Its a Miami MUST! You have to visit both day and night, daytime you can find mostly elder people to play domino and chess and authentic souvenirs to buy, nighttime latin music comes out of the restaurants, and a lots of people strolling on the street. Beautiful old-timer theater, a Cuban walk of fame, authentic ice cream shop and an American glassed barbershop with the downtown skyscrapers in the background. It was an unbelievable experience to us!
My neighborhood, where I was raised. I live just a little bit further north now but this is an iconic location. Better place to visit than to love in, due to the crime (I lived there 25 years), but the culture is authentic, and the best Cuban food in America!
Great cozy tourist atmosphere. The Latino community is very few and have lots of good places to eat and visit:
Find a cheap place to park go walk around. Its much better than driving by. Dont go too late as it starts to look kind of sketchy.
Its not packed.
Love this area being living here for 50 years is amazing walking around here highly recommended for any tourist coming to little Havana
Have to go! Great coffee and places to visit with history and character
Very touristy place with lots of restaurants, cafes, night life. Hard to find parking, best to have someone drive you there.
The night is dangerous
