Very calm and scenic ride. Water Taxi was a great way to experience the harbor and get across the bay. We bought the roundtrip tickets from Groupon, hopped on at Bayside MarketPlace and return trip from Miami Beach Marina. There was no hassle.!Overall an enjoyable ride with family. We loved it and would highly recommend it if you havent experienced it before.Thank you !!

A relaxing ride and a nice way to get on the water in Miami. We did the water taxi day-pass, got on at Miami Beach (it wasnt really clearly labeled where to meet - you walk out on the pier with all the yachts and stand around the big blue/white building that sells gas to the boats) buy your ticket on the boat. Then we rode up to Brickell area and then around to Bayside. We got off there and spent an hour and a half, then got back on the boat to get back to Miami Beach. The ride back was cool - you go by the big yachts and fancy houses.

Dont use the WATER TAXI MIAMI at Bayfront. They charged us $30 pp ($120) for a round trip to South Beach. We specifically asked what time we needed to be back to return. They told us and got there 40 minutes early and waited... After never returning, we asked some workers on the dock and were informed that the company actually completed their last run 20 minutes prior to us arriving. So we had to pay for a cab... which I might add was much cheaper... 4 people for $20 (15 minute ride) vs. $120.00 (45 Minute ride) that we initially paid to the water-taxi. We even called and kept getting voicemail! WATER TAXI MIAMI ...THEY ARE LIARS AND DECEITFUL!

Took the taxi thinking it was just going to be a taxi ride, but the guy basically pointed out all the nice celebrities homes and boats. For $15 its a steal of a deal 45 minutes ride!!We were going to take another boat cruise for $38 glad we didnt!

Took the all day tour and walked to South Beach from the stop we made. The stop was long enough for me to walk South Beach and tour a museum in the area.

Great ride going! On our ride back, we were told the boat will leave at 4:15. We made it at the dock at 4:10. I called around 4:30 and told them that the taxi wasnt there yet. I was told that we missed it. After telling the operator that we were on time (however close it may have been), he said that the taxi would never leave before time. Yet, I stood there on time with no taxi in sight. He told me that I would have to wait for the next taxi to arrive at 5:45. I had a bus to catch back to Orlando at 6. They were extremely rude about the entire ordeal. NEVER AGAIN!

We loved it so much we took the water taxi two days in a row! Great service - I love the all day pass that allows you to stop and get off, explore, and get back on. Also learned about Miami history and fun facts while on this tour. Will do it again next time in Miami.

A lady sold me a ticket. I asked her when the boat was leaving and she told me that soon but that she will let me know and to go ahead finish my beer at Sharkeys. She saw where I was and I guess forgot to let me know. The boat left without me. And I could not get my money back because their kiosk closed for the day. I was only one day in town. Terrible

Fun way to see Miami on a boat. You get to see Biscayne bay, hop on and off when you’d like. They even have an island service where you can bring your cooler and spend the day on an island and get picked up anytime they pass by. Best boat ride in miami

Purchased 3 tickets with my debit card and was told that it didnt go through. I checked my bank account from my phone and the transaction did indeed go through. I immediately called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was approved. I was told by the attendants that since their card machine didnt print out any tickets that it means that my card was the problem and that my account was not charged. They then asked me to run my card again. I said no because my account would get billed a second time. I even showed the attendants my phone and bank records to prove that my account was charged and that there was money in my account to pay for the tickets they charged me for. After about half an hour of this and even speaking with a supervisor, we were told that there was anothing they could do. I was told to wait and that the amount would probably be credited back to my account in a couple days. We ended up not taking the tour. Very disappointing. Before we left, a different attendant told us that the issue was the machine and not my card but the machine they ran the card on was not there anymore and they were using a different machine. In other words, they couldnt do anything. At least they were snadmitting that my card was not to blame. The whole ordeal sucked. Not impressed. Extremely poor service. Charged $75 for nothing. I could have spent that money somewhere else. Now Ill be stuck waiting to see if they even refund my money. Really a shame. Bad way to spend my last vacation day. So much for sightseeing.Reply to owners response:What do you mean I took the 90 minute tour and didnt complain? I wasnt given tickets and my family and I werent allowed on the boat!!!! What are you even saying???? Thats a complete lie and you know it!!!! You said you remember me but I doubt that very highly!!! If you did really remember me, you would remember that we never got in the boat and that was because the machine wouldnt print my tickets. We were told we couldnt ride and the attendants attempted THREE TIMES TO GET ME TO EITHER RUN MY CARD AGAIN OR PAY CASH FOR THREE MORE TICKETS!!!. And you said Im confused and that it wasnt for sightseeing????? The attendant came up to us and showed us a map of the things that the boat would go by while we rode. So yeah, thats sightseeing!!!! And you still havent refunded my money!!! Its been 3 days!!! Thanks for making my son cry too, by the way! Great way to end my visit to Miami. All he wanted was a boat ride and your company ruined that for him! My son is autistic and hes still upset about not getting the boat ride!

They told us the water taxi will leave in 10 minutes just to get our business and then the water taxi left 45 minutes later, I’m a local, and always have family and friends visiting, I will make sure not to bring them here, there are plenty options out there. They deliberately lied to our face, they refused to give us a refund. We were scammed!

The view around the entrance of the Miami River was breathtaking. My girlfriend and little daughter really enjoy the whole experience.

It would be a great service but the staff is so rude. I called ahead of time to ensure I could bring my daughters stroller on the larger boat for the time reserved (otherwise we wouldnt buy tickets). When we got there they said they would no longer take the larger boat out and therefore I could not bring the stroller on (we already paid for out 5 tickets). Terrible service and untrustworthy staff.

This place is owned by money hungry low life’s. The people working the booths are even worse.The lady explained the times and route and pricing. After CONFIRMING the time we would leave and arrive later we decided it would be tight, but could make it work.After paying 125$ to the lady, we made our way down to board the boat. 30 seconds after handing over the money and given a receipt with the time we paid for, she told us she gave us the incorrect time and information. We told her the situation initially, and re explained that we could not add on another half hour since we were already cutting it close.She said there were no refunds.We were LIED to.It isn’t like we didn’t want to go or missed the time and asked for a refund. WE WERE LIED TO AND GIVEN MISINFORMATION.We were scammed.Do not spend your money here.

This is NOT a true water taxi. This is for tourists. Bayside Marketplace and Miami Beach Marina are the only two pickup locations. They are not close to where most people who live and work in Miami & Miami Beach need to go.
