Heres the thing. I LOVED urban air. My kids and I would go several times a week before the pandemic. The price was unbeatable and we always had a blast. Service was great.Then came the pandemic. Despite calling and telling them that my dad has cancer and I would be unable to go to their facilities as I was acting as caretaker, they refused to stop charging me. Basically, instead of being decent understanding human beings, they decided to take my money, refused to refund any money or show any kind of understanding or empathy.When I asked them to cancel my membership they refused. I would NOT recommend this place as they do not appear to care about health, safety, or basic human decency when it comes to corporate. The people at the facilities are great. The people who take your money at corporate are heartless.

Awesome place. But ypu better be ready for a workout but completely fun.

Today was our 3rd trip to Urban Air, in Naperville. We love it so much that we bought a membership. The staff is super helpful and just kind. My kids are 10 and 8 and love all of the attractions. My daughter just asked if we can come back every day.The building is clean and its well staffed to help the kids do the various activities.

The employee Zach Pate did a phenomenal job of accommodating to my my family‘s needs. Wonderful attractions and wonderful people. He really engage with my children along with myself and Cara good conversation. Overall very impressed and satisfied with my visit!

Going back for my daughters birthday

The kids, 9& 12, love coming here. So much to do! The staff does a pretty good job opening attractions when asked. It is a bummer the climbing walls were closed as they were looking forward to that. A great rainy day activity. *Covid - seemed clean and hand sanitizer all over. There were some customers that refused to wear masks. I heard the staff ask them several times to wear them but they just took them off as soon as the staff walked away. Some people....

It was a mixed bag. The location itself was very fun, plenty for children of all ages to do. There were staff that were very attentive to the needs of the parties, but there were also staff members there who werent as diligent with their duties. I understand the tedious nature of working, but with the number of people there on weekends, those individuals NEED to be more attentive. Id recommend this place, but Im more likely to return during the weekday.

I came during a busy time. I like the temperature station as soon as you walk in I was greeted by the team members! The attraction look pretty clean. The only thing I am confused about is why do the workers not spray and clean the seat after each use on the go karts? I like how the employees enforce social distancing pretty heavily. their COVID protocols are fair. What made this a four and not a five. When I asked a young girl walking around if she can open something for my kids she was a team lead cant remember the name, but she was nothing but rude I asked a question I got so much attitude. Im the customer service field so I understand so Instead I spoke to the manager. Justin He was absolute great ! He answered all my question, provided such amazing service and even open the attraction I needed as soon as I asked. Bella at the cafe was extremely helpful with my experience at the cafe. Overall pretty good time we went home and got memberships!

We went to a birthday party yesterday and everything seemed fine, kids had fun, but the place was ghetto and a fight broke out in front and around all those poor kids. I will never take my kids here ever again.

Great concept, poor customer service and food court, Dont even bother! Took almost 40 minutes for Mac and cheese and no apologies...this is an hourly place so shouldnt waste 40 minutes on food.

Plenty of fun activities for kids all ages. Two hours passes are enough time for kids to play everything.

My son has autism and struggles to communicate with other children and struggles to adapt to new situations. I was super afraid to bring him and trust me I was freaking out the whole time LOL! I was so happy that Joey and Justin the manager on duty where so well trained to work with kids with special needs. They where super pacient at the cafe and the go karts. They both really encouraged my son to try everything in the park. Before covid I did not like coming. Today was completely acceptable visit and I’m so happy to see new management .

Me and my kids had a lot of fun here. They had hand sanitizer placed around the park. The workers was sanitizing every ride after use.

Awesome place!! My kids loved it and got me to say yes to stay until they closed. The cafe had a couple issues, but the food was still good and a gentleman was telling me how theyre in the middle of a whole cafe change of improvement, and I could see they were trying. Well coached and managed, as well as the other workers. Everyone was friendly and a couple of the workers were playing with the kids too. For such a busy Saturday, they handled it well and I was impressed. Overall we had a great time and cant wait to go back.

