Seems like a nice place. Used the parking lot to rearrange my Loaves and Fishes groceries.

We had my sons party there today and everyone had a great time. The staff was more than accommodating. One of the kids was overwhelmed because he didnt know how to play some of the games, so one of the staff members sat with him and taught him how to play. There was plenty to do and wish we had more time to play.

Chasers Tag is awesome. We always have fun there. Its big nice clean and there are many different activities and games for kids of all ages and all of it works too. Even us as adults played on the VR games. The owner was really nice and even helped us set them up. Would definitely recommend this place.

My son had his 8th birthday party here today & it was great! Bob was very accommodating & the young men that he has working with him were great as well! The kids really enjoyed laser tag & there is a free arcade & an additional play area in the back. We will definitely be back & I would definitely recommend this place!!

My 12 year old son and I LOVE this place!! He brought a friend, and he loved it so much, he wants to have his birthday party here. There were 5 birthday parties tonight, but there was PLENTY of room for us to have a Nerf Battle on the turf, and play arcade games with pizza and soda.

Really nice, clean, place. The free arcade is great, with lots of modern games. Racing games with steering wheels and pedals, fighting games, and other multiplayer games to play with your family and friends. The laser tag is pretty good too, lots of space and set pieces to use for cover. They also have VR games to play. All in all, its great place to take your kids. And the staff is amazing, thank you Cory, Bob, and Robert for your service and help! We cant wait to go back.

I went with 6 others and the guy running the place was super hilarious. They have different games you can play in laser tag and an arcade. The laser tag arena is a good size and we had a blast going! Thank you to everyone there for making sure we had a great time.

Great place. I had a birthday party for my 6 year old and friends. It was a blast, ages ranged from 3 to 10 and all had fun. They had helpers coordinating the activities to make sure the kids were active the whole time. We did laser tag and mech wars. I would do it again, and plan to go there again just to let the kids play while I get some Overwatch in.

We held our sons birthday party there and what a great experience! Cool laser tag arena and space for nerf wars and free play. I wasnt aware of their gaming setup on different platforms and the kids loved that. Rich was very kind and helpful during our time there. A return trip will be a must! Thanks again!

Me and a friend walked in without any reservations or anything (we where going to go airsofting but the field was closed). Even so they took great care of us, and even let us come up with our own gamemodes. The owner was super nice too. Their new ActionTag is a lot if fun, and so is their CQB map. 10/10, would recommend.

This is a great venue for a kids or adult party with a variety of fun activities including arcade games, laser tag, knockerball, and more. We enjoyed a two hour timeslot and we were able to bring in food. The staff was very attentive and made sure everyone got the full experience. Fun for kids of all ages!!

Held my sons 6th birthday there this past weekend and everyone had a blast. We went into this place blindly with never seeing it and just booking a party (I was getting sick of having indoor trampoline parties so I was excited when my son chose laser tag this year)! The space is massive and really you pay just about the same price as you would having a party at any other business! You get your own party room and I ordered pizzas to be delivered. The kids played at least 4 or 5 rounds of laser tag in the two hour party timeframe as well as unlimited arcade time and a group video game portion! They also have this little room in the back with an interactive floor game as well as a jungle gym type thing which is fantastic for any littles that may be too small to play laser tag! Thanks for a fun party!

This by far was the best birthday place ever. The owners, staff were beyond helpful and took care of everything. I know its taken me a while to post. But it was so awesome, some of the party invites are also having a party here and we look forward to celebrating here again this year. Again wonderful and something for all the kids to do. Beyond amazing. And our cake was by Rosers bakery in chicago, it fit the theme of Chasers Laser Tag perfectly. My son and daughter loved their birthday. We were guests for a 6 year old birthday party, and had a great time. Laser tag was roomy and the course varied enough to be interesting but still give the kids lots of chances to shoot their friends. If you didnt want to play laser tag, there were lots of free arcade / PS4 / XB1 games to play, plus a separate room to climb and dance and run around. The staff were friendly and engaged the kids well. We had a lot of fun and would happily recommend to others.I cant speak on price or value, but the venue welcomed outside food and non-alcoholic beverages, which would help control costs compared to other birthday venues.

