Unbelievably wonderful experience. The people there are extremely friendly. I always enjoy a walk through there!

ESC is a unique 55+ community. Its well maintained, and there are always activities, games, groups, dinners, entertainment for the residents to enjoy and in which to be involved. Location is absolutely ideal to shopping and beaches.

Nice. trailer housing surroundings also mixed with old units. Looking for a rental and found they have a 7 month only rule. Not for us annuals!, but uyers only! Would add extremely reasonable HOA/land fees!

WE JUST LOVED TO CRUISE THE PARK. EVERYONE IN THE PARK IS SO FRIENDLY AND INVITING! TODAY WE WERE ON OUR GOLFCART AND WERE TOLD BY A MAN ON A BIKE THAT NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK! THAT SEEMS A LITTLE OUT HEARD OF BUT THAT IS WHAT HE SAID! HOW DO SOME OF THE SENIORS, WHO ARE LIMITED IN THEIR WALKING ABILITY. GET AROUND OVER THERE? WE WERE SERIOUSLY THINKING OF LOOKING FOR A PLACE THERE UNTIL THAT BIT OF INFO WAS VOLUNTEERED.

Great 55 plus community with bunches and bunches of activities!

Great place to live. 55 and older, no pets, has a boat launch. Fees are $330.00 quarterly.

Driving through appears clean n Great location.
