I live on the paved part, so its fine, but I feel bad for those who live on the gravel street. Their cars probably break down a couple times from the hills and valleys on those roads.

They dont follow there own rules. Poor management.

Everything is great. The neighbors are very friendly and my kids love the area. Havent had a problem and I dont see a problem coming up in the near future!

Needs some improvement but a tremendous effort has been made to clean up, and make the overall site better. There are new owners open land now and they seem to be nice folks.
