I didnt have time to play from what I am hearing and reading is a top flight layout. I merely had an administration question concerning looking up my handicap. Nice golf course

Hammock Bay is an upscale gated community with views of the surrounding Everglades area known as Ten Thousand Islands, including nearby Marco Island. Spectacular views from the higher units include sunset on the Gulf of Mexico to the West and sun rises over the Everglades marshes to the east. For people looking to buy a condo on or near Marco Island, the values in Hammock Bay are fantastic. Their Club is owned by the Marriott and is a great place to spend a day. As a real estate agent, I had my very first sale in this community back in 2001, $780,000 for a unit in Aversana, which you could buy today (2019) for the upper $400,000 range.

Karoline is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. She is very attentive, professional and friendly.

Staff was friendly. Course was beautiful and challenging. Lots of water as you would expect.

Sweet course

Beautiful course that is in great shape! Have zero issues with course or staff at clubhouse. All issues come from dealing with others on the course. First, I paid a good deal of money and showed up early to hit on the range. Im getting better but still not great so this is important. The weather is nice and sunny and the ground was firm however i was told I the range was closed. This is a huge disappointment given the weather and how much everything had dried out since rain yesterday. Second,a group was playing 6 in front of me. They finally allowed me to play through however I have never played a course that would even think to allow this yet the cart girl just said to go around when something was said. I was told that the course was wide open after them which was not true at all. Even skipped a hole to get around them. Next, there was a group that were hitting multiple shots from around the green and seemed to be practicing. I understand that if the course was empty this would be okay but there were several groups including myself behind them. Next, there were a foursome that had stopped so I passed. They were drinking which is normal. However, during my swing the come zooming up and screeching tires. By this time I had just had enough. So overall, good course and friendly staff but they need better policing out on the course.

This is a lovely golfing community owned by the Marriott. I am not a golfer, but those who are tell me it is a spectacular course to play. It has a tennis court, lovely pool and spa. It also has a small fitness center. Dining includes a poolside tiki bar and inside dining room. The food is very good, mostly sandwiches, burgers, dogs, and salad and soup. Dining is open to the public, but only members can use the rest of the amenities.

Awesome course. The range and other facilities were top notch. Be sure to stop in and have a post round cocktail.

Played 9/20/16.Course is wonderful. But ladies beware of the starter. The tee times are posted on the front of the carts. We had a 9:04 tee time and we were on the first tee with the ball teed up when the starter came and said there were 2 men who had a tee time before us so we had to let them go. After they teed off, I read the tee time on the cart and it was 9:12. In my world that was a later tee time than ours not earlier. I guess they did want to play behind women and apparently the starter was eager to accommodate them. I guess he also thought we were idiots and couldnt read the tee times. I really didnt appreciate being lied to. The ironic thing is that the course was very crowded and they only finished 5 minutes ahead of us. The man I made the complaint to was very apologetic and very nice, but this should have never happened.

A well kept course that allows for a great round of golf

Great afternoon by their pool. Blue skies, bright sun, soft breezes. Beautiful facilities and great service for lunch there.

Beautiful club with great staff. Good for golfers and tennis players. You can enjoy the amenities if you are staying at the JW Marriott.

Love the grass they have down here in florida. Course was in great shape, greens were like glass they were so fast, and the staff was super nice. Thanks for the great round while my wife and I were on vacation!

Part of Marriotts Marco Island Golf Resort, Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club is home to a championship golf course that ranks with some of the best in Florida. Youll need to stay at the Marriott Marco Island if you want to play this course, which is generally reserved for members and resort-guests only.

Hammock Bay put on a Grad party for my Kids and my nephew, The whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful, The food was excellent and all staff members were so intensive to our needs. I would recommend Hammock Bay to anyone for their party needs!

Hammock Bay golf course is an outstanding club with wonderful amenities, great golf, fantastic staff, food food and affiliated with the Marriott resort hotelOnMarco Island. The Rookery golf course is the second golf course and club affiliated with the Marriott resort Great golf courses !!!
