It isnt that I dislike it for what it is. Im just at an age where swings are meh. If I had kids, I probably wouldnt take them here though. Has a very... idk drug dealer vibe to it I guess. During the day its nice. In the summer it always has folks. But really, its a seedy looking swing area underneath a road bridge and 100% gives off the vibes you would expect of such a place. Still unique, quaint and (arguably) charming.
Super fun, original. Kids of all ages will love a swing here. Ground is sand and soft landings. Street parking available. Easily accessible via sidewalks.
Love it here. Great place to walk. The walkway bridge under the Holton Street bridge and the little swing park are awesome.
Pretty fun to hang out at, it was better before they put the sand there tho
The best place to swing in downtown Milwaukee, bar none.
Good place to stop if youre wondering the Eastside.
A unique park with repurposed tires as seats for tons of swings underneath a road bridge.
Always fun. I just dont care for the sand there too messy.
The Swing was fun. I havent been on a Swing in Years. But it just took me back to my childhood when I use to go to the park as a Child
A little different. A good utilization of an open shady space beneath a tall bridge. It was FUN!
Great vibrant place to hangout, scenes from different angle is immaculate.
Cool swing park under a bridge. All swings are made from recycled tires.
Never knew of this place till today great place to swing andtake a walk
Kids Loved the swings and the nice walk. But its sad people have to lilter and leave trash everywhere
Cool park. A little sketchy at night though
This is a great park that has been taken over by litter. If everyone would clean there own mess itll be a 5 star park!
Love this spot, came here on a date one night and it was perfect. Its never over crowded good parking, and right next to updown lol what more could you want. Cant forget about the bridge and chill spot on the other side that lights up at night...just great
Kids have a blast every time we take a trip here. Right by the best Brewery in the state of WI as well, Eagle Park Brewery! Its a must stop even for grown folk like me!
This park is great. Swing where the homeless people live.
Kiddos had so much fun and then the little walk over the bridge to top it off!
Neat place cool stop before dinner daughter loved the view of the river as well
The secret gateway to Riverwest from the fashionable East Side.Great spot to get out of the sun and under a bridge. Walking distance from Lucky Lius, Up Down Arcade, Casablanca, and YNOT II. Just a short walk across the river on the marsupial bridge to Lakefront Brewery, the Beerline Cafe, and the rest of beautiful Riverwest. If you like swings, shade, and sand, this place is for you.
Fun time to swing & nice river view on the bridge
If u visit, its mainly adults and older children FYI...hint! But its fun I guess...
Is a good place to spend time with the kids
Awesome, very unique.
Top notch hang zone
I wish the city could keep this place cleaner and add some color. The butterfly mural has really helped but all of the nearby fenced in construction has been just an eye sore for a few years. Please make the land owners act on developing that property because the lack of cars only makes the area less safe. I love that families often go here for events and engagement or wedding photos take place here. Id love to continue to see that happening.
Very relaxing and quiet I love it
I go here all the time its peaceful at times
A nice park in the city near the river could use just a touch of modern cleaning and attention but is a wonderful spot to stop relax as an adult or bring your kids and enjoy some time on the swing good spa to just simply relax have a picnic and take in the great city of Milwaukee
Spectacular concept of having swings installed underneath the overpass of a highway. If I were to be critical it would be the fact that there are only 5 swings and 2 tire swings and no ground just sand. On the positive side the swings are all high endurance and well crafted for long term use. I even went on them and I weigh 270. The kids loved it though. The tallest swings you will ever see without paying for them.
Was hard to find and get to, but super cool. I have never been to a park like this one.
Sadly, only during daylight.
I like this this is a good spot for the kids and out of the Sun
Its beautiful and unique. Great use of space under a bridge. I saw a tou g couple with their daughter their while it was raining.
Really peaceful place. The swings are a cool touch to the area that brings in kids and adults alike. The bridge itself is really cool and a good place for a evening walk.
Its a good place to hang out at... there isnt much but it does change the scene compared to a regular park. Recommend for teenagers and adults. For kids a park would be better!
