My husband and I stopped by on our way to the Keys and booked an airboat ride. Ryan, our guide, was very personable and knowledgeable about the Everglades. He was able to have 2 alligators, independently, slide up right next to the boat! He obviously lives what he does and loves the Everglades. We really enjoyed this ride. Since we were heading to the Keys, we didn’t stay to hear about or see the animals so I can’t comment on that. The ladies working the counter were also friendly and super helpful. Great experience!!
We had the best experience here at Gator Park Airboat Tours! Susan welcomed us and was so friendly, professional and helpful. Jumping on the airboat with Jay was SUCH a fun ride...he is a combination of all the best things in a tour guide ...funny, informative, adventurous...he kept us laughing and gave us a great experience seeing birds, turtles, fish and alligators up close and personal! You hop off the boat and check out the show and John keeps the fun and laughter going....snakes, baby gators and BIG gators, he is SO informative about everything Everglades, very impressive! I wasn’t sure what to expect when we came but I’m SO happy that we checked this place out...we will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!
MUST DO IF YOU VISIT MIAMIThe most fun is to have an airboat and ride like a free bird. My kids loved it and we saw alligator Lily in the wild life, we had nice excursion and a lot of important information from our guide Gator. The show is very informative after the ride and you get to pet the gator and... even eat it
Our time at Gator Park was truly amazing and memorable. Our tour guide, Toby, took us on an awesome airboat ride and was kind and prompt when answering our many questions. We saw 2 alligators on our trip and they came right up to the boat with no hesitation. After, be sure to check out the wildlife show with Tom, it was very fun and informative. Gator Park was an all around amazing experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends!
Great service and well worth the money! We had lost our tickets to the wildlife show and they let us stay anyway. Very impressed.
All the people there were very friendly especially Susan at the front desk, the guy who did the show (I didnt get his name) but he was very educational and Toby our tour guide.Toby was very friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable about the species and the area.I highly recommend this place and if you can try the private tour. From the Simmons all the way from Mesa Arizona
We stopped at Gator Park for souvenirs. We didn’t do the boat ride but Susan was still so helpful and friendly. She was very patient with our young boys as they excitedly changed their minds from one gift to another. At the end of our visit she gave each of our boys a small bottle with gator teeth and their faces just lit up! It was a fun experience for the whole family.
My wife and I had a great time, the show was both fun and educational which was nice. Holding the gator was fun. The airboat ride was a blast too and we got within a foot of several alligators.
Awesome place. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the time.
Very nice air boat tour through the Everglades. Our guide was great. Luckily our guide knew how to coax out the alligators bc they were all in hiding, in the middle of the day, due to summer time heat. I wish we could have gone even farther on the air boat as it was fascinating being in the Everglades. Also included in your ticket is the gator show. Very entertaining and informative. We loved this experience and would do it again.
Very friendly and fun staff. I was able to get close up photos and videos of the gators. Worth going for sure! You can get pictures with a small gator in your hands at the end too
The airboat tour was so much fun and Jay our tour guide was fun and very informative! We had a great time with John and Charlie as well at the alligator show. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. This is a must see and do on your list of things to do while in Miami!!!
Gary and Tom were absolutely amazing! Gary was our guide on the airboat. He made the experience very fun and gave us a lot of information on the wildlife. Tom gave us the alligator show. He was super friendly and definitely knows his stuff! We also got to hold a baby gator. Super great experience all together and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun and different.
We Had an amazing time everyone there is so friendly and made us feel welcome! Our Tour Guide Toby was awesome we did a private tour highly recommend very knowledgeable and it was a great experience would do it again! The gal Susan at the front was amazing an was very accommodating! Gator Park gets 5 stars from Dennis and Sue The Kirbys from Arizona! Thank You Gator Park
Such an awesome experience! from walking in and being greeted by the awesome lady’s up front like Susan to the super fun air boat ride drifting down the Everglades with Toby and last but not least the gator show by John where he informed us on the amazing animals they have there. super fun time you have to hold the gator baby. Worth every penny
Gator park was a great experience!! Overall it was a really fun experience at a fair price. The airboat ride was exciting and the gator show was informative and entertaining just as much!! Tom and Dan were personable, entertaining, and made the experience great!! If you’re thinking of exploring some gators be sure to stop here!
Great staff in the park who shared all the nice places to visit in Everglades/Key West area. The airboat was nice, we saw a turtle and a gator. John did a good job talking about the alligators and showing a demonstration. We liked this experience.
