Landmark is in a great location and a very safe community. Property manager Tammy is excellent and was always very friendly! Also, thank you to salesperson Bruce! I have enjoyed living there.

My mother lives in Jamaica Bay just south of Gladiolus and 41 in South Fort Myers. The community is twice as nice as Landmark, and the lawns are cut and trimmed very nicely. The lawn company doing our community are awful. They truly do a hit and miss job. The rent is the same as what we pay in JB, but Jamaica Bay is cleaner and kept up aesthetically to a much better degree. We have been here over 10 years and our street has never been repaved or have had any work done on our street. The edges of our street-pavement are bad, and my wife twisted her ankle badly due to the uneveness. Rent keeps going up and eventually it will drive those like us on a fixed budget to forfeit living in Landmark Naples. It is what it is.

Landmark is a beautiful place, its such a shame that Tracy is mean and has no respect for the residents that live there. They charge you to rent the land and say they will cut the grass but they charge full price for that and the lawn service is horrible, they only cut the grass only if their lawnmowers can fit. Then the renters have to weed eat and cut the grass, that was missed. they drive around and find things wrong with your home.The kiddie pool is always dirty with leaves.

Ridiculously expensive for the land lot fees. Landscaping Company theres a horrible job. They will cut the grass and you can actually see places that they missed because its 2 inches higher than other areas. Weve been here since 2011 and cannot wait to leave. Nothing that we thought it would be

All I have to say is if you believe all of the reviews that say this place is great then you are as dumb as what you flush down the toilet. We lived in this palace for a couple of years and could not wait to sell the house we bought and get out of this prison. They have some of the most annoying people we had ever met. Tammy Feeney.,Pamela Hammersley and Margaret Simmons, excuse me while I go puke. This place is overpriced and they continue to raise the lot rent to its fullest every year. Make sure you dont let your lamp light burn out or the little snoop that rides around at night writing down violations will report you. We lived on Gulf Coast near the clubhouse and some of the things we observed people doing were disgusting. Look elsewhere if you have half a brain. Save your money. Move to Nevada like we did. No state tax their either. Landmark Naples ...NO WAY. Tammy Feeney has the personality of a doorknob and Pamela Hammersley, well she just has no brains.

Its a quiet place, nice people... but far from resort living. the land rent is outrageous, they really could upgrade so much and make many improvements to be considered resort style living.