My daughter had her birthday party here. Our host was amazing and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The owner Dawn is very nice and checked in frequently to ensure our party ran smoothly.We had a small group, but he offered us a party room since there was on opening. It was nicely decorated and spotless!Plastic wear and supplies on site. We brought our own food and they offered us the use of a warming bag.My daughter and her friends had a blast.

We were there for a family birthday party. The kids and big kids all had a great time ( growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional). The staff, Anthony and Dawn, were awesome. I’m sure our family and friends will definitely be going back.

We just had my son’s 7th birthday party, everyone had a blast. We loved that we could order pizza (since they do not have a kitchen) and bring our own fruit and treats to snack on. The staff was super helpful and made my job easy.

I am a little old for playing laser tag, but I did have fun. Like most of these places, not all of the laser guns seem to work properly. However, you can get a pretty good workout since the inside area is pretty big and has two stories with ramps. Your kids will absolutely love it and it has an OK party room that is fairly sizable.

Best place to have a birthday celebration.We celebrate our sons 8th birthday and invite his hockey team. They had a blast plus parents can also participate and we also had a blast. The staff is AMAZING!!!!! Love the owners they are both wonderful people.I will recommend this place.

Went here for my nephews party. The kids loved the video games and the laser tag was a great time. The course us full of great obstacles and they keep track of your scores and your teams. The staff was awesome, totally took care of everything and they didnt mind if we stayed past our alotted time. I would definitely recommend this place for kids between the ages of 6-10

Chasers Laser Tag is a neat place. The free arcade is a good experience if you have to wait for your round of laser tag.Id highly recommend management look into some training on communication and interactional behavior for their staff with the guests. There seemed to be a large disconnect in communication between the individuals on duty during our event. We had booked Laser Tag for 2 hours, but we were roughly on the floor for an hour and change.My biggest issue came when one of the staff decided to do a funny interaction in their eyes by pointing on my vest asking whats that? and then flicking me in the face with their finger. I found that to be highly inappropriate. The only physical interaction should be assistance regarding a vest adjustment, if necessary. Just because children seem to be a high numbered client doesnt mean an employee needs to act like one.

Networked Fortnite, VR, all games are free when you are there to do laser tag and/or have a birthday party. Only 4 stars because the laser tag is too crowded and you keep getting shot constantly. It does have two levels, which is kind of cool. The staff there is VERY nice.

Have had two parties here for my son. When he turned 8+9. The staff was excellent in the way they handled the kids and ushered them from activity to activity. They were more than helpful in setting up the party room and getting things organized. Kids loved it, especially laser tag and the video games.

I LOVE this new location! Spacious facility, energetic staff, and safe place for kids & adults to have a blast. It was refreshing to attend a birthday party and NOT have to deal with tokens or cards to play arcade games. Its all included in the party which was extremely convenient. Best lasertag Ive ever played. Accurate guns, easy to play, easy to understand. Arena was fun and unique. This alone deserves 5 stars, but they also had multiple arcade games for free and plenty of other activities. Highly recommended!

Our 11-year olds birthday party at Chasers (in Orland Park) was completely wonderful. The kids truly enjoyed themselves and had fun playing in each of the three game areas. They thought it was AWESOME being able to play Arcade Games without the need for coins or tokens. They liked playing the Robot Battle Station video game because it gave them the unique ability to interact on screen with all of their friends at the party. And of course, the BIGGEST HIT OF ALL was playing Laser Tag. They loved being able to form teams, battle against each other, and see the results on the computer. It was quite apparent from all the smiles and all the laughter that the kids were having a lot of fun. My wife and I had a great time too. I was like a big kid and played games, while my wife spent time taking lots of pictures of everyone having fun. Our party host, Nick, was excellent, of course. He took great care of the kids and all the party details, so we didnt have to worry about a thing. Of all the parties that weve hosted over the years for our two kids, this party was the best of all.We had a BLAST!!!

We had a terrible experience for my sons birthday party at Chasers. On a busy Saturday afternoon, there was only two people working. At 5:00 pm, the only host that was partially overseeing our party left, leaving a single person to run the entire place. He was overwhelmed, forgot to order pizzas for our party, and left 14 eight year old boys hungry. It was poorly organized, we didnt get to play the 4-5 laser tag games that we paid for. The management left the kids playing video games instead of hosting the party. At $25 pp, this was a rip off and complete disappointment. I will never return.

