This is a great passage way from Mill Valley to Cortex Madera off road and on quiet streets.

Great trails, moderate slopes, beautiful views.

Took a 2-hour hike with a friend and her dog. What a beautiful day for a long hike that looped in and out of oak groves, wildflowers and redwoods. Ahh.

Nice trails and fire roads to hike through the woods.

Great place to walk our dog early on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Coyotes were spotted the last few weeks...mind your dog!

Great place for a hike with amazing viewsof the bay and of San Francisco.

Beautiful and easy to get to from The city

A real find. Very close to the Golden Gate Bridge in Mill Valley and yet comma hundreds of Acres of trails in wilderness. It was a joy to be able to have my dog off-leash so close to the city.

Many miles of hiking, running, and walking paths are accessible through the Camino Alto routes. Parts are shaded, and parts are exposed to the sun, so it could be a nice mixture of cold and hot. Many dog-walkers enjoy the paths, so a four-legged friend might be nearby.

Beautiful place for walking/running. Also a (not so) secret off-leash dog walking spot. If you/your dog like other dogs, this will become a favorite. If you are looking for solitude or dont like other dogs/walkers, maybe try elsewhere.
