Went in to get fitted for new Irons and they were able to get me an entire set of Irons, driver and hybrid during one fitting. I need to go back for my woods and putter and cant wait. Excellent experience with Andrew Plunkett and looking forward to filling out the remainder of my bag (also new!). He was also able to offer me a few tips on my swing and gave me a path forward to remove some of my bad habits.

I did a complete new club fitting (irons, wedges, hybrid, 3 wood and driver) with Scott Johnson at the Minneapolis store. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the fitting. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the Track Man system and various elements. It was a great experience and I learned a lot! I was fitted for a driver with Mike Oliver in July and had a great experience for my first fitting ever. He put me in a stiffer and heavier shaft than my previous off the shelf driver. I could tell an immediate difference once I received my new one. It was longer and more forgiving. I went back a month later for irons. Mike involved me in the decision with reasons why I should pick one brand over another based on the numbers. He was encouraging during the session, on time, didn’t rush things and fun to chat with. Great experience.

I worked with Scott Johnson to get fitted for irons and could not have had a better experience. With my old irons I tended to play a big draw so my main goal with new irons was a straighter ball flight. Scott took my measurements, recommended a different set of irons, made a few adjustments to them, and right away I was hitting much straighter shots. Additionally, I gained about 10 yards of carry distance with the irons Scott recommended. I highly recommend this iron fitting for anyone looking to get new irons.

Just got fitted for a new driver, I had Andrew helping me and he was fantastic! I’m somewhat of a beginner and we found the correct driver for my current game as well as one that will grow with me as I improve. He gave me some tips and pointers on my swing which was a big help! I found a used club that suited me, it’s in great condition and is priced very fair.

In a quick and professional manner Scott got me dialed in on a different setup with much better results in every measurable column. My experience couldn’t of been better! Fantastic experience, all the way around. I bought some Titleist irons and brought them back for a retro-fitting two weeks later. Brady Hanson took the time to comb over the stats from my shots, measured me up, and then suggested some additional clubs to test. Several shots later, we had additional stats to analyze from 3 different clubs. He went a step further, turned them one degree upright and I was crushing my shots and landing them all in a tight diameter down the middle. I ended up trading those Titleists in for a set of Pings (thanks to their 30 day playability guarantee), and they were custom fit for me. I have so much confidence that I have the right clubs. Brady truly took the time to get this right, and it was a ton of fun. This was a terrific experience, and I’d recommend Brady and 2nd Swing to anyone in the market for some clubs at a great price and even better customer service.

Scott helped me in the purchase of a new putter this week. As a golfer who needs a lot of help, I found that help in Scott. He took the time to evaluate my stroke, check out my old putter, helped me understand what changes I needed in how I approached putting and then helped me find a good fit for a new putter. Who knew I needed a shorter putter and that I leaned backwards when I putted? I f do o now. Thanks Scott for all the help and a good price on a putter.

Fitter Andrew Plunkett was super helpful in getting me fitted for a new driver. He got me fitted for a new driver and shaft but after playing three rounds I wasn’t in love with the shaft. So, I emailed Andrew and set up another time with him to test shafts and he made sure the new shaft we went with optimized my numbers and made me happy. We even had a little extra time and he gave me some pointers on improving my ball striking. Thank you, Andrew!

A great experience working with Scott Johnson getting fitted for my new Titleist T300’s. I hadn’t scored a round in the 80’s prior to my recent play with these new clubs. Had a great fitting experience yesterday with Tyler. My son and I were fit for iron sets and walked out with two sets, a golf bag, an extra wedge and two 3 woods. Id been hitting the same irons since high school - technology sure has come a long way, and I didnt know where to begin. The first club fitting of my life and I sure learned a lot. Andrew Plunkett was my fitter and he used real data to help match shafts and irons to my swing. I had a Tour Van Fitting with Scott Johnson for new irons. Scott was great. We started by taking some measurements and talking about my game. He then had me take some swings with my current clubs and we worked from there to find the head and shaft combo that fit my game the best. I made the choice to do the fitting blind for the most part, not paying much attention to what he had me swinging, or asking why he was making the changes he made as we went through the process. I had done a fair amount of research before the fitting and thought I had a decent idea of what type of irons I wanted to buy.Ultimately, the data made it pretty clear which club and shaft combo I was hitting the best, and I loved the feel of the club. However, this was not a set of irons that I would have picked out for myself before the fitting. Mainly because my golf equipment obsessed friends hadnt mentioned them, I didnt remember seeing the clubs at the top of any best irons lists, and I hadnt come across any advertising for the brand (the clubs actually turned out to be reviewed incredibly well, I just hadnt paid close enough attention in my research). I trusted the data i was seeing, but I had a few questions for Scott as to how we got where we did. He was able to explain it in a way that made perfect sense based on my swing tendencies, without going too in depth with the minutia of the data.All in all, I really enjoyed the fitting process and I walked away feeling confident that the irons I bought will give me the best chance to play well on the course.