One of the best parks to visit. What made it amazing was the staff and their amazing attitude towards animal life and tourists visiting. Its a kid friendly park, so dont hesitate to bring your kids. Infact they will enjoy the ride and the alligator presentation. Since this is a national park, National Park passes will get you in for free. Otherwise, its only $6/p on top of the boat ride. Highly recommend doing this.
I absolutely loved this place. The staff were phenomenal! The guide was funny, entertaining, and also educational. The ladies working in the gift shop were so nice! My favorite part of the park were the animals and the gentleman running the gator show! The baby alligator was soooo cute but the giant toad was my favorite
Gator park was fantastic! All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The air boat was about 40 mins and the other show was about another 25 mins. Super interesting and informative. The prices are fair and worth every penny! Thank you all for such an awesome time!
Good tour, lots of jokes and fast driving made it fun. Going during mid Summer usually isnt ideal as Gators want to stay hidden in cooler water, we lucked out and say new babies, Mom and Dad in hatching season. August (2020). The show was worth waiting for....we learned even more and say a crocodile.
The entire experience was excellent! Gary was a great tour guide on the airboat and truly has a love for the wildlife. You can tell he genuinely cares for the animals. John was also wonderful in teaching us about the alligators and crocodiles and their temperaments. It really was awesome!
Loved zipping through the everglades. Saw at least 5-6 gators and our guide taught us about the ecosystem. Still can not believe that there are more than a million gators in the everglades. We had an amazing experience and would do it again if we had the time. Bring a sweater as it seems to always be windy here.
We visited on a Tuesday morning. There were a few people waiting in a line. First, you have to go inside the store to get tickets and pay the national park fee, and the staff give you a boarding ticket. It was approximately 30 minutes of boat ride, and first we go really slow to see some alligator holes and listen to the guides instructions, and then the guide speeds up to drive around the everglades in a high speed. Every once in a while, you get splashed from the water, and it was very fun and refreshing. Our guide is named Angel, and he also told us the differences between alligators and crocodiles, Indian plants growing in the area, and the water in everglades. He was very informative and entertaining.Angel told us that winter is the best time to encounter many alligators, and summer is less likely to see them because of their mating season, but we were able to see two alligators on the way back to the departure place. One was floating in the water without moving, and the other was swimming slowly toward us. It was a very exciting moment to be able to see wild alligators so close. After the ride, we enjoyed the alligator show, and we saw other animals such as a scorpion and a giant toad. It was an enjoyable hour.Id like to come back again in winter.
This place is amazing! Great guides and the wildlife is amazing. I’ve never been that close to a gator before in my life.
Great place ! Our guide Gary was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He has lived in the Everglades his entire life and we could have never found a better guide anywhere else.I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering going for an Everglades airboat tour.
We came here to see the alligators and we enjoyed it! The tour was nice, we saw three alligators and the the saw was so funny!! You can see them so close in the arena, there was a turtle too and scorpion!!Is a good spot to see a part of the Everglades, the tour was about 45 min.The trip in aero-boat is without any doubt an exciting experience, don’t miss it if you go to Miami!
Beautiful experience. The guides and trainers are experts of the Everglades. Very knowledgeable and interesting your, place. Most visit.
Man me and my wife had an amazing time with Dan he was so fun and informational. The tickets where a great price . Dan always gave us more locations to see while we where there we needed up going to KEy West !!! Thank you DAN !!! Your the best ! Anyway Tom was also great out on a amazing show very brave man !! You must go it’s definitely worth the experience and money !
This was way better than I thought it was going to be. The airboat tour is definitely worth the drive.
My kids and I loved it. Awesome staff! Great experience! Definitely returning
Great adventure into the everglades. Our boat captain was great. Enjoyed seeing all of the gators.
Good experience, fun ride on yhe airboat, great show with gators. Had a chance to appreciate wildlife, we had a guest visit our boat ride.
Amazing experience at Gator Park by riding an airboat. Go to their website to get $5 discount on the ride. The journey is the combination of the slow and fast ride. For slow ride, you can enjoy the big nature of alligators turtles trees and grass. Fast ride portion is the most enjoyable for me, it’s like flying on the grass and drifting when turning, this definitely needs skills. The design of this airboat is that there is no motor engine but with the wind, it controls the boat’s speed and direction, which I found amazing and it won’t hurt the grass. It’s a bit loud but they will give you earplugs if you need, I personally found it unnecessary, but just in case you are very sensitive to the sound. After the ride, there was a an alligator feeding session that you can see how they feed the huge alligator, the instructor was pretty fun. All in all, unforgettable experience!
