My stay there was nice very quite

I hate this place... Worst place in the world

I have not had hot water since Ive moved in and my air conditioning is pretty much non existent

My a/c went out from breaker box problem on Sat night and Brenda came Sunday morning and got right to work on the issue. They provided me with excellent repair service to the unit so far and even put me up in a nearby hotel overnight while its getting fixed.

Slumlords. Scum. Yeah there mobile homes are nice. But the illegal stuff they do consistently needs to stop. There office got broken into. They posted a letter saying anyone who paid there rent had to pay again, even with receipts from front office and my money order receipt. Took them to court won the case. Still had to move. No eviction on record tho. Ask for deposit back They said they kept because of court costs. Illegal!!!! The place was left spotless.

I love my mobile home in Harmony Shores hear am so close too work it peaceful and my Neighbors are real nice and kind...

The manager was fired in August 2017 for stealing rent money and electric money messing up everyones accounts to make the owner think people owed them money when people had theyre receipts. Resulting in many unlawful evictions. I have a tree on my home blocking my back entrance. in which they refuse to remove the office tells me (as is)! I have had no hot water for 5 months due to the water heater smoking! Yet some people think this a good place to live ya right!

Ena in the office is awesome!!!....ive lived on and off here for years.... its a safe family neighborhood.... you get a home on a budget... if you have problems let them know and they get it done! I had some issues and told Ena and she followed through and treated me like a little sister...she was on point.... they all did great... its safe... people take pride in their homes... your on the water... laundry on site.... kids and elderly here its great... everyone minds their own business but alot are friends.... its home to me!

Its affordable but you get what you pay for

Eh, it sucks deez nutz.Being a Kid there, HA it sucks so many damn drug addicts and kids attempting to smoke a cigar!! I dont recommend bringing your kids here ...
