Good park for kids playing and beautiful mountains M and L in the background. Easy walk/run trail around the park. Lake next to park is awesome in summer.
The sun always seems to be in the perfect position
We were driving through Missoula Montana and needed a place to rest and picnic. Park was near freeway and well maintained with several covered table sites and rest rooms.
Lovely park with lots of open green spaces and trails. The covered picnic area is a favorite place to eat lunch with friends and family.
Pretty nice spot. Very new. Close to osprey stadium.
Accessible to everyone, gorgeous views all around.
It has a good takeout for rafts
Nice place to bike through.
Not a good place for kids or families anymore. Its becoming an undesirable place due to the city allowing homeless camps to takeover. Yelling and foul language. City of Missoula should be ashamed of them selves.
Cool park, some homeless people at dark though...
Place has gone from fun and peaceful to screaming homeless, people fighting with sticks...
Lots of room in the park and by the river
Walked around next to river. Cool place so much unused land. No wonder I cant find an affordable home or a plot to build on. Terrible use of valuable land.
Relaxing ... But a few dogs off leash..
Best sunset view on the valley floor!! This is a beautiful park with some great views of both river wildlife and the Missoula Valley landscape.
Great parking, great views of Lolo peak, the M and Snow Bowl. Its open and next to the river. Theres bathrooms and water fountains in the summer.
Calming and very pleasing in its layout.
A mix of sandy and rocky terrain with lots of tall grass to wade through makes this a great place to walk the dog.
Great Part thats Missoula Parks and Rec.
Love this park! Such a great place to do group events, yoga, bike, and just run around!
Nice park by the river with covered picnic areas and a walking track.
Great Park to walk your dog
Fun park we will be back.
Great riverside park in Missoula, with probably the best mountain views of anywhere in the city. All prominent ranges surrounding Missoula are in view. Adjacent the Clark Fork with a small boat ramp available, the park also features great green space and a huge gazebo.
Nice park to take a walk and have picnic
Very clean. Access to everything you need for a nice visit to the park.
Comfortable relaxing park. Clean restrooms
Wonderful open space and trails along the river. One of Missoula best parks
Pretty park next to the river. Very clean!
Clean and nice
Beautiful, well kept and so clean! One of the best parks in Missoula!
Its a good-sized park with tables for big get-togethers river access plus the baseball stadiums right there
Great park beautiful wooden pavilions
My dog loves swimming at the boat ramp
Beautiful spring day, paved Hals Walk made it easy to take my wheelchair bound partner out for a walk.
Beautiful & Peaceful. In the heart of Missoula, Montana.
Nice park for about 95% of the area. Except for the West end by the footbridge where the homeless sit around drinking and doing drugs.
I love this park, and my dog loves it too. We played fetch and lay in the sun, and we did it some more. Other people were watching too and seemed to take a vicarious pleasure in the good times being had between me and my dog. Shes like that. She touches people with her simple joy.
Excellent park with a great trail system to walk the dog. We enjoyed lunch here under one of the shelters.
Pretty little park
This park you can relax play be free with strangers family friends fishing kids park picnic area bike trail. Be outdoors with nature
Centrally located, makes a good place to have a picnic, or read a book while your kids play.
Some troubles with transient population living in structures
The layout is one of the best
Surrounded by city. Nice place to walk but tends to be busy by dopers.
Beautiful open area with plenty of accommodations for big groups and parties.
Clean, relaxing and beautiful.
Cute park
Wonderful park to have a picnic with room for frisbee or just enjoying the river.
Nice area
Needs play equipment and a better shelter for windy days
Needs more garbage/recycling cans and better bathrooms
Fantastic open space by the river with fabulous views!
Beautiful Park
Great open space with a river put in/takeout, picnic tables and pavilions, access to the riverfront bike/walk trail. And plenty of parking.
Silver Park is a beautiful open space that offers several opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. You can walk along the trail to get a great view of the Clark Fork River or visit the California Street Bridge, rest in one of the wooden shelters, read a book or toss a ball in the grassy areas, meander through the park on the gravel paths, or host an event or picnic in the big shelter. Silver Park also has bathrooms (open seasonally) and is right next to the baseball field if you want to catch a game. Check it out if you get the chance.
Love it
