoy our movie. This visit, service was painfully slow. The staff seemed confused or not well trained. We asked for a bucket of ice to keep the beer cold (something cheerfully offered in past visits), but was informed after a rather lengthy search, that the ice buckets were being replaced and not available until sometime in the future. No one from management seemed interested - there were a handful of people in suits beyond the service area that the service staff went to for answers. That, in my opinion, should have been a reason for at least one of them to come forward and help.

Love the seats, they recline back and theyre very comfortable. Good prices. And the front seats arent so close to the screen.

If youre going to see a movie, there is no reason to go anywhere else, especially since they replaced the icee machine. For the same price as any other movie theater, you can order from a full bar and appetizer menu, then kick back in a huge leather recliner. You dont even have to move when people in your row need to get by, just tuck in your toes in the fully reclined position. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Great picture and sound. I do recommend reserving your seats online so you skip the line and go straight to concessions.

Absolutely the best in Naples.

I visit the Paragon Pavillion often, and usually have a very good experience. On my most recent visit, there was apparently an issue with the lighting automation in one of the theaters such that it was completely dark between shows and I even tripped and fell on the way to my seat. The theater manager (Scot) became aware of this and was was quite concerned... he immediately set about correcting the situation. I look forward to returning to this theater soon.

Frequent movie goer here. Ive been to most of the Theatres between here and Fort Myers. This one is always well run, staffed properly, and the production is always excellent.My bf is very technical with movies and notices any sound or visual imperfections. Ive never once had him go to management to correct a screening. But, with the reclining chairs there can be an issue at points.Great theatre where youre not sacrificing quality by going to the more affluent Silverspot Theatres across the street.BUT if youre not a local or familiar with this theatre, BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE. Days before or hours before. They sell out fast, especially during season because Naples is down one theater since Hurricane Irma in 2017.

I suggest this movie theater over almost any other one I have ever been to.1. Recliner seats, no this isnt my first rodeo with them but theirs are good ones.2. It wasnt absolutely freezing.3. Decent pricing4. Everything was neat and cleaned.5. Do not go to the movie theater on Naples Blvd. The seats are the most ridiculous things.

Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody in theater #10 on 12 Feb. I am assuming those were speakers I saw on the side but the soundtrack was only coming from the front speakers. No side and no rear. What a waste of a good movie.

Great little theater in a quaint mall.

Nice seats but no stadium style rows. The lights could dim lower during film as well. But all in all a good place to catch a flick with the family on a rainy day.