This place was awesome to take my family to. I would highly recommend this place. The food was good and the staff was awesome.Update if you get a membership they changed what is included for food options so it only includes pizza and popcorn nothing else like before. It use to include all snacks/sides to choose some so for that urban air gets only 4 stars now. Since I signed up knowing what was included and they changed it mid membership.

Fun place to take the whole family to have find and be active. Make sure to make reservation ahead. I’ll visit again.

Im actually really disappointed in their lack of taking COVID-19 seriously. I saw a group of kids on the ride, bumper cars and go karts NOT wearing masks. I spoke to a manager about it (more than 2 times) and they said that It is hard to train staff on new covid protocol. Uhhh no it isnt: Chuck E Cheeses, Funtopia, Topgolf and Skyhigh are ALL enforcing safety measures. They made an announcement saying to put on a mask, but nobody listened and the associates did NOT tell anybody to do that as well. They also were not cleaning and the building was just gross. Other than that, the Go Karts were really slow and the associates blatantly did NOT care about being there. We all harnessed OURSELVES in, and we had to keep asking the front desk to go on things because associates were nowhere to be found. I paid $42 for a huge disappointment.

Today we tried the Urban air trampoline and adventure park. First take, great place for kids and adults if you like trampoline and are ready for little adventure. The thing I really liked was they have a good choice of things to do...there is a play area for smaller kids like 4 to 7 I will say with climbing and playzone.If your kid if 41 inch and more then they can go on mostly all the rides except the go kart. There is a huge obstacle course like skyzone with a big ball pit that kids loved...there is a sky rider which is kind of a zipline that older kids can do...they also have Skywalker...along with a full trampoline zone.I really liked it cos it offers for both small and big kids...they have some unlimited packages and also membership options if you are looking to revisit...overall a great place.What I hated was the food section...very less choices and way too long waittime... service is bad..I think if they improve that its definitely one of my fav parks in Naperville.

4.5 stars.The lockers payment system didn’t work. Other than that, my kindergartener is having a great time. There’s a lot for the kids to do. I’m very happy about the massage chairs. It costs about average compared to other fun centers in the area. I do think the should be one spin zone or go kart ride included with the Ultimate package.

I personally think that the go-kart situation is very unfair they slow down the go-karts for younger kids. You can see it being done. and they wont let friends ride separately because of long lines? As an excuse when I seen many available. That being said they have age limits on certain things but they make you buy a whole extra passes to ride with your child ? that is unfair in itself. I think this could be done better by management. And food pricing is insane. But overall its good if their wasnt such a strict age limit policy and certian staff members being rude. Def good place to spend the day with your older child . Not so much younger ! Dont waste the time ..Zip line very cool but it doesnt have the drop the other locations have. And paid for drop zone and its closed. Also paid for bumper cars and that was closed the entire time of my stay. Maybe once things are up and running their could be better changes. Dont bring a younger child here and expect them to be doing much.

Nice place for the kids to blow steam, the prices are ok could be better but the food concession is way over priced for the sizes of drinks and the pizza was nice and cheesy but blend and i could count the pepperoni with one hand really poor! staff needs to be trained properly the dont pay attention on what is going on, they are more concerned about playing or talking with other staff members, there was big kids(high school size kids) running full throttle almost hitting my 3 year old but i was able to shield her, i had a 9 year and she had a blast only complaint from her was that she could not ride the bumping cars( i think) due to no one being there to attend, and the wait wich that i can understand, at the food concession needs to be some kind of training about sanitary habits, staff and what it looked to be a person in charge handling food and constantly touching his face, hair, money and other things and not washing hands when serving food or drinks, and i left half of the whole pizza in the box on a table with my kids drinks on top of box while i was watching my little one they threw it away so i complained and the did replace the pizza with a whole one which i really appreciated.

