Not a place to take kids just a bunch of Homeless people enjoying the shade ...

Always filled with grown men who dont look like they have anywhere to go. I do feel bad for them but Im sad that because of that this park has never been filled with kids.

The bathrooms were not open. Bummer the atmosphere was light and airy its a park...

Loved it, such a nice park and a nice ata ro picnic and play!

Ok another stop with restrooms for those bike riders. This park also has a playground, several picnick tables with small barbeque pits. Theres also lots of grass & trees for shade.

Your kids have a lot of places to play and its a clean Park good neighborhood park and thats all Im going to say about that yall have a nice day thank you you all

There is now a homeless camp at the park.There is also an elemntary school right across the street. It is disappointing because you can no longer go to the park with your child.Last time I went there was one of the homeless people shooting up right in the middle of the park in broad daylight :/ Terrible

Clean park in a decent neighborhood. It has this really cool old pumpkin carriage!

Not a very big park. It has a good sized grass area good for playin fetch.

Not a safe park for kids, even in the daytime. Last time we went there were homeless actually living the restrooms that they had somehow unlocked. Doing laundry, washing blankets in the sinks. Any available park bench was used for drying clothes. Approximately 12-15 people living there. A couple kept to themselves, but several were using drugs on the grass under the tree. Probably wont go again.

This is a pretty cool park. Parking is not super convenient and some of the play structure is worn down but they have some fun things for kids and there is lots of grass to run around on.

The park was pretty clean and there was plenty of shade on hot days. Only downside is no parking lot. . . you have to park on the street; sometimes across the street.

I suppose most parks are being utilized by less fortunate homeless folks. This can quickly deteriorate into a threatening environment. Just use caution

Pros: table and small BBQs, nice size grass field for kites and such, two play structures baseball diamond, Cinderella type pumpkin carriage, easy to find, bathrooms.Cons: bathrooms are not always open and they are dirty(gross, no seat covers, no soap, and the occasional needles and baggies). Most of the times there are homeless people there relaxing(they have never been bothersome though). No shade over the structures.

Needles. And lots of pee and poop near fence lines. Found a large broken steak knife in the sand pit.

There is a large contingent of homeless camping in the park. Today they were cussing at each other and threatening to fight. The last time I was there there were 2 or 3 homeless now 15 to 20. Modesto is going downhill with the rest of this state