VENICE ITALY IN MILWAUKEE.. A MUST GO!
Very cool idea and a nice place for the kids.Love the pedestrian walkway across the river and the fact that the park is connected to the riverwalk. It is also just across the street from the Brady Street park which has a nice little garden and some benches to sit on.Will be going back!
Cool little hide away on the fashionable East Side w swings and summer time Movies.
Cool bridge. Great for photography. There are only 8 swings, but the kids had fun.
I love it, cool place
Fun for adults!
Would definitely recommend any visitors of Milwaukee to check out Swing Park. There are swings of all sizes, even a swing for the disabled. Its a cozy spot tucked away on the east side, with a screen that plays family friendly movies on certain days of the week.
Really neat little park hidden in the underpass. Kiddo loved the swings and it was a nice break in the day for all of us.
The good: the swings are fun for older kids and adults because you can swing high. Its in the shade, so it isnt too hot in the summer. There is a handicapped swing. The bad: the sand is full of junk.
Grandson and family all live the tire swings. Need to add another tire swing for 3 kids though!!! Very popular and the wait to get on it is very long!!
Free, cool, tucked away little park under the bridge. Love it.
Cute fun little place to stop by!
Great for kids and a beautiful walk for us even on a rainy day
Excellent place to chill out and relax. Great area with lots to do aound. Will always recommend this place.
Great fun for young adults and children
Watched someone get shot. Police showed up. Good time. Regular drug deals and wasted college kids nightly as I pass on the way home from work 5 nights a week.
Loved going to swing with my son!
What a fun place! There is literally swings hanging off the bottom of the highway.
Fun but they replace all the recyclable tires cut up with sand so dont want sand in my shoes Ill go to the beach they should have left it the way it was just give me some kind of
Great place for afternoon trips! There are all types of swings for young and old. Even if swings aren’t your thing, this park has plenty of great views to enjoy & surrounding attractions! This park does have SAND so dress and plan accordingly!
It is a nice, little known park on the East side. With swings and made for everyone, children and adults. It is a cool comfortable place to visit on a hot day. It is shaded by the bridge that is above it. It is really close to a suspended walking bridge that is also nice to go to on a hot day. EVERYONE seems to have fun there and they also have an antique flee market there sometimes.
Quirky, but not really worth going out of your way for. If youre at Lakefront Brewing and walking back downtown anyway, the walk across the bridge is kind of fun anyway.
Girlfriend and I made a trip from the Chicago area to here because we saw the location online.Where as this wouldnt be worth it as the only stop it was definitely a fun stop on a great day in Milwaukee. We started here, went along the river walk looking at the sculptures, got lunch at Vagabond (which is super hipstery but I recommend) and spent most of the day just relaxing around the parks.Anyways, the park has a few swings, its in a really neat location and is worth the stop for 15-20 minutes.
A cool place to swing under a bridge.
Urban pocket park. Take the pedestrian bridge across the river, walk a block to the next larger park and explore the best views of Milwaukee from the Sixth Ward
Great Park great atmosphere with great surroundings it was my first time there I really loved it.
My kids loved it!!
I love going here. Its fun, different, and the views of the river are beautiful!
Known to the locals as Murder Park; Lots of fun during the day, but maybe avoid it at night.
People smoking and leaving garbage
No restrooms but businesses not far away...parking on street handy, bike route, adult and handicap swings, bridge over river, scenic view of city.
Bring the group swing back! Citys a buncha fun killers.
LOVE IT! This place freaking beams with positive vibes and makes you a true believer in a strong and diverse urban community!
One of my favorite spots to hang out in Milwaukee.
Best way to cross the river on foot.
The swing park and bridge are unique.
Good time. Would recommend. Too much sand -1 star, I didnt get shot.
Unique and fun for old and young.
So fun! Adult side swings!
My favorite hang out when I visit Milwaukee
Cool spot just be safe
Great hidden gem. I took my date their before dinner to surprise him. He loved it!!

Great park cool picture opportunity
Great place