Nightmare!!! Kids having fun with the exception that there was no one monitoring the dodge ball court. Apparently shots to the face count. Ridiculous. When I arrived I went to the self service kiosk where I loaded waivers and paid for the Platinum Pass (unlimited access)x 3. You are supposed to take that receipt to the self service counter where they give you bands...no one was there so it was completely pointless to pay ahead. I had to stand in line for ten minutes for the full service counter. The bathrooms have toilet paper everywhere except on the dispensers. Counters are a disaster. The concession is the most frustrating experience I have ever had a at an indoor fun zone. Waited in line for 17 minutes for 3 bottles of water. GET A VENDING MACHINE. During that time I watched patron after patron walk up to the counter wondering where their orders were. 30+ minutes for food. Spilled drinks all over carry out counter. They consistently put plates and full pizza boxes down on the spilled drink that consumed the entire counter. I have been watching it drip off the counter for 30 minutes at this point. I saw the two employees visually see it and do NOTHING about it. Once I got up to pay, there were no waters and the cash drawer had to be refilled. Get a manager behind that counter. I would be extremely embarrassed. They are so understaffed and mismanaged. I was going to book my sons 8 year old birthday party here. NO WAY. F

We had my daughter’s 13th Birthday party here. She and her friends had an awesome time! Every single person that works here was extremely friendly and helpful and because they were all teens, I was impressed! Our party hostess was awesome too! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was simply the length of time it took for the go carts and the fact that the bumper cars were not running the entire time.

We had an OUTSTANDING experience!!! Kevin and his staff were great! Very helpful and professional and friendly! Facilities were well kept and clean. Our kids ages 2 1/2 - 12 had a blast! We will definitely be back!

My kids had a blast! At 1st the girl at the front desk was having trouble getting my gift card to work, but the managers Kevin and Kellen were very helpful in fixing the issue and showing the cashier. We loved doing the sky rider and the go karts, and my kids remembered Max who always jokes with them before we race. Great family day out!

Fun place to take the kids. Lots of pros and cons to go through so Ill start with the good.Pros: hours of fun, lots to do. hard to get bored here in a single day. Very unique attractions like a kid friendly ninja warrior course. Staff not breathing down the kids necks and letting them have fun.Cons: pricey, but overall a good value. very young staff, and they act like it- there are very young children and I overheard some pretty profane language amongst the staff, to other staff. And also undertrained. My daughter needed help on the rope course and the staff member that helped her had never done the course. But over all the staff was decent. Some were even great. Pizza was almost pure dough, and over all pricey concessions.

Went here for a birthday party my daughter attended and the place was a blast! I didnt participate in the fun, but next time we go, I will definitely be driving those go karts they have. Staff was extremely friendly with everything and they were very helpful getting our wristbands so we could have a fun filled day!

10 year old daughter absolutely loves it here. Plenty of options available at several price points. The basic was just fine and she had no complaints. And there is plenty of seating/ tables for adults like me to get a little bit of work done in the meantime.

My 5 and 7 year old love coming here. I appreciate that the cost covers as long as we want to stay instead of paying by the hour like most other parks. Always clean and well maintained.

I meant to write this sooner, but I wanted to shout out the staff yesterday for making a bunch of kids days at Urban Air. They started this competition of best tricks on the pro trampolines, and the winners were getting prizes. All the kids had a blast, and even the staff was having fun. Great job to the workers and awesome job to all the kids. My boys kept talking about it when we left and we will definitely be back!

Very fun for kids and teens, lots to do. Better than regular trampoline parks because you have unlimited time, at the same price- with more to do! I love that there are teens and young adults as employees. Food took forever to cook. 20 minutes for fries.

WOW. This place is amazing! The attractions are perfect for all ages, from children to adults! Staff is incredibly friendly and they all always have smiles on their faces. I had a slice of pizza and cheese fries and my little cousin had the chicken tenders and fries and the food was marvelous for a amusement park. We will DEFINITELY be returning for more fun whenever possible. Thank you to everyone there for making this a super fun and enjoyable experience!

