People are friendly and helpful. The homes are small but well cared for. Crystal Lake is very large and a beautiful backdrop to the many homes. I believe fishing is also allowed. Many biking and walking trails surround the sparkling lake. A nice place to raise your kids. The street signs are so cool because they are named for signs of the Zodiac.

Nice quiet neighborhood, some homes are a bit trashy and unkempt but otherwise very friendly people and no riff raff as far as I had seen. Beautiful pond for fishing and I saw a sail boat in the water so thats another option.

Been here 5 months and so far so good. Office people are super nice. Im just not impressed with the way people junk up their lots.

This is a nice place with a large beautiful lake but it does have a lot of older homes that dont look that nice. Im really surprised that this land has not been developed into a major resort with the lake as a focal point

Awesome location...only minutes to the beach.With rising prices in adjoining Surfside Beach Communities...this community is a very stable community for investment.The neighbors and staff watch over the home, cause I live out of state...couldnt ask for better!

Well kept community with a beautiful lake

I love Crystal Lake Mobile Village. My family and I have lived here for about a year now. It is very safe and quiet, birds are always chirping there are squirrels and friendly people walking their dogs. The lake is beautiful and the neighborhood has a lot of good shade trees. Very family friendly and right next to Lakewood elementary school. We are 2-3 miles from many major stores and attractions. Very close to the ocean too and we get a lot of fresh air blowing off the ocean.I’m just going to add in that all you so called locals give ing Crystal lake low ratings are idiots. This is a great community. This property is owned by the Jacksons who also own Prestwick and Ocean Lakes. The grounds are very well kept and getting better all the time. You need to be thankful you don’t live in a dumpy park that could get bought out and rent raised to 7 or 8 hundred a month! There is “crime” and “dumpy” places in every community if you think we have “crime” here you’ve obviously never lived in any of Myrtle beaches high crime areas. Why you would give your community a bad review is beyond me... you people are negatively affecting yourselves! If you have a problem go to the office they are very helpful but don’t lower our rating on google. We were like 4.1 stars now we are 3.9 because of some bad apples

A lot of good people live there; yet, some mixed in trashy mobile homes in there seem to ruin the overall appeal.

Very friendly neighborhood!

Quiet, relaxing place to live. If you are fortunate to live in a home facing the lake, it makes living here even better. For those with young children, there is a grade school thats within walking distance. The community is a few minutes from a Super Walmart, Target, Kohls, Ross, and restaurants in Hwy 544. The community is also not far away from Business Hwy 17 and Murrells Inlet.
