If a resident complains too much, the resident could get kicked out. That is not good. I knew I was going to have a hard time there when the owner (Shirley) told me this. I felt unrest in my heart from God. Moraly speaking, the wrong doers should be dealt with, not those who want justice. Please do not move here. I was just visiting someone. Talk about poor town. Drugs, drugs, drugs... Thieves also. Lock your doors, dont let anyone know you have money. You dont have to be scared when you go around that part of Town, Just be alert and dont help anyone you dont know. be safe.

If youre thinking about renting a space here, I would recommend checking the park next door for availability. Its much quieter at the Terrace Trailer Park and the on site manager isnt always up your ass either, like at Driftwood.

The park has cleaned up quite a bit, havent seen anyone wandering around doing the heroin shuffle lately, not too many street walkers up at the top either. Not too bad and there are much worse places in both Ceres and Modesto.Edit: has gotten kinda wild, had a friend that lived there and he said before he moved out that he had seen some gnarly things go down..

Living in the ghetto management has cleaned up appearance of the park as far as the residence of the park it has gone downhill Deborah was definitely right when she said ghetto. And the class of people management is allowing to reside here is using poor judgment . And as for employees of the park, maintenance they are thieves theyre allowed to put poisoning out to kill Gophers but there are also children and animals in the park and here is a picture of their negligence using poison.

Its okay they been cleaning it up more but you get what you pay for cheap rent indeed. Rainy season there is trouble cus of the river being so close.