Terribly mismanaged place. Run by a bunch of young kids with no sign of supervisors. We ordered some food and waited for 2 hours with no sign of order getting fulfilled. One guest just got frustrated after waiting for 1.5 hrs for a cheeseburger....just one cheeseburger! One mom left after waiting in vain for 45 mins for an order of fries and wings. The kids in the kitchen kept telling us that order is coming up and wait was simply agonizing. When I asked for supervisor, they told me he is busy. We too left with lots of anger and disappointment without having our full order served to us.My suggestion for anyone would be not to plan to eat anything here...its not worth it. Never seen a place so badly managed like this

We had a birthday party canceled and urban air totally took care of us! Theres so much to do for the kids! Really clean and seriously the nicest workers which means alot when you want your kids to have a good time!

Great concept but ran very poorly.I think there may have only been 1 to 2 people that may have been 21 yrs old then Nothing but teenagers doing the rest. It is so disappointing that a Great Place isnt gonna make it because there is No Supervision.

This place recently opened about five minutes away from us so we were very excited to try it out. My kids uncle even got them memberships for Xmas. The activities are fun for the kids, but they have a lot of challenges with everything else. There is always a 20 minute wait in line for the snack bar even if there are only 2 people in line. They are always out of popcorn, soda, straws, basically anything they should have in stock on any given day. The candy machine is always out of stock on everything. The staff doesn’t watch your kids (my daughter was crying for someone to help her down off of the rock wall and I had to jump the fence to get the girl off of her cell phone!). Just an overall fun place that’s not being monitored very well. Very disappointing! We did have one visit with great service from one of the female managers named Laura. There was an issue we had when checking in and she was very helpful and friendly.

Overall, great spot for kids. That said, its pricey, some stuff we wanted to try was closed for the day, and the bumper cars seemed to be broken and colliding regularly while we were there. No instructions and lax supervision on the track, too. Also, concessions took forever (one poor kid on a single register). Prices should reflect the state of the rides, or some refund given after, say, more than one attraction goes down.

This was our first time here and we love it! There is a lot for the kids to do so The lines are not long. It is a big space so it doesn’t seem crowded.

I was underwhelmed, unlike the staff that seems overwhelmed.We were here on a chilly Sunday afternoon, just our family - not part of a party or anything. Trying to get food was difficult. Cheese pizza? Sold out (well, a 15 minute wait). Mini hotdogs? Sold out. Soft pretzel? Itll be while. Finally get some stuff and sit down at a filthy little round table, and the thing just about collapses if you look at it wrong.And I hope you werent planning on talking to anybody with music and the screaming kids drowning out any chance of conversation.I guess the kids like it, though. They better since its $36 per kid. If its up to them, well be back. If its up to me, we wont.

I give them the two stars because there are some fun activities however the place lacks any organization. Safety appears to be completely missing. The employees appear to be more concerned about having fun together than doing their jobs. The ones that aren’t screwing around are clueless as to what’s going on around them.

I really enjoy the Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. It was so fun its have a trampoline, go-karting, a zipline, rock climbing, ninja warrior course, slam dunking, and a little park for the little ones. Its really fun and its for all ages even some teenagers and adults did it and they have fun as well. Also they have a cafe. Where you can get food, snacks, drinks, or desserts and the workers were very nice to us. I would definitely go here.

AMAZING!! JUST AMAZING!!! My kids liked this place better than others in the area. So much more versatility in attractions plus fun music and lights. They do have multiple packages to pick from as well. We did not try any of the food but man did it smell and look delicious. Will DEFINITELY be back.

