My first visit to Stan was last week, to have a replacement shaft installed in a 6 iron. After chatting with him for a bit, I knew this would be a positive experience. I was right. His work was the highest quality, he completed the job in one day, and was a pleasure to get to know. The club performs as well as it did with the original shaft.Today, I dropped off another club to have the current shaft pulled, and a new one installed. We discussed some of the things he does, and the way he does them, which reinforced my belief he is as good a club maker as you will find.Stan will be doing ALL my club work going forward.

I had purchased a new set a clubs a while back. Unfortunately, one of the shafts broke. Stan had my shaft replaced in under 1 business day at very reasonable price.He also helped me decide whether or not I needed a lie adjustment on my clubs. He let me hit a few balls with lie tape to make sure I had an optimal set up. He concluded I didnt and that was it. He didnt try and haggle me into extra purchases.My brother in law recommended I come here for my golf gear needs. Not disappointed. An outstanding little shop. Keep up the good work stan! Well Worth It! I drove an hour to check this place out and get my clubs regripped. Stan, the owner and sole employee, was very knowledgeable on grips and how to maintain them. Hes been doing this since the 70s. He did not try to sell me something I didnt need, either. I chose the grips I wanted, and they were done the next day for me to pick up. Played 36 holes the next day and they performed flawlessly! The grips were comfortable in my hands and he even worked out a chip in my 9 iron for me. Great Service and Great Pricing. Stan really cares about your game...and he takes great pride in his work. He may SEEM short at times...but thats because he is very busy. State/City rules and regulations make it very hard for a small shop like that to take on ANY sort of overhead. So be patient...and youll be glad you did. Always recommended over any big box fitting/club store such as Golf Galaxy, GolfSmith, SecondSwing etc. etc.Got a couple sets re-gripped at Second Swing. I was there to pick them up on the day and time I was told. They werent finished. An employee rushed in the workshop area and put ALL of them on in like 15 Min.Sure enough by mid-season they had slid a good 3/4 to an inch off the shaft!

Gave Stan my putter on a Wednesday and it was ready to go prior to my weekend round. Great work, will be bringing my clubs by again.
