The service was good and the food as well. I only go here once in awhile so Im not sure Im the best one to review this place. The liquor store is well stocked and very good staff. I recommend the liquor store

I was playing a game I got up to get a drink came back and a man was at my machine. I asked them politely to moove because I still had 16 dollars on it. He denied that there was any money and said why didnt you put the reserved sign up. I told the attendant and he said that I need to forget about it and find a nother machine. I called the man who took my place a liar because he was and I was kicked out perminantly for being honest. Rude unfair attendants and meth heads stealing your seat and lying. I will be talking to corporate and reviewing video. I will never be going back here because of their terrible service and judgment not because Im kicked out.

Poor service when I stopped to check out what ended up being a comparably poor selection of Bourbon Whiskey.While I understand that I have to wait for service. I do not understand why I must wait for the cashier to clear the cups and drink glasses from the Casino area after she knew I was standing at the register with what I had “settled” on.I guess because I wasn’t gambling my money had less value?I walked out, and then was greeted at the Grizzly Liquor Store a few blocks away, that had my preference and friendly cashiers.

Be warned. Apparently they dont allow any bags of any size in the building anymore. I used to go here at the end of every week to drop $50 or $100 in their machines since it was on my way home and always tipped 20% whenever I won. But since I carry a messenger bag that is smaller than many purses with me everywhere for my laptop and other electronics apparently I wont be anymore.

I guess my only complaint would be the amount transients hanging out hitting you up outside for cigarettes handouts Etc

Very poor rude service at the liquor store Shorted me change and did such a bad job bagging my two purchases they broke on the floor while exitingNo manager available Evidently dont have large enough bags told me I should of held it from the bottom Will never return Fri 6/26 8pm

Of all the cookie cutter casino/liquor stores around Missoula, this one has to deal with some pretty outlandish sh*t due to its location. However the staff has always been exceedingly excellent. Do not avoid this place due to its proximity to the Pav, CA St bridge, or notorious Westside. Instead, make it your go to Magic Diamond and enjoy the beautifully curated culture.

Its alright. I have a players club there and I can play big there and dont receive the benefits on my players club. The majority of the staff are nice... Its okay for the most part.

My wife and i stop in from time to time annf the casino runners never put us in the computer at the machine we sit at so we never get rewarded for our playing its frusterating annf we have decided to take our busness else where. I have no clue why I still come here. Out of the 20+ casinos that I regularly gamble at, this is by far the worst casino in town In every way. I can count on two hands how many times I have cashed out, the payout rate legitimately seems illegal, though I know its not. As for the staff, as far as the last 6 months go, are among the worst casino tenants in town. They arent rude or mean or anything like that, they just are not attentive, never ask if you want anything to drink, you have to ask. And they never check on you, not even when cashing out. Mind you, Ive only been there during night hours between 10pm and 10am as of this past year. The same small female worker is typically there and stands behind the main computer 95% of the time. Then there is the bigger long haired fella, who appears to stay busy, but not towards customers. He just doesnt stand in one place for an hour like the female. Then there is an older female who comes in during the early morning. She is very upbeat and seems to care about the customers, but its always too late for the overall experience to be flipped unless of course if it were possible to actually hit every now and again. Long ramble, I know. Im sorry. But if you have the means to go to a different casino, and the will power to wait 5 more minutea to get to one, which I sadly often do not, do yourself the favor and go somewhere else. ALL LUCKY AND MONTANA LIL CASINOS ARE THE LOWEST PAYING CASINOS IN THE STATE ANYWAYS. Andddddddd The End.