We had a great fan boat ride and got to hold a baby gator! The price is very reasonable and we would go back here again if we are ever in the area.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff/guides. Airboat ride was ok. Not too noisy. Talk after the ride was very good and entertaining. Highly recommended.
The air boat your was fun and very informative!! We seen a few Gators and learned about invasive Pythons that are eating baby Gators threatening alligator population.
Amazing first time in Miami experience with my boyfriend . The staff very friendly . Tour guides were very friendly and a great sense of humor . Will do again !!!
It was so much fun. My kids loved it! My oldest daughter said it was her favorite part of our stay in Ft Lauderdale.
The staff was A+. Thanks for the great time! The show was super fun too.
I would suggest getting there early for your experience. We arrived there about 10 am and had a very short wait. There was little organization for lines for large groups at check in/out when purchasing/checking tickets or souvenirs. The boat ride was nice and really helps you find the wildlife. The show was entertaining and informative.
It was a great activity! The ticket included three stations. It started with the boat ride. The ride was nice and perfect in timing (not too long, not too short). Our guide was great and the tour was very educational, as well as the show afterwards. Pricing was very reasonable. Great experience and highly recommended.
Saw 3 gators and the nature show after the ride is good!
Wonderful experience. The boat ride we did was short, but long enough. We got to see gators, birds, and turtles among the trees and long grass. The tour guide was tons of fun too. We also got to hold a baby gator. We went as a group, but there were tons of families too.
Great time, tour guide was great his name was Angel was very informative he put humor into the tour so it wasn’t boring. Very good air boat driver as well. Seen a bunch of alligators. The end was a show also very informative Tom gave a great show also put humor into the show was great. The toad doesn’t turn to a prince but it’s ok I loved every part of show
This was a great experience! We really enjoyed the airboat ride in the everglades and the aligator feeding! I would highly recommend people to visit this attraction! This was a perfect experience! We even got to hold a baby aligator!
Fun place to see the everglades and its wildlife. Funny and caring staff. Will visit again.
Its a kool place to visit, more than the other airboat places because for the ticket of boat ride, you also get the gator show and exhibition park. And taking a picture while holding a gator is also kool! From NYC, and this is our 3rd time to Gator Park. Its a must do when we visit Florida. Nice facilities. Nice staff! A fun place to visit! Only 30 minutes from downtown Miami!! I sincerely recommend Gator Park!
Pleasantly surprised. Pricing was very reasonable. The boat ride was enjoyable and educational which is cool. The park was pretty good as well. Plenty of alligators to see and a fun show to watch. We definitely enjoyed our visit.A few minor things that were not great. The bathroom did not have soap and the air dryer was broken. The show host was great but a little irritable at people that took selfies, not us but some one else. I felt bad for them, instead of politely mentioning that they make their money this wayOverall it was a great taking experience. Could just use a little cleanup in the bathrooms and kindness at the show.
Boat ride is very nice. Gator watching up close is a once in a lifetime must!
I have been there twice in the past year with family, both times we really enjoyed the tour. We got to see a good number of alligators during both boat tours. Staff is super friendly, and my dad definitely enjoyed his gator burger!
This place was similar to other airboat tour/ gator places but the best part was kids under 6 are free and i have a 4, 3, and 1 year old. Also i had a coupon for buy one get one free if you arrive before 10am. So for my whole family of 5 was about $35. The other places would of been about $80-$100. There was a short show after and $3 for a pic with a baby alligator. Worth it! Cute gift shop but a bit pricey. i would definitely visit again.
It was nice and got to see gator and fish . The tour guides are knowledgeable and nice .
I visited this park a couple of years ago and I enjoyed every little bit from the Airboat ride to the Gator show. During my trip, we only saw a baby alligator and some soft shell turtles on the actual tour. It is probably best to go earlier in the day to see more gators. Of course, we saw way more gators at the show. Basic Airboat Tour+Show has discounted tickets online. I think it is worth the price and am planning to do the tour group which is supposed to offer more.
Gator Park is amazing.First and foremost, there is zero phone service here so if you have to take a ride share there, you will have trouble requesting a ride back. It happened to us but the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and made sure we could make it back to our hotel!Second, the airboat tour was so much fun! Our guide was basically a gator himself and was filled with so much helpful and fun information. We saw multiple gators, tiny baby gators, and multitudes of fish. Going out on the river of grass was a beautiful, surreal experience and I highly recommend it!Third, the wildlife show! Our educator was brilliant and had clearly dedicated his life to wildlife preservation. He gave a funny and interesting show, it was definitely so much better than I had expected!Overall, highly recommend their tour + show!