I went there today (first time) to get fitted for a whole new set of clubs. I went in with recommendations from my friends on what to get. I talked with James S. about these recommendations and he was able to explain the pros/cons/overall features of these sets. Once I told him I was open to all recommendations, he lit up and got excited as he got to speak to the different sets that he felt were a great value for my intended budget. Wonderful experience getting a complete set fit from Scott Johnson! The entire experience was eye opening regarding my swing and unfortunately the realities of getting older and losing distance. New weapons should help in that regard based on the multitude of swings recorded on the Trackman system. Have custom clubs and even ball recommendations! If you have a love of golf, a couple of hours and of course some financial where with all, I highly recommend contacting Scott and 2nd Swing. The only down side is afterwards the only excuse you have for poor play is operator error as the equipment is no longer an issue!

I was fitted for full bag of golf clubs at this location by Andrew Plunkett and had an outstanding experience.I’m a very new golfer. I’ve played 9 holes maybe 3-4 times and took a semester class driving balls at the range. However, aside from that I hadn’t really played in a few years.Recently, my friends and I had decided to try and pick the sport up. I was in need of a full set of clubs—from putter to driver. Andrew guided me through the entire process even explaining the mechanics behind club technology and why I might prefer some types of clubs over others. He helped me land on the low end of my stated price range and I couldn’t be happier with my new set! I am shorter golfer and had never been fitted for clubs before and regret not doing it 10 years earlier. Andrew Plunkett fitted me for new clubs, he was extremely helpful with a desire to answer all questions and help you in any way possible, he made sure to use every minute of my appointment to help. My appointment for fitting resulted in me having new irons that match my swing and have really improved my game, they even came in lower than my budget by quite a lot. Just got fit today with Andrew Plunkett, and it was amazing. All of these guys know what they are doing, and Andrew is no exception. He made it very easy to understand what we were trying to see with the trackman numbers, and he was completely driven by what I told him I wanted in a golf club. Picked up 10ish yards with the driver, and tightened dispersion significantly with irons, as well as adjusted my wedge setup. 100% recommend getting fit by anyone at 2nd swing, especially Andrew.

Cant say enough good things about the experience with Scott Johnson at the Minneapolis location during an iron fitting. The facility and technology is top notch, but Scott made the experience A+. I ended up purchasing a new set of irons, and feel I got the best clubs out there to help my game. The iron set we went with wasnt even on my radar prior to the fitting, which points to the knowledge Scott has!

We worked with Danny Ferrell to get a whole new set of clubs for my son and once the fitting session started it was unbelievable! Ferrell picked out my sons whole club set and picked the clubs that were in our budget. They know what high quality clubs are at second swing and my son was hitting the ball like never before. Ferrell even made sure the loft and lie angle was correct on every single iron. If youre getting a fitting at Second Swing they will work with you personally and will give you the exact type of clubs that are right for you!

Im a low handicapper and was looking to reevaluate and possible overhaul my set. I worked with Mike Oliver and had a fantastic experience. Although I monopolized his morning in the Tour Van, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. As long as Im in the area, Ill continue going to Second Swing and Mike when possible!

Had a fitting scheduled for Sun 3/22 but they decided to close that day, however, thankfully my fitter, Danny, reached out the day before to alert me and ask if I wanted to reschedule for Saturday - I couldn’t be more thankful! The putter fitting was fantastic, and Danny was incredibly insightful along the way and taught me things I wasn’t aware I was doing in my stroke. He got me fit for the perfect putter (toe hang vs my old face balanced) within my price range. My friends did driver fittings with Danny the day I did the putter one and they both gained 40+ yards compared to their old clubs. I had the pleasure of being fitted for a putter by James Seidel and his expertise showed i have more of a arc swing than straight and he found me a great putter for my stroke. It sure helps having a true professional to get it right the first time

I had a fitting with Andrew, who gave me tips on how to play my irons (based on their length) and worked with me to replace my wedges. Great experience.

