Great place for afternoon business casual lunch. I brought my service animal and the staff was amazing at catering to him as well. Friendly & personable people & environment. Thank you to all at Paradise Falls, Ill always be back.

The Island french toast is so good, it doesnt even need syrup- it is a must try.

Paradise Falls, Paradise Fails... Couldn’t quite check in to my hotel, so I checked out Paradise Falls. My server was fairly busy so I understand to a degree. However, I watched her serving others and walking right past my table as she forgot to bring me my first beer. When I got the check she said she comped me a beer, which she didn’t. I went back later for dinner since it’s right next to the hotel. Again, service fail, taking forever to take my order or bring my food / drink. The bison burger I had was quite good as well as my side salad, but food quality is only 50% of your experience in a restaurant. Sadly, the other 50% doesn’t measure up.

A $15 meal that states prime rib cheese steak is neither prime rib or steak. They have some flavorless, tough roast beef that they put a piece of Swiss cheese on and send out in a soaking wet bun, I regret not taking pictures there was ¼of water on my plate. They must have a stack of roast beef sitting on a counter drying out that they warm up by dipping it in hot salted water and throw it on a bun, disgusting.

Food is average. Basic, Bar food, you know what I mean. Great place to sport it up though. Tons of TVs to see everything done with a ball or wheels, under the sun. The outdoor seating is nice. It has a full bar and the prices are pretty good. Its a good place for a large group of friends. They can fit you in. Try a fishbowl and share it with some friends just make sure to Uber it home after that.

Great omletes and an older server gal in the a.m. was the best waitress we could have had! Wow she loves bed what she does and the customers love her back! Rock On!!

My wife and I wanted to have a nice dinner. We walked in and the staff seemed unorganized but we gave them the benefit of the doubt given the current circumstances of it being a Friday night. They told us to sit wherever we wanted. We chose to sit out on the patio. We received our drinks relatively quick. However we sat outside for about 40 minutes and nobody came to check on us or take our food order. During that 40 minutes the waitress checked on the couple that was sitting next to us multiple times even engaging in conversation with them. She didn’t even bother to take our order, or ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Another couple arrived 15 minutes after we did and had their order taken before we did! We received no hospitality and was a bit disappointed seeing others receive service before us despite showing up after us. I don’t think we will be returning. It seems that if you are not a regular you will not receive the same service. Would not recommend this place. We decided to go to Old Chicago on north reserve. We ordered drinks and food in less than 8 minutes of sitting down.

One of my fav locations for delicious family meals. Nice place to think about business. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. The bill was appropriate. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Kansas City.

Had wonderful Salmon tacos with a salmon cut that filled the entire tortilla. Id say it were almost TOO BIG if not for being delicious on its own. Yum!

I rarely will write out a review but at this point, I feel like I have to. We frequent Paradise Falls often. The food overall is actually pretty good. Some items used to be better; however, overall, it is still very good and I would recommend it to others. Unfortunately, the server we have had every time we have gone lately has been horrible, to say the least. This server is the regular server on the bar side, often on weeknights. He is rude, inattentive, and genuinely feels like he could care less about anything. He brings the menus then takes an extremely long time to come back, he ignores blatant attempts to get his attention, and we will often sit with empty drinks, water, etc. without him providing service. On multiple occurrences, we have received more help from other servers than our own. Unfortunately, at this point, we have zero interest in bringing our business to Paradise Falls any longer.

This was a pickup order. In house experience may be differ.Customer service was great. Very friendly.However, the food was sub par. Eggs benedict with hash browns and orange juice was what was ordered: Orange juice tasted like watered down flat orange soda. The hash browns were under cooked and had no crisp. Lastly, the eggs benedict had an odd flavor to them, but still somewhat palatable.Friendly staff, but food wasnt good. Willing to try again, but not for awhile.

Disappointed that the soup or salad dont come with the dinner and are extra. Waitress did not make that clear when asked. Menu is misleading in that respect. Food is good, but the price difference shock made the meal a bust. We know now. Hadnt been there in a long time. Dont know when well be back. Maybe well try it again when all this virus stuff is over.