Buy tickets online before you go! I had to pay at the door due to cell service and they charge an extra $3 for a national park fee. A lot was included for $30 dollars though. My tour guide,Toby, was awesome. Helped everyone on and off boat, made jokes and was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and Everglades in general. Multiple birds and a few alligators were seen. Boat trip was very short, I expected something a little longer. Reptile show after was good. The guide even took some close up pictures of the alligators for me after the show. Option to hold a 3 yr old alligator for pictures was also available. Lots of parking space and the line moved fast!
The best one hour spent in FL.Next time I will visit again.
We took the air boat ride which gave us an excellent view of the Everglades. Our tour guide provided some excellent information on the Everglades and the intertwined Eco-system. We saw 3 separate Gators on the airboat ride alone. After the ride, we were given the opportunity to see a few gators and learned a great deal of information. John was a vast information resource and provided appropriate humor to make the information palatable!
Always first class and the drivers are great.
Great airboat ride, saw many gators. Good show afterwards. We road out good ways through the glades. Would recommend
So happy we went here, it was our favorite part of our trip! The staff were really knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw 10 gators, some very up close. Bring a jacket or sweater for the boat, as the breeze really picks up on the ride. Definitely make this a part of your itinerary, both children and adults will love it. Buy your ticket on their website to save $5 a ticket.
Nice tour. Guides were fun and made you have a great time. After the ride, you get to see a tour were you learn more about the Gators. It would probably be good to hear more information during the ride and do not have it all in the show.
Great place for day trip with kids, you even get to hold an alligator for a small price. You also learn alot about the Everglades and alligators and crocodiles, and if your lucky like we were, you get to see alligators in the wild, and take a trip on the air boat, its pretty neat.
Fun experience would definitely come back again didn’t get to see a lot of alligators but other then they are very knowledgeable.
Good experienced for swamp wildlife if you take the airboat trip. We can see gator, local fish, turtle and frog. The boat trip was great and fun. After that they provide a small show and was fun too. Airboats are plenty so not a long queue for both private and group. No reservation required when i called them and indeed its true.
Nice place to take 30 min ride airboat and good alligator show. You will see aligators mostly in the winter.
Great place to spend a Saturday with family. Buy your tickets on Groupon tho. And beware, there is no wifi and no signal
Good airboat tour and great wildlife show. The airboat tour is kind of short even though we got to see some wildlife. The show, however, is great.
This attraction was included with our GoCity GoMiami tickets. Note that you will have to still pay $3 per person even with the prepaid tickets as a national park fee. We were not disappointed with the airboat tour. Our guide Chuck was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We even got to see a few gators. At the end they also do a fun educational show with a few snakes, gators, and even a baby crocodile. We would definitely recommend this.
This place is so fun. The air boat ride was really cool. Especially when you get to see a Gator up close and personal.
Nice park, very cool staff that have a great knowledge of the local wildlife, after the tour, you can assist to a presentation made by a very entertaining animator that gives very interesting infos on local gators and Crocs with live ones. Our tour guide was everything I expected from an everglade guide. Good sense of humor, interesting, knowledgeable... Thx guys !! I recommend highly Gator Park.
I really enjoyed the air boat tour today, as well as the Gator show. Staff was really friendly and we have learned quite a lot during the boat tour. Id definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the nice experience.
Wonderfully fun place to go!!! lots to see and do. I enjoyed the air boat ride and all the wild life that you can see. The staff make it fun, and might put you on the spot lol, my wife kissed the toad
Fun activity. We found a coupon for this place from a coupon book we received from the car rental center.
I paid $20 per ticket for me and my husband, and it was so worth it! We hoped onto a airboat ride for 30 to 40 minutes and saw a lot of alligators, a few were right next to me I could touch them! After the boat ride, we went to the alligator show, where the presenter showed us his owl, a baby alligator and baby crocodile and explained their differences, and a large female alligator. During the show, he randomly selected my husbands phone and took a close-up video of the large alligator with it, went inside its mouth and above it. Great video! After the show, we paid an extra $3 per person to hold a baby alligator. As a souvenir, we got alligator teeth (they shed their teeth often). Very happy with this tour!
The show was interesting. Boat tour was kind of okay. Nice to have experienced once. Ours was the last tour of the day, so we got some amazing photos.
Awesome ride around the Everglades. The tour includes a walk through the flora and fauna of the place and the guides try to spott wildlife( although not always successfully). After the ride there is an alligator show and other animals as well, a bit short but informative, and at the end you could pet a baby alligator .There is also a restaurant and a gift shop.
