DISGUSTING! i hate it here, it’s so trashy and very messy.

Managers Mic and Ed are amazing. Close to Cruse park. On a bus line. Older mobile homes which contain much character and charm. Peaceful little park. If you keep your nose in your own business you want have any issues. Cheap living.

A nice quiet drama free neighborhood ... great place to live, unless you like drama ... then go away.

Nice place close to the lake great people

The manager is bad she makes people pay the water bill as much and as little as she wants.

Do not know much about this place as was just visiting. I like it as close to the lake and I could walk there.