2 weeks agoWe were really looking forward to this new adventure park!My child had a birthday party there for the first and last time.We are not coming back.The worst customer service we ever had. Our package included 2 pizzas.When the pizzas were brought out, they were burnt.Not crispy, burnt, including a black crust bottom and a dark brown blackish cheese on top. We couldnt believe our own eyes! The staff acted like there was nothing wrong and its normally baked pizza. Ha! When we explained our obvious concerns, we were told if we want newly baked pizzas, it will take a while...Our party included 2 hour window and a lot of hungry kids! The General Manager instead of saying sorry for served burnt food items, experiencing some issues with the oven, a lack of staff in the kitchen, or whatever it was, simply explained that is how the oven bakes and they have to bake at a very high temperature,otherwise, the pizza will have a raw dough inside. Wait, what?...Where is your common sense?So you are just serving burnt pizzas to children, endangering their health? Perhaps lowering a temperature and actually knowing the basics of how to bake a frozen pizza, properly trainning and managing your team would make more sense to have satisfied customers who will want to come back.The General Manager wasnt trying to make the situation any better. After asking for a food replacement, it took 45 min to serve 5 hot dogs, 3 chicken tender orders and an order of french fries...There was no follow-up, a chasing game. I refused to pay for a food items because this was beyond a simple courtesy. Please train your staff on a proper food preparation, customer service skills and party organization! Attractions are great, but not the customer service or food!

This place is amazing! My first time coming here with my children and they had a blast. Very friendly staff and the facility is clean.

Do NOT recommend. My friends and I decided to check it out one Tuesday night and it was NOT worth my money. It was our first time there and as soon as we get to the front desk the people (3 people) at the front just asked us where our waiver was. We were all confused because we did not know what waiver they were talking about. We told them it was our first time there and they just kept asking for a waiver. We asked where we can fill out the waiver and they said we could fill it out with them. We also notified them that we wanted to pay together. The guy tells us that we can pay together and then starts charging separate transactions so we were a little confused. Keep in mind, it was our first time and he did not even explain the different packages they had. After he charges us all, he then asks if we are going to be on the trampolines and if so that we needed to pay for socks. So here we go ahead another transaction. The staff was NOT friendly. It took us 25 minutes to even get started and after we were charged they just left and nothing was explained. We didnt know if there were specific time slots for the go carts and other attractions so it was up to us to discover that. One of the attractions that we paid for was closed and we were not notified that it was closed. Overall, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just left my sons birthday party.Placed order 4 weeks before the date, no one ever called me, I called 4 days before birthday to make sure we’re all good and confirm # of guests. The next day I got a message from them asking to confirm the orders, called the # back it was disconnected. Got the party 15 min before, so disorganized. Every employee was between 15-18 years old. Most seemed high, no adults in sight. Our order was all messed up, I had to tell the host what we had ordered. I had to run around looking for him to cut the cake, to go on the carts, he basically brought the pizza in the room and I had to pass out the pizza, drinks, cake. Bathrooms had no toilet paper for all 3 hours we were there. This place is extremely fun but service and cleanliness is horrible. We wanted to have another party there in few weeks for our other child but not after this experience.

Omg this place is horrible...do not get me wrong it’s a beautiful concept...very nice activities but no management...matter of fact one employee told me the manager knew there was only one person working the food counter yet she left at her normal 5:00 quitting time...every trash can is running over with garbage...there is good under the tables...wrappers discarded at the food counter and people are very angry...one patron told me he has waited 2 hours for his pizza...people sitting at the tables adjacent to US told me they have been just coming up to the food counter taking what ever orders are on the counter because no one is paying attention...investors u need to visit this place and hire managers to run this place...what a waste...makes me wonder how safe are the rides...concerned patron...I want my money back ...I’m here with 5 children and 5 adults...I took pics to back up my claim but cannot upload them to this review...

Some friends and I went here with kids on 12/29/19 and we had a great time! I have already texted multiple people telling them it is worth the drive. It is fun for people of all ages and for those who don’t want to participate it is entertaining to watch and they even have massage chairs! Kelain was extremely helpful and the staff had good attitudes and we felt safe. Keep up the excellent customer service Urban Air!