I went over to this laser tag place for my friends birthday party and I was very surprised about how open the arena felt in the sense that you can take cover and move around easily. I have been to three or four laser tag places in this district and this was by far the best place I had been to. All the arcade games were free and they had enough Xbox ones for around 50 people to play at once (I did not actually count them all because there were so many!). After the party me and my mom could not get into our car and so one of the employees who worked there (I am not going to say who for social security purposes :) )kept the store open past closing time while we waited for the help that my mom had called. So this was definitely a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!!!

We just had our daughter stellas 3rd birthday on Sat. Everything was great. The kids loved it and we had a young group from ages 3 to 8. And there was lots for them to do. Even the parents told me they had probably just as much fun or more fun then their kiddos. Id see have a party at chasers lasers again. They are very accomadating as well.

For 17 year old girl who came here with another 17 year old girl, I had an amazing time! The area for tag is huge and the play place is wonderful for even teenagers! I will be back! And you cant beat $7 for one 10min game. It was a blast!

Went here for a 2 year old birthday party on a Sunday. Cool concept. They had a room with a lot of big wheels and tricycles for the small kids to play on. That was a big hit for the little ones. The laser tag was not included in the party package so my review is for everything else.3 reasons for 3 stars: 1.) Not enough supervision in the large small child play arena, ony one girl at the door and she only seemed concerned with making sure the kids didnt leave with the glow sticks that they gave out when you walked in. At one point a kid got lost and no one could find her for over 15 minutes. The parents are ultimately at fault, but proper supervision and attention and they would have know she was in there the large arena. There was also no supervision in the small kids play area for at least 15 minutes while I was in there with my son. Finally a girl walked through and asked us to take off our shoes and then no one for another 10 minutes. 2.) Poorly marked entrance on what looks like the front of the building from the street. You get to the door to find it locked. 3.) None of the bathrooms (men & women) had soap or paper towels in them for the 3 hours that we were there. This is unacceptable for a place full of kids that also serves food.

A great place for a party. They have laser tag and many video games. Most of the games are XBox and PC stations, many of which are linked for multiplayer gaming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No pressure to keep to their schedule, its about you having fun.

This place is a hit for the whole family! We went here for an end-of-season party for our sons wrestling team. (And out boys have been back for birthday parties.) Their laser tag course is large, and a lot of fun. We were thoroughly impressed with the fact that every game in the arcade is included in the price of admission; no nickel-and-diming on game fees. This includes classic arcade games, as well as Xboxes for playing fortnite and the like. The staff is firendly and helpful. We all had a blast; well definitely be back!

Awesome place for a 14 yr old Birthday. We did the iCombat tactical laser tag and it was awesome! Booking was easy, through online, and they were great. Anthony handled the group of 14 yr olds flawlessly keeping them entertained and changing the games frequently.

Our Cub Scout pack visited for a reward event. We had a group of 24, and our party host was very helpful, (kept us moving from station to station) and the boys enjoyed all of the included Video & xBox games that were included on FreePlay while we were there.I was initially told that they had up to 32 or more sets of the target vests and laser guns (but to keep the group under 28 do give them wiggle room for 10% of the units to be out for repairs, but unfortunately we had to split our group in half as they did not even have 24 fully working units on the day we attended (Since fewer players were in each Tag session each attendee had fewer turns in the Laser Arena) The main event here like any other Laser Tag place is Laser Tag right? Thus the maintenance of these units MUST be a priority, or they may need to invest in more of them, and turn around for any the are not working needs to be quicker in order to maintain a larger number of fully working units at all timesNonetheless all boys had a great time, and we will be back next year!

This place is a great place for a party or just to have tons of fun! Everything is new and clean and the service is wonderful!! Having a party here is a great idea! We come here for Nerf and this is the best location for indoor Nerf in all of Chicago.

We take a group of our students here each year from one of the local elementary schools as part of a fundraiser. The manager and staff are great with our teachers and even better with our kids!
