Lance was the BEST tour guide! I have rode jet skis countless times and this was one of the best experiences I have had.

My cousin made reservations for the jet ski rental for an hour. They called us 45 mins before to make sure we are going to be there in time to complete the waiver. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. We had to fill out a waiver which takes a little while and they provided iced bottled water to us. We had to wait a little while for our guide. Once our guide came we hopped on a boat and left the marina heading towards our jet skis. The water was rough but I enjoyed myself. Our guide Laz made our jet ski experience memorable! Thanks Jet Boat Miami for an awesome experience.

I had a amazing time jet skiing for my first time yesterday but they never sent me my pictures and videos. For 2 people at $280 for a hour I want my pictures. I called jet boat today again to ask can someone sent my pictures and the lady on the phone said the man out on the water and there’s nothing she can do. I will be going back up there tomorrow.

Honestly this is one of the first times I’ve ever written anything about a business and it was very much needed. This place the people WERE AMAZING! Laz his wife Tony and their entire team made our experience so wonderful! We enjoyed every minute and didn’t want it to end. They are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. It was a fun experience, but I wish it was a longer ride and they did more tricks. We sat in the front of the boat and we did get wet but not too much to be honest. The captain did a few boat tricks, then took us out to two islands and showed us the different rich houses (Will Smith, Elizabeth Taylor, Ricky Martin, famous CEOs, etc). Then we came back into the harbor and the captain did a few more boat tricks, and that was it. It was half boat tour, half thrill tricks. But it was a nice boat ride. I would wear a sweater if you cant handle the sea breeze.

Laz was our tour guide and was the absolute man. If you are planning on booking jet skis here make sure Laz is your guide, you won’t be disappointed.

My experience was simply amazing! We did 1hr jetski tour (what i highly recommend) loved that the ride was guided, you feel you are protected all time. Thanks to the staff that was very friendly. We had a blast on this ride.the only thing I recommend is the ride to be for an hour or 45min instead of 30min.the host gave us a mini tour of some million dollar homes off the water so it cut into our fun time.The ride is still worth every dollar!

Had a great time on the jet boat. You are required to take off your shoes and put it in a box with all your belongings upon departing. They do hand out plastic bags to put your phones into so that you can take pictures when they tell you. I barely got wet but I guess it depends on the driver you get and the crowd you are with. I did enjoy the fresh air and the gorgeous views. We had an excellent tour guide.

Honestly, THE BEST place to enjoy a FUN, HIGH ADRENALINE, boat ride. These guys have such great personalities and know how to make sure you have a good time. We took our go pro with us and we love reliving the moment! It was a day full of laughter and so much adrenaline! Jet Boat Miami is THE BEST place in MIAMI to have a good time!! I PROMISE :)

It was our first time doing jet skis. The girls in the office were very nice and they took care of us quickly even though the office was full. The guys of jet ski are very helpful, they explained to us how to use the jet skis and they indicated us the area where we could go, even one of them stayed in the area in case we needed help with our jet skis. We had a great time and we are planning to go again. Ideal for everyone, even with children because they care for safety.

Ive had the pleasure of experiencing this speed boat trip several times in the past but I was delightfully surprised this year to see that they had upgraded the boat with a newer and faster version! The black and purple design was too cute! Always a fun and memorable experience

Luis and captain Ralph made the experience so much fun and made sure everyone felt safe! The most unique boat ride I have ever been on! It was a plus to be able to see and hear about the different millionaire houses around Miami; like a mini but more awesome millionaires row! Would definitely recommend :)

We did the jet ski one hour rental & it was one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had. Our guide Manny and the other one (Benji’s owner) were amazing and made sure that we had as much fun as possible. Definitely recommend checking them out if you ever come to Miami!

We had a great experience yesterday! We took advantage of the groupon offer for the jet boat and jet skis. The jet boat guides, Eric and captain Ralph made it very fun and energetic. Then we went on a jet ski tour with Laz who was very experienced and knew a lot about the area. All in all we recommend jet boat Miami 100%

Jet Boat Miami is an awesome company with a ton of activities available. We did the banana boats and jet boat ride! Both were so much fun!! The Jet boat ride exceeded our expectations with the music and energetic tour guide lol. You will get soaked and it was equally as exciting on a heavy rain day (which was the case for us) ;). I highly recommend this to anyone! Its also an amazing way to see a lot of Miami via the tour/ trail.

Me and my girls went on the Jet boat yesterday and had so much fun! The first hand Luis was so entertaining and really made the tour lively. The captain Camilo did a bunch of cool tricks and spins. I can assure you will be safe on this boat and expect to get WET.

Went in the Jet Boat Miami ride as a present for my husband’s birthday! He really enjoyed the ride. Did not enjoy the other patrons on the ride who were not friendly to the staff or other people on the ride. Actually rather rude to the staff and used racial words referring to other people on the boat, But Luis and the Captain did a great job! My husband really enjoyed the ride!!! His arm is a little sore because he was sitting on the outside! But great job!

What a great time I had here, I had an hour tour with (Christopher). What a great guide, he was the best, next time I come to Miami I’ll be definitely doing this again.

The experience was great and I really enjoy it. But the reason Im giving it 3 stars, is because of the experience with the lady at the reception. She didnt seem to spend time and wasnt patient. She also ask for my email to send me the videos, but I never received them, I also send another email asking for the videos but didnt get any answer.

