Family friendly town homes with a welcoming vibe, visiting parking is a plus along with a must need when staying overnight with some friends or family. Along with well kept homes and nicely kept yards the place was full of color and nice people. The homes are all well sized and full of wonderful people and neighbors to get to know and get along with. Cookouts and get togethers are a must for this place, along with the not to forget bonfire. The clubhouse is spacious with a nice size lounge to hold a well sized gathering space to hold a party or small get together.

Depending on which of the 3 parks you are in can very the rating. Obviously the newest park is great and would get 5 stars; however, the other 2 older parks are kind of rundown a bit.

It is a nice place to live, manegment is all right. But the park could stand to be up graded

We just moved in a month ago from Florida. Prior to our move a lot of the paperwork had to be done long distance. The staff was very helpful in getting me all the necessary forms and processing the application. The park is lovely,clean and much nicer than a lot of parks in Florida. Lot rent is very reasonable considering the amenities included. I am truly loving my new home.

Ive lived here for 10 years now. And I have never had a problem with my neighbors or having anything taken from me. The Office staff has always been friendly and willing to help you with any problem that you maybe be having. Mostly people that complain about the park and staff have not followed basic park rules and make problems for their selves. Its pretty simple to live here and not have problems.

Its a great park to live in. Front office people are great, very nice I been living here for almost 2 years now with no problems. Plenty more years to go.

Theyre not managing by example and when they want to pick on you boy will they. Management knows how to lie and embellish when selling a home. False promises for sure just to make a sale especially on an older home...

I used to live here. I love the area. Good and quiet people. This is a clean and safe environment for all types of people with a good mind set. Good size mobile homes for the single person to the family life. During the week if your looking for a place to be you should check it out with the office and see all they have.

Nice parks and mostly friendly people.

My family lived here for 8 years, between 2 homes. There are some things that changed over the years that we didnt like... like removing the dumpsters and door to door mail delivery but they are making improvements with things like the playgrounds and club house. Weve never experienced any crime (car break-ins etc.) ever. Wed still be there but its time for greener pastures down in Florida! If we can find a place even half as nice as Arlington Woods, well be happy!

I moved in to the East Park in October and love it here. It had been the furthest thing from my mind that I would ever live in a mobile park. What a surprise this place has been. Would recommend it to anyone!

Dont bother...Management closes their eyes and ears to the community. Raise the lot rent yearly for what??? Truth be told invest your money else where. Im not bitter because I still live here but Ive seen wayyyyyyy to much that never gets done and when you say something nothing happens. Only positive I have a few good neighbors who look out for each other....

One of the only parks Ive lived in that the only problem Ive had is teen age punks breaking in to cars. Otherwise very well maintained cleaned park. Management is good. Very fairly priced. Cheapest Ive found and well worth what you pay :)

Visiting friend..states way too exspensive..services are like pulling teeth..club house was supposed to be free,now have raised prices twice..not friendly people..neighbors are cool

Horrible new management. They use intimidation and threats of eviction if your home looks like the other homes in the community. A community of older homes show their age. Management seems to feel like they can bully everyone into making their home look like something its not.

The place is pretty snooty the workers there are pretty irritating to deal with

If I had less children than what I have I would move in here some of the trailers are really nice

We used their new community building. it is a beautiful room and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I have been here 7 years. Management has always gone over and above to help with anything here. I have the best neighbors Ive had anywhere. Rent, with all it includes is very reasonable. The new office/clubhouse is excellent too.

Lived here for 20 years. Wish the management would screen the new resistance better. Have security cameras now. Things seem to walk off on their own. lol not happy with the dog issue. Suppose to be a small dog park. See pitbulls, great danes lol a lot of changes. And rent goes up every year.

Drugs, Loud music, harassment, teenagers that think that they are going to be in the next big gang, no real park maintenance. The reason that I got out of the park FOREVER... the intolerant, incompetent, staff. That ABOVE ALL ELSE is why I left. pathetic...
