I have been working with Paul Surniak for the last several years. He has helped me regain my swing after injuries and refine my game and my way of thinking about the game. Paul Surniak is a great instructor with many years of experience. I have had lessons from Paul for several years off and on, mostly just when I really needed it! (If you are a long-time golfer, you’ve been there!) Paul always had a knack for getting me back on track. Now that he has hooked up with Impact Zone (Bobby Clampett), he has gotten even better, and so have I. The structure of this system and the supporting measurement technology make it easier to focus on concrete improvements. My wife and I always complained about having to have “87 swing thoughts” whenever you take lessons. Not any more! The Impact Zone training, especially in the hands of a real expert like Paul, is a way to get measurable results while keeping it simple. Most importantly, it’s just more fun to play good golf! I am frequently scoring in the 70’s for the first time in my life and I just turned 65. Erica had good insight into improving your swing.It’s difficult in a group to give instruction to each individual.With a new golfer in the group, they tend to demand more attention. I would suggest Erica try and even out the instruction to the whole group and less on one specific individual.

Found the instruction/instructor (Paul) very helpful- reviewed fundamentals first and he instantly found/tweaked some basic issues with grip and stance, moved on to swing mechanics and proper head/back alignment- finished with impact and follow-thru. Follows B. Clampett’s base 5-point instructions and ties in personal adjustments/references to reinforce messages, we promptly booked follow-up lessons - looking forward to trying out some of the adjustments - highly recommend to others.

My wife and I attended a two day school this past weekend and had the remarkable good fortune to have Bernard Sheridan to ourselves for a total of 8 hours.He focused on each of us with our individual swing issues. He introduced us to a series of drills which will be key to our improvement now and in the future. I am a high handicapper who has taken lessons from various golf instructors for six years but my handicap never improved until Bernie Sheridan began instructing me at Impact Zone. I was almost about to give up golf before my lessons with Ellen Ceresko at Impact Zone Golf. She has a gift for being able to see your swing (and makes good use of technology to show you) and is very creative and energetic in finding ways to get you to see and feel a swing with which I can play confidently and consistently. I needed to work on my putting, so I called Impact. I was set up with Bernie, a master putting instructor. It was pretty amazing. My putting improved so much in just 3 lessons! I still need to finish with 2 more lessons. I highly recommend you see Bernie to get your putting in shape, and to drop your handicap. I never realized such a small thing could make such a big difference.

The IZG studio has an amazing array of technology that shows you exactly what is going on with your golf swing. Bernie is a great instructor who is able to take that information and give you various drills and feelings of how to put a plan together for long term improvement. It really takes away guess work of how to improve.

I have to say with all honesty my experience was very helpful. A simple setup as how my feet were balanced has helped me strike the ball consistently. Impact Zone is located at Tiburón Golf Club here in Naples, and Ive had the chance to spend time with several of their teaching professionals. Ive worked with a few over the years, but nothing comes close to the time Ive spent with Bernard Sheridan. We spent an hour on the range one day and he just spoke my language. Was able to look at things and explain what I was doing wrong and provided drills for things to work on at home.Since our first lesson, weve been spending a lot of time together working on my game, hitting balls, doing playing lessons and talking about Tiger Woods. I could spend hours talking to this guy... But more than anything, he understands my swing and knows how to talk to me. He gets it and has already made me a better player in a few short weeks. I look forward to more lessons with him and to lowering my handicap over the coming year. Tip of the cap to Bernard and all he does for the greatest game ever played.

This PGA junior overnight camp was truly a fantastic experience- Bobby and his staff did an A+ job of working with 15-16 year olds on every thing golf that you could fit in. Morning to night golf and then Andrew did an exceptional job of relating to the teens and chaperoning them to dinner, swimming, movie and overseeing them - very trustworthy. Words dont describe the overall experience- simply put - It Was Top-notch ! Thanks to instructors Bernard and Tom too as they were very helpful with on the course teaching.Gary

Ellen has taken over my coaching, working in conjunction w David Ostrow, her golf fitness trainer. Progress continues on finer points of the swing. She is great!--she continues to build my confidence, even when I am not at my best---learning the process vs the results has been very valuable

Bernard was great! He did a great assessment and gave me the drills to help me get into better positions and improve my swing. One of my best lessons and I have had a single digit handicap for over 50 years.

Impact Zone does not address you on a specialized needed training. They stick to a engraved lesson by lesson course that does not address your old engraved swing. They stick to an A,B,C in house method that does not work if engraved into years of bad coaching and muscle memory. I have videos before and after results that show very poor results after 10 lessons at $5k. I still had the left leg in-swing sway, still had the left arm chicken wing, which I was told will go away with practice ! Had the same amount of club head speed at impact as started. After showing the results to several PGA golf professionals, I was very disappointed what I heard. What was taught by Impact the most was body weight shift with extensive time on this subject, but lacked training on shallowing of the club, creating lag on the downswing, and most missed was lower body clearance to stop the left arm chicken wing. Now that I have had proper training elsewhere I have corrected these mis-steps lacked from Impact. Save your money !

I highly recommend Impact Zone Golf. Just by ordering the videos I was hitting the ball longer and straighter. I was very impressed with my instructor Bernard Sheridan. He quickly identified the flaws in my swing and has laid out a clear roadmap on how to fix them. IZG offers high quality instruction for a very reasonable price. I live out of state and plan to get more lessons via the internet with my new swing coach Bernard Sheridan. I don’t play like a tour pro yet but Impact Zone Golf makes me feel like one.

Bernie always knows how to fix me when my game goes south! We were able to add club head speed and distance with my driver. Also he was able to help identify and fix short game issues. Now it up to me to practice what Ive learned. Thanks for the tune up Bernie!

My 12 year old son Kody studied at Impact Zone Golf Academy last summer. The sessions were 3 times a week, 3 hours at a day. His game improved greatly in just a few short months. His short game from 100 yards in showed the greatest improvement. Instead of simply trying to get on the green, Kody is now focusing on sticking it close. In addition, the putting analysis equipment at the indoor facility explained his putting flaws and how to improve. His stroke is now firm and confident.I recommend Impact Zone Golf Academy for kids of any skill level. I witnessed some students with basic skills transform to valuable members of High School teams after sessions at Impact Zone. This school is for everybody!

After 45 years of playing this wonderful game I was very close to quitting. I booked a one hour evaluation on line with Bernard Sheridan at IZG headquarters studio in Naples, FL.In the first 20 minutes Bernard had professionally isolated my swing flaws and prescribed corective instruction along with drills for both the range and at home use. He also set up specific electronic video lessons for my review on the CoachNow web-site. To take new swing changes from the range to the course is hard and Bernard has been with me throughout the entire process. Positive results and real sustainabile improvement. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their game.

Senior Master Instructor Tom OBrien at IZG Tiburon is, by far, the most knowledgeable and skilled teacher of golf that I have ever found. After struggling for two decades with my self-imposed and flawed golf swing, Tom has diagnosed my mechanical issues and prescribed a workable pathway to create a fundamentally solid golf swing that I can practice on my own and take out to the golf course.
