Been involved with mhp for seven years and have found it to be non intrusive and close proximity to many stores ..beach and restaurants...

Just there because I have a good friend that lives there... After reading all the reviews, Im very curious to know who the property manager is?? Let me know if you know please.

Property manager has hands in a lot of things. With that being said, any abuse of power please report it. The more the better.

This is not a Mobil home park you would not want to live in the property manager and her children are bad news and does alot of scheming things like evicting innocent people if they dont like you or whoever per say you got a friend who lives in there they threaten you her daughter that lives in there her name is Ashley James and her son Chris summers these people you really need to be very careful of I do not trust this neighborhood or the people who supposedly runs it Im still in search of the actual owners who are really over the property to show evidence to them of the manager they have at this park and all the illegal things they are doing!

Property manager does alot of illegal covering up, and her two kids live in this park. So when they do stuff she covers it up too. Not worth living here. Had a aunt that use too, its not the greatest.

Not bad trailer park definitely seen far worse

Small mobile home park. Needs some updating of landscapes. Clean tho
