Jon, salesman, couldn’t be bothered to help me get new clubs. He was standing there with nothing to do and said I needed to schedule an appointment and come back. I explained I had time and got out of clinic early and want new clubs for Christmas/birthday present and willing to upgrade significantly. Still couldn’t be bothered! I’m a 50 y/o female, professional and he treated me like a kid. Absolutely disgusted.

I was in the store for a lesson. After my lesson I wanted to hit some balls. To see my improvement. When I to the stall to Hit balls one of your employees named Jeff. Came up to me. With many customers in the store and told me I couldnt Hit balls. That I had to rent a stall. I wont buy anything from the store again.

The man working there named Brett won’t let you use the hitting stalls unless you promise to buy a $400 driver. Nobody in the store. Not causing any problems. Gonna have to switch to golf Smith.

Didnt have a very good selection...

I purchased a Ping G400 driver about a year ago from Golf Galaxy. A week ago I hit the club on the first tee and heard a weird sound and an uncharacteristic ball flight. I look down and my G400 was cracked across the top.I have seen faces caved in but never this failure. I took the driver to GG and they worked with corporate and Ping and I had a full replacement in about a week.I want to especially commend Brent for his customer service in handling the transaction. Thanks so much for your efforts.

Very rude customer service, came in to try some pre owned clubs, as I was testing them out, I got screamed at because the range was “closed” at 5 PM, continued on saying “now I have to clean up all the balls”, was very rude and impolite, made my experience very unpleasant! Just was not expecting that after being there so many times and spending more than enough money there! Disappointed!

Great store with a large selection. Employees are very nice. I am newer to golf and Josh has been a huge help for me. Hes helped me with my golf club selection (even looking through used ones) and helped find the correct ones for ME. I highly recommend this store verses other golf stores in the area.

I walked in at 7 pm to replace the tip and shaft on my hybrid. The guy who works at the club repair left at 6 o’clock, the store closes at 9 o’clock. There was no one to replace my shaft. They said we apologize. So I went to PGA superstore and they replaced my shaft. They have a club repair guy till 8 o’clock and the store closes at 8. So I will never go back to Golf Galaxy again. No wonder they have no costumers.

In transition from golf Smith to golf galaxy. this place has everything: indoor range, lessons, shop, huge putting green. the selection and staff are pretty good
