Great people and amenities, but think the life style fee a bit high.
I’ve only been living here about four months but so far so good. I’m enjoying the pool. The few times that I’ve dealt with the office I’ve had no problems communicating and getting response.
My wife and I moved in to Naples Estates in April 2019. We moved here because of the many amenities that this over 55 community has to offer. As of this writing all the many amenities are about 80% completed. This park has gone above and beyond in refurbishing this facility. When we moved we were looking for a place to live that resembled the Caribbean Resorts we vacationed at a few years ago. We thought the lifestyle we were looking forward was out of our reach. We thought if we got half of what Naples Estates said we were going to get, that would still be worth it. We gambled and bought in! Well they have far surpassed my expectations and we are looking forward to the Grand Opening in March! We feel we made a GREAT decision!!! Olga & Paul S.
My wife and I are fairly new to the community and will be only down occasionally ( we live in Michigan) but so far so good!! All of the residents we have meet have been extremely pleasant. We, like everyone else, are anxiously awaiting the grand opening of the new clubhouse! It should be fabulous.
Visited my mom for a week. Everyone is very friendly. Very clean and nicely maintained. New clubhouse and pool will be done in spring 2020. So many well kept cute homes. New homes are very upscale and lovely. Many residences are for sale or lease. Great location, easy to get everywhere. Naples is a wonderful place.
Very nice and clean.
Check the lot rent at other parks before you buy one of the new trailers in Naples estates. Check Blue Sky’s, Enchanting Acres, Windjammer Village, Riviera Estates and many more are less than $100.00 a month up to $150.00. Check before you buy.
We love our brand new home, the open floor plan was just what we were looking for. Everyone we have met in the community has been welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to the future of Naples Estates!!!
Nice and neat. Well maintained
Very nice when the clubhouse is finished it will be even better
The clubhouse and community center are NOT COMPLETED!! New mobile homes are $200,000.00 each, and they are made with compressed wood, not plywood.
No amenities...very high rentals for very little. The HOA is extremely nosey. The guy in the golf cart is rude.
A nest of nasty old busybodies. Not a nice place to live.
People are not to friendly and the neighbors are very nosey..and in everybodys business....
Terrible manager Jody.
My mother lives here Im 30 shes 55 and this place is absolutely quite and wonderful! The neighbors are kind and helpful as my mother being in at home hospice care this is great for her would recommend to anyone
So much work is being done to upgrade and rebuild, post-Irma. Its going to be fabulous!
Price gouging at its finest. Home prices were reasonable but the monthly rent was unreasonable with few included services.
Great retirement community, its being rebuilt after the hurricane and now it the time to buy. When the construction is complete, the prices will skyrocket.
Cheap over priced.
Nice neighbirhood.not the people though
Visited a a family friend that recently moved here its great community of people
Nice clean store with courteous employees
Under construction. A mess.
Its a mess it is a total construction zone feel bad for the folks that live there hope they clean it up soon
Fabulous
Nice quiet community
Under reconstruction, a mess now
Love it here.