Be prepared for a CRAZY ride!! really awesome experience and super friendly guide. big ups to the captain for hitting those 360 turns and mastering that beast. YOU WILL GET SOAKED and its worth every drop!

Fun place to go and spend some time on the water. Groupon was a good deal but need to book 48 hours prior. Boat ride was fun and the team was good. Jet ski was fun but do an hour instead of .5 hour ride to get more out of time. The only issue was that they guide the jet ski tour and don’t let you have much freedom on the water. Good place.

It was great. Clear sky, hot weather, nice view, about 30 minutes of fun with a bunch of people, friendly guide and captain.Sealed bags to put your phone inside are given at the entrance. The guide always warned us when the water loop was coming (7 of those or something). Many houses of celebrities. And music was playing loudly from our boat the entire time. Also, they took a video with GoPro of our reactions, so we could buy it once its uploaded online. So thats pretty much it. If the price works for you, I strongly recommend checking this out during your visit in Miami.

Got totally drenched and they didnt give option of a jacket to wear for the trip. :-(I was told to be prepared to get wet when getting on the boat but wasnt given the option to purchase a poncho or similar at the time. The ride was fun and I would do it again though.

Amazing experience! Ladies in the front are super cool. Originally found this spot from our GoMiami pass we went on the jetboat tour and had an amazing time with captain Ralph and Danny! They def. Have a sense of humor, after we finished that tour we rented some jetskis chris was very nice and im so thankful for him taking our pics for us he was mine and my finances guide but i freaked out and lazaro came and helped me out they were both the best guides! There was also a new hire i assume rich he def isnt cut out for working with people. Other then that if i could give this place 6 stars i would :)

The Jet Boat was an awesome experience!! ...It was my first time trying it was going fasy which makes it special.The captain was very funny and he showed us stsr islands and explained briefly the houses and who do they belong to.Overall, it was good thing to try!

Jet Boat Miami was a fun experience. We got to see the houses of some famous people, and the ride in the water was really fun. The boat is pretty powerful, and WARNING you will get wet, so wear clothes you dont mind getting fairly wet (though you probably dont need to wear a bathing suit - nobody in my group did). The tour guide and captain were fun, the music was fun, and I enjoyed everything. Before you leave, you can put your belongings in a locked container. Feel free to bring your phone (as long you dont drop it!) as they will give you ziploc bags to put them in to keep them from getting wet.Highly recommend.

A wonderful atmosphere and staff

Staff was nice but the jet boat ride was not a comfortable experience. Each row is simply benches not individual seats so each turn sent all passengers sliding to one side. Depending on who is next to you that could mean a lot of pounds of momentum crushing your direction. Have ridden other similar jet boat rides before with a more professional and safety conscious feel to the whole experience. Also rode banana boat behind a jetski which was fun except the driver went way too close to other boats and an island than I was comfortable with. Parking near the location was $20 not the $10 I was told just as an extra fyi. Not worth full retail price, maybe with a groupon which they wont honor unless you buy 2 full days in advance.

Excellent for both adults and kids. I liked it and both boys ( 4 and 7 ) loved it. My wife got a bit seasick but thats not their fault. Just a note, if you get seasick - maybe this is not the right one to go to. Also, everyone gets wet from head to toe, so - wear swimsuit, or bring change of clothes.

Totally, absolutely awesome!!! Well definitely be back soon.

It was an exhilarating experience! The driver of the boat did multiple stunts, we were all dancing in our seats to the loud music, and holding onto the boat bars as the boat turned and tossed us around. Definitely recommend! (Groupon had a great deal on this.)

Pros: very responsive, nice, organized, easy to find.Cons: Felt very short. I didn’t time it but should have. Definitely not 20 minutes. Was a jet ski pulling us. We were warned that we may fall off but did not come close. It was me, my wife, 13 year old, 11, and 9.5. We all were disappointed and found it a little boring. We have been banana boating before and this was much more tame than our first experience elsewhere. If you are a beginner and want a short slower ride, this is your place. We complained to them and the manager wouldn’t do anything for us.

These guys are awesome! Took first time teens out and instantly turned their fears into comfort and had them enjoying the rest of the day quickly. As a USCG Master Captain, everythlng they did was safe and fun. Highly recommend this business over any of the others. Will always use these guys. Thanks for the great time!

Got hurt and injured pretty badly, unprofessional group of people, still cannot feel my leg.The staff first complained to me upon my arrival and said they dont do fly boarding here after I prepaid over the phone., then the other staff member told me they do have fly boarding, very unprofessional group. Then I start right away and the person operating the jet-ski with fly board, literally drives his jet ski from behind and hits me pulling me down from the air, my entire body got slammed on jet ski. I still cannot feel my leg, cant bend it and my back still hurts, the hip pain was so much worse when i got out of water, and the leg, no sensation at all and can barely bend my knee. All this was done on my birthday. Just do not go here, these people are careless with your life. I have not clue how they have so many positive reviews on here.

The captain and the boat guide were fun and made the boat ride just that more exciting. I really enjoyed getting to learn about some of the houses, as well. Experienced the Speed Boat and had a great time. The captain and director both were a bunch of fun and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I’m to return I would love to purchase some of their other activities. Got our tickets from Groupon and getting a reservation the next day was easy and a breeze. Highly recommended.