This was a fun stop. We took the basic air boat ride which gave us a nice view of the area and Chuck our boat captain provided some excellent information on the Everglades. Afterwards we saw the presentation on the snakes, alligators, and crocodiles. John gave an excellent presentation with tons of information and quite a bit of humor thrown in to make it even more interesting.
Nice tour just before Everglades. Dont stop only here but move IN the Park too
The airboat tour was a little bit short, but the driver was very friendly and funny. He drove fast but safe. After the boat tour there is an wild animal show, the employee was very very funny and friendly and really knows a lot about the animals and the Everglades. If the boat tour would be a little bit longer this would be a 5 star. But for the ~25$ it’s okay.
Had a great experience, Angel the tour guide was awesome. I highly recommend this boat tour
I LOVED THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE
The staff was amazing the boat ride awesome and the shower was very cool and fun in all my family had an awesome time
Our tour guides are nice and knowledgeable especially Angel is nice guide. But,the facility needs improvements like no wifi and the area lacks cell reception. It is not expected to for such tourist attraction site not to have wifi and poor cell reception. At least it needs wifi for guest because tourist stranded their since they cant summon uber or taxi because of no cell reception. This is a shame for the park it makes a lot of revenue.
Loved it, great airboat tour, got to see giant gators! The tour guide was very Interesting too!
This place made my trip to Florida memorable. It exceeded my expectations, i loved it! I would highly recommend coming here. The price is affordable, the tour was fun, the alligator show was cool and the food was tasty! Oh and the bathrooms were clean.
What an adventure,, we had a fantastic day and saw loads of crocodiles the tour guide was very entertaining and gave us all the history of the area and told us all about the crocodiles and other creatures in the area.. it was 1 of the highlights of my holiday. I would go again. You get to see a show and hold a baby crocodile afterwards .. well worth a visit.. good value too
Very interesting. A little confusing at first. Doesnt offer much to look at while waiting. I enjoyed the airboat ride and the information from the guide. I also enjoyed the variety of animals at the end.
A fantastic air boat ride with very knowledgeable guides. We saw a lot of the animals living in Everglades. Only we are not fund of the gator shows which is why this is not a 5 star rating. We like to see the animals in their natural habitat not in shows. So we left without seeing that
Lovely place for airboat ride and alligator shows, well worth the money!
We went there with a group of friends during Xmass break. It was the last day of our trip to Miami and we wanted to see some alligators before we leave. It was a fun experience for first timers but I wouldnt go again. The boat ride was Okay. It was about 15 minutes. We saw a couple of gators resting under the sun (not in the water) during the boat ride. There was a 15-minute show by one of the staff featuring a couple of small alligators and crocodiles and giving us some info about them. At some point he brought in a big alligator and played around with it for a couple of minutes. That was pretty much it. The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humor.I would say it was a bit overpriced. 10 bucks would have been enough for the whole experience. Apparently tickets are cheaper online, 20 instead of 25 at the gate.I just realized that Miami zoo is the same price and you can see alligator and crocodiles as well as lots of other animals there.
Great place to see. Ticket was around $30 for adult for air boat ride. It was really hot during our trip, so if you visit it on hot day definitely grab some drinks.
We went for an airboat tour and absolutely loved it.We ordered a private tour which is 1h length + 25 min alligator show. So we did not have to wait in line, if you are going for a group tour you will have to wait some mins I guess.Group tours is a bit shorter.Beautiful views, but we only seen 2 alligators. We were explained that during the summer time they all hide in the woods:)There is a souvenir shop as well. Bunch of stuff. If you are visiting Florida, airboat tour is our must visit!Enjoy the photos!
Great experience for the whole family. Highly recommend, the guide made the tour very fun and engaging. The show was very informative, too.
Fantastic day out, we hired a car to get here and it was well worth all the extras we ended up paying on that. We had an excellent tour guide who had a peculiar name, but was very informative and funny, he took us on the big air boat around the Everglades and introduced us to all the alligators. We then had a show which again was very funny and informative, I would definitely do this tour again if we came back to Miami. So cool.
We enjoyed the entire experience. The boat ride was just long enough (around 45 minutes), an informative and fun show for the entire family afterward, and lots of opportunities for photos. We were also pleasantly surprised we could bring our drinks on the boat and there was a nice area for a picnic lunch. I would recommend!
We went with a large group in early June, not knowing what to expect, but certainly hoping for the best.Make this a part of your itinerary immediately - the park is incredible, the Gator Park facility is easy to find, theIr staff is gracious, super helpful and happy to share their knowledge of the park and area’s history. When we were there, the owner greeted us, made us feel really welcome and was hands-on and getting her situated. The day was amazing and a highlight of our South Florida experience.
