Was a little unhappy I couldn’t get ahold of maintenance yesterday and lost all my food due to a faulty fridge. Although first thing this morning they came by and have a service technician coming out today.

Seems to be under new management. Upkeep and general appearance of park is improving greatly and a nice, quiet, shady place to live.

If youre going to take away our parking spot, at least make a designated parking lot where we dont have to walk down the road in the rain or snow to get to our damn vehicle. 13 years there has never been a house in the lot and now you guys are changing it up without even thinking of the parking spots you just took away.

Dont know why a green surburban is raceing around the park at 1-2 in the morning

Its a nice place if you can afford it.

Nice park if you like getting your home broken into /vandalized your car getting stolen/vandalized your rent fluctuating from month to month kids starting fires in empty lots and the management does nothing about it.

Some of my neighbors dont like the idea of my family & I moving to the neighborhood. Were very private & peaceful people, so I hope their not trying to stereotype my family base off our ethnicity. Time will tell & well positively continue living

We love our home and our neighbors are friendly. Only downside is because the speed bumps havent been reinstalled yet, some cars go too fast down our street.

Nice quiet area mobile home park. Very wooded which is nice in the summer

It is a very enjoyable place to be. They have a lot of hard to find items.
