I stay there often. It is a very pleasant well maintained park.

Definitely one of the most beautiful RV resorts in Naples. Adorable, clean, safe, well-managed resort. Lots of beautiful landscaped areas and updates, e.g. pool area, new pavement and trees. Excellent rates and 5 minutes to I 75. Nice neighbors as well.

Last year my wife and I were looking to purchase a park model at Panther Walk but it was the end of our stay so we didnt have time to look deeper into purchasing. This year my wife took a walk with our dog to see if there was anything to purchse when she was confronted by a man asking who she was. She said she was staying next door at Club Naples and he told her to leave. Our dog was leashed and she told him she wouldnt let her pee on any lawns and he said that didnt matter, dont come here with your dog. He never gave her a chance to explain why she was there. Any thought of purchasing here went away with that confrontation.

The owner is a very ruthless person. My wife and I moved in for term of 12months. We did not sign a lease. I explained to the owner how hard my wife and I have been struggling to find a place in Naples to rent. She said she could help us. So I gave her all of our money to move in and 21 days after we moved in she approaches my wife and says she is financially struggling and she had to sell the place. So we would be receiving an official letter stating that the house would be put up for sale and we would have 30 days to move from date of sale. What she did was perfectly legal but just morally wrong in so many ways. The owners finances did not go so bad that quick. She had it planned from the start. She took our money promising a 12 month term then screwed us. She could have told us she was thinking or planning to sell. We would have taken our hard earned money elsewhere. We were quiet and good tenants. We got along with the owner and the neighbors the whole time. I never received my 500 dollar deposit and when I asked about it, somehow I owed it all. I did owe half of it but not all of it. I posted this to let others know that the owner is like this to save someone from the troubles we had. Dont move here if your looking for a trustworthy landlord!!!

People are outstandingly friendly and sign willing to take you right in.

The owner, Candy, is the meanest old woman I have met in the last ten years. We are so glad to be out of this place. STAY AWAY!