I TOOK MY $180 ELSEWHERE KOBE STEAKHOUSE TREATED MY PARTY TO AN EXCELLENT DINNER. THIS HAPPENED ON 8/12/20 BETWEEN 8pm to 8:30pm IF THE MANAGER CARES

Excellent little restaurant! Our waitress Courtney was awesome, the Matador burrito was great, and didi mention the server was great? Would definitely eat here again.

My pizza was not cooked!! Taste like dough, no flavor. Its always hit and miss here and I wont be returning.

Bacon and cheese omelet was okay. Nothing extra ordinary. Nice waitress.

I have worked under Jordanne for over 6 years. Being a struggling single mom without a job and no help or income, she gave me the chance to become the mother I am today. She covered shifts for me when I had late night dental school along with working full-time during the day. Jordanne schedules around my sons daycare as well as my College schedule. I am truly blessed to have a boss who would literally give the shirt off her back for you. She covers weekend shifts and is always there to help or lend an ear to listen. She has made more sacrifices to benefit our restaurant and for that I truly respect and love working under Jordanne.Let me ask you this- When you dont call, request off, or put it any effort and just blow off a shift, as a boss what would you do? When you request off 2 of 4 shifts every week instead of working, what would you do? When you have an employee on overtime covering for her every time, what would you do?Being an adult comes with responsibility. So to anyone bashing or judging- 6 years of loyalty to myself and fellow coworkers is proof that if youre going to judge make sure to read between the lines on loyalty and lazy. Everyone has hardships. Its how you handle them that makes the difference.

I wanted to give paradise falls 3 1/2 stars for the fact that I ordered a small pizza, they crust was ether just too thin or they where using too much olive oil. I mentioned about the crust so they but it back in the oven for five more minutes, didnt help. Paradise fall kinda made it up buy taking the pizza of our ticket but I still went to the five oclock movie on an empty stomach.

I usually dont say anything when I have a bad experience at a restaurant but I have to say our server last night was terrible. First it took forever for him to even come take our order then we he brought our appetizers he said he would get us some silverware and well after several minutes I had to go to the bar and get it myself. After our food arrived we never saw him again. I had to ask another waitress for my bill and then after several more minutes waiting for him to come take my card I ended up having to go to the other waitress to pay!!!. Not once did he come make sure our food was ok or refill our water. Its a good thing the food is always amazing because the service last night was not

My girlfriend was given a $50 gift card so we checked it out. The service was wonderful, despite the meals having names that didnt make any sense it was very appealing and reasonably priced. The club sandwich was great and the Super Nachos we had for an appetizer was gigantic, it could have fed the two of us completely. Sports bar/restaurant things arent my cup of tea but I suppose if it is yours this place would be perfect.

Great food, but the service there makes it not worth it. We waited almost 40 minutes for a corn dog (2-4 min cook time, come on guys) and most of that wait was AFTER the rest of the table was brought their full entree. It would be one thing if we were a table of drunks waiting on game time munchies but we were a family and it was a childs order. Our waitress forgot to place the childs order 3 times before the manager stepped in and did it for her. Pretty sad to see service like that on a Friday night, when it should be at its best. Step it up guys, guess it will be another 6+ months before we decide to give you guys another shot, if at all, this time.

Went to see some live music and grab some dinner a couple weeks ago. The patio seating was really nice and I really enjoyed that aspect of the place. The menu was the major thing that I disliked it was all over the place in what they offered which is a huge red flag for me. It’s like the old saying, “A jack of all trades, but a master of none.” When you have a huge varied menu like that you’re more than likely getting a microwaved for flash fried meal. I ended up getting the sirloin French dip which was alright. The meat was pretty thin as well mostly gristle. But hey what can you expect they’re a casino/bar so it was decent for bar food.