Great Customer service reliable information about their golf clubs and products

I am a beginner level golfer and decided to purchase a new (used) set of clubs. I dont know anything about club size or what to get so I scheduled a fitting with Danny Ferrell. He was very patient, forgiving and a really good communicator. He made sure that I understood what I was looking at when breaking down the stats on the ball flight. I went in with no clubs and walked out two hours later with the best clubs for my swing/body style. Danny did an outstanding job of helping me and I will be recommending Danny to anyone that is going to be getting fitted in the near future.

This weekend I visit 2nd Swing in Minneapolis, where Jeff took the time and patience to help me select a Driver, from specs, condition and warranty. I really enjoyed my visit.

Still waiting for my clubs. It’s been 8 weeks now and 2nd Swing have taken my money and delivered nothing. They cannot provide proof that my shipment has been picked up by the courier and claim this is not their problem.FYI. If you are an international client, they have NO ability to call you. They can take your cash but are incapable of calling u back.This experience has been my worst ever purchase. Please use any other company for your important Golf equipment.I’m appalled at how bad this experience has been.Negative 5 starsNo I wont give you another go and after taking 14 weeks to delivery my clubs you are still NOT taking responsibility for this disaster. If folks live outside the US, please NEVER use this company.

Back in December I cam to 2nd Swing in Minneapolis thinking I knew what I wanted and found out I did not. I thought I wanted a #2 hybrid. Now, I am still quite new to this sport and its equipment and I was pleased to have been helped by and assisted with my journey by Dean Goodwin! He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He heard what I wanted and needed, and worked within my budget too, to help me find exactly what was best for me. I walked out of that store with more than just a new club. I walked out with a new confidence in my game. Thank you, Dean! Great job!

I cant say enough positive things about my experience at this location. Danny Ferrell did an amazing job in custom fitting me for a new driver. He was patient, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After testing a number of different driver / shaft combinations in the simulator he was able to find the set up that was right for me. Highly recommended!

I recently bought my new set of Irons at the Minneapolis location and I could not be happier. I worked with Dean Goodwin and it was a fantastic experience. I went in looking for something specific which they were happy to show me. I hit through multiple options on multiple days. Never did I feel pressured to buy. When I finally decided what clubs I wanted they were even willing to match a competitors price for me and the fitting by Dean was great. Highly recommend if you have not visited to stop in and hit some clubs and request Dean as he is great to work with.

Made 2 different transactions here. Ordered a set of wedges and a set of clubs. Must say best customer service experience ever. Very professional and hands on. With my wedge order I accidentally ordered a left handed 60 degree wedge. I was promptly contacted by Ryan to ask if this was purposely ordered. And after telling him it was a mistake he corrected and got my order fulfilled properly and in a timely manner. I was then able to reach out to him to find a set of p 790 black clubs that were up to my standards and again they immediately responded a found what I wanted! Awesome website if you like to be well taken care of with all of your golf needs!

I would never recommend 2nd Swing Minneapolis after my experience with their poor customer service. I was fitted for a driver and given the price of the driver I had been fitted for. When I went to check out the price was higher than what I had been given by their employee. They refused to match the price I was given by their employee nor did they offer an alternative solution. I was told the prices change all the time and that the price is the price. Paul was absolutely no help and I now regret purchasing my club from them after this experience and will not be recommending them.

I recommend getting a full bag fitting with Dean Goodwin regardless of ability level. He made me feel extremely comfortable while going through a seamless process to find the perfect technology for MY game. Dean is professional in every aspect and all he cares about is me playing better golf. Many places you go to to get fitted, they watch the clock and when your times up your times up. Dean is not a clock watcher and makes sure you get the right equipment without feeling like he is up-selling you. Amazing venue with amazing people. If Dean is the face of the company, he represents, and 2nd Swing is in good hands.

This was the best experience I have ever had. There is no other way I will ever buy clubs again. I set up an appointment with Mike Oliver and after that it was nothing but fun. He was very knowledgeable and and showed me a great time. He put the perfect set of irons in my hands. If you havent tried this experience yourself I would highly recommend it!!!

Got fitted for the first time for a set of irons with Andrew. He made the whole experience easy and fun. I went in with a mindset to buy expensive irons and he showed me that a pricetag doesnt necessarily mean better results. I ended up with Callaway maverick max which worked best for me. When it comes time to get a new driver Andrew will be my fitter for sure.