Fun place for kids and kids at heart! Decently sized parking space and the amenities are worthwhile the try. We went to attend Birthday party they have package available for such events the party rooms are cramped and food was ok the wings were seasoned way too salty.Besides food the activities are very physical and challenging for kids. They have staff members keeping eye on participants for safety. Enjoyed the go kart steering wheels are just hard to maneuver and trampoline was awesome.

Best jumping place ever

From the minute we walked in the door until it was time to leave our experience was GREAT! The assit we received from the young lady at the front desk to all the employees that tended the zip line, go carts, bumper cars, rock wall all made this a fantastic experience for my family and friends. We went on a Tuesday and it wasnt crowded so we were able to do everything multiple times without waiting. Yeah the food was not great but honestly, it didnt matter because this place rocks! Thanks to all the staff for making this a fun place, we will be back!!!

I had birthday party reservation for my 6yr old. I called the Naperville location at least 5 times to try and ensure we had everything ready for the big day. No one called me back. Phone calls always end up getting transferred to their corporate call center. Based on my inability to speak to the planner who is responsible for ensuring we had an awesome experience, or for that planner to reach out to me to ensure my questions are addressed beforehand, I was disappointed my initial experience with this location was lackluster. The day of the party went okay. We had a private room with a dedicated host. Our host was nowhere to be found when we needed him. Had to go to the check in counter twice to request assistance to track him down to bring in the food, cut cake, clean up, etc. I was annoyed that I had to spend time tracking my host vs supervising the kids which was my expectation with regards to having a dedicated host. The food was decent and the kids had a great time. We did not have the glow in the dark lighting that was advertised for our package. During check out they billed me for the Platinum package. Luckily I had my email that indicated I had purchased the Deluxe package. Host insisted they offered me the Platinum package. I refused to pay for their incompetence and stood by the electronic invoiced amount. That being said, the kids had a great time. The customer service experience in my opinion was mediocre. Its all about the experience for me, and the experience, did not make me feel like a valued customer.

This place is so fun there is so much to do and the food/employees are great. I would 100% recommend bring your children here

I have the pleasure to visiting Urban Air with my kids since the day they opened. We stood in line for a couple of hours to be one of the first ones to come in. It has been an amazing experience every time. The place is huge and all the staff members are kind at each station. We can be there for hours. I highly recommend this place for families, business team building activities, nonprofit fundraisers and overall fun with your friends!

Good place for go karting, zip line, and trampolines. Decent pricing, but worth it

Not properly staffed. Seems this place is perpetually under staffed. The knock on is of course no food, unclean, and unorganized. Can someone come into town that has experience running these. Could be so great.

Awesome and very clean!

Great place, fun for all ages. Clean facility, helpful workers. Much more than just trampolines too, go karts, bumper cars, rock climbing walls, warrior courses. They also have fun individual rooms for birthday parties!l.

If your kids want a place to play for a few hours, good place to go. Understaffed with just teenagers, which I thick it’s great, but there no adult with good managerial skills to supervise the place. No form of coordination. Came with 8 kids to play, ordered 4 pizzas and wing. After over an hour, we were told the pizza oven is broken and our wings were not even made, leaving us with 8 starving kids. This is great establishment for kids to play, but they need better management . Though the kids seems to be having fun, we won’t be coming back here. We ordered $100 worth of food which never got made. Hopefully I get my refund like they said.

The place was fun but a bit too crowded. The staff could use some more training also. We had one team member telling the kids to hurry through multiple people on the warrior courses and the one at the other end yelling at the kids to go one at a time. It also seemed like the staff was more concerned with socializing with each other than helping out at places such as the sky rider which needed more help most of the time we were there. We will most likely go back but maybe not on a Saturday and since it was pretty pricey maybe not for a while.
