Good for oakridge residents and a place to live

I used to live here and all I could remember was trash. The houses were destroyed, half of the people that lived there were stoners, the park was horrible. My neighbors had a bunch of cats that would end up dead on the rode within weeks, also the outside always smelled like the sewers. I only lived here because we were poor, the rent was so expensive it 4 years to move out.

These people are slum lords they set me and my family us in a rental that had a bad water heater gas company said it appears to have been on fire so whats there mataince man do light it without telling usand when i come home to check on it all u smelled was gas next to a lite water heater. Proceeded to get my money back and now i will be lawyering up to fight them in court for an unsafe environment smh such bs

Rent is way to high. I have mold in my trailer. Nothing ever gets fixed. My floors are so rotted I fell through them. It took 5 months for them to come over and look at the floors. And all they did was throw a few pieces of laminate flooring over the hole. I cant believe they get away with renting these mold infested nothing working trailers. Ill never come back here again. They need to be reported.

Its a nice park. Rents decent and the park gets snowplowed. I like the landlords and maintence crew do a good job. I give them a 5 star.

Park roads need a little work and a good clean up to be a nicer place

A dirty park,they dont fix nothing right,rent is to high,they do have nice trailers. Its a nice quiet neighborhood good school. A lot of kids live here.

Have had a roof leak and they dont know what theyre doing. My whole house is a disaster with holes in the floor. If you could dont move into this park. Disrespectful workers and your trailer is just a piece of junk..

My daughter has had nothing but problems with that place she has had problems with mold in her trailer and not fixing things and raw sewage and everything else I would not recommend that you live there to anybody I believe that place should be shut down

There is junk everywhere in there. Management doesnt fix up the trailers and the trailers have black mold in them. They over charge for the trailers that are in horrible condition. All around bad place to live because they will sell you a moldy trailer and over charge for it.

Its a nice quiet and friendly to live and raise children.

Very poor management park is deffently in disrepair and there are several trailors with black mold they are still renting to people. Charge way, way, way to much for rent. Almost 800 a month and the rent cganges very month. Sometimes more sometimes less.

Nice place it been geting cleaned up, yes some old mobile homes geting removed but its all about who you take care of your place some places are beutiful others not so nice depending on you some people dont take care of there environment no my problem my place is great

Horrible place. I lived there for about a year, in between 2 empty rotting out trailers (that are still there to this day) . The water comes out of all faucets as white. I moved after testing positive for a stomach bacteria. Ask more residents for more info.

I went there for the first time to see a home to buy I didnt expect what I saw from the add on Craigslist its nasty my family will never live there for that price nope nasty they need to get shut down by the state!

I lived there almost 2 years, I paid them to remove a trailer that I lived in that had black mold and now they redid the place and moving people into that home and then they put us in a trailer that is filled with cockroaches . I would never live there again.