Horrible! I give two stars only because the bartender was okay. We ordered food, took for ever and came with a hair! Gross! The restaurant staff didn’t charge for the meal with the hair but was not very friendly as if we had done it ourselves! The bathrooms are dirty as well! We haven’t been back in over a year. We had occasionally went to this establishment prior but had never had overwhelming experiences. The last visit was the final.

Drinks are watered down. Food is mediocre at best. Been there twice over last couple weeks and wasnt impressed either time.

My wife used to dine there often but the service over the last year is awful. We left this evening after waiting for some kind of service. The same thing happened when we had tried about six months ago. There are many restaurants in missoula with great service, this is not one.

Maybe not a foodie destination but its still good a little of everything with the TVs the bar the casino this place is like a jack of all trades but master of none a few tweaks here and there you got a winner. Ill be back tho.

This place has great food!

Just ok. They used to have friendly, caring wait staff, but they seem to have had a big turnover of their old staff and the ones that stayed and the new ones are slow, cold and not attentive. Food has always been just basic Sysco food service stuff. The only thing different is a couple salads that are good . The Hawaiian free bird is good too. The Sunday buffet is not worth the $$$$$. You can order off the menu the same thing as the buffet has for much less $$$$$. Just my 2cents worth, hopefully it helps. There are better choices in town, but this location is convenient.

Phyllis was hungry. Im not going to lie to you kids, I could have just made a run to the boarder. Two soft shell supremes and a chicken quesadilla would have done me fine. ...but there was Phyllis.She was my tinder date gone bad.Needless to say we ended up at Paradise Falls. Nice place. Great service. I had a simple cheese burger with cheese. Phyllis had the eight layer dip followed by a pizza and chicken sandwich.After about six or seven drinks I knew it was not going good. So I excused myself to the restroom. Actually went to the casino... put in a $5. Cashed out for $650. Hit the back door and caught a uber home. Left Phyllis with the bill!!! GREAT NIGHT!

Great food. It is excellent for friends bonding if you want to play or watch a game. Their comfort food is really good.

Paradise Falls is so hit and miss, and the food is really generic. The drinks arent even that great and there have been two too many occasions where your wait staff is either overworked or need to be retrained because it was overall a terrible experience. If you plan on using their casino dont get your hopes up for a drink while you lose your money to help soften the blow. Your casino attendant just walked by me, at one point even made eye contact and didnt even greet me let alone offer me a drink.

Great food. Try the Catalina club, or the taco soup on Thursdays. Family friendly sports bar, dining room and the deck. What more could you ask for!

Paradise Falls was kind enough to allow a charity auction to take place in their facility. It was beautiful to see the community come together for that purpose. The restaurant and bar hosted this perfectly, their food and drinks were able to keep up. It was a great night!

I LOVE the broiled salmon salad - I get it every time! The half size salads are perfect to finish for a nice lunch, the whole size perhaps for a full dinner or if you want leftovers. Love the environment here and the staff is always so nice.

My family and I have been going here for years. I had friends in town 09/15/19 around 6pm, who had never eaten here before so we recommended it. Service was great but when we received our burgers they were essentially store bought premade patties! If I had know that I would have never ordered. Probably going to our last time and wont recommend any more.

Just ordered a sandwich and fries from them using door dash. The food was amazing and came exactly as ordered. It was just a cold-cut sandwich, but it was one of the best Ive had and the amount of meat was extremely generous! The chef followed the little requests I made like add onion and extra lettuce, many places ignore those requests all together.They also have a wonderful Sunday buffet and about 20 TVS that play all the NFL games during the season. Its one of the only buffets in town.The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because about a year or two ago I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was awful. The sauce tasted like cheap grocery store sauce from a jar.This most recent experience was excellent though!! Thanks Paradise Falls!

My wife and I had our 1st date at Quinns 7 years ago. We were so impressed with this place that we decided to get married there and have gone there every year for anniversary sense. We absolutely adore quinns Hot Springs resort. The service and food are amazing, The Springs are Wonderful And the entire overall experience is one that I look forward to every year
