They check your purse for candy to make sure you don’t take your mask off, I Told the guy I need it in case my sugar drop and he tells me he don’t care it’s policy, and they stand over you in that little place just to make sure you keep your mask on. If you’re going to stand over me might as well close the place down

After landing at Miami airport, me and my wife stopped at Magic City on our way to the Keys. We only planned to drop $100 each,, but instead she hit for $950 on the buffaloes and I hit for another $650 and within an hour and a half we were gone heading to islamorada with a fresh $1,500 in our pockets, which pretty much paid for our stay in the Keys. Every time we fly into Miami we always take a trip to Magic City casino. Its always fun win or lose.

I really like it b4 but I know they had to close some machines but some of the best ones were closed the Wolf with the moon and coyote game and bees wete what everyone played i know this because I went a lot and there was always a wait for these and that had games for players on certain days that r gone at least casino miami kept these games open etc so i stopped going o well Im saving 600$ a month

First time was a success. Really amazing because its smoke free!

Great place to gamble and have a nice time. Social Distancing Protocols are strictly followed by their staff since the moment you walk in.Hopefully the hours of operations can be extended once current curfew is lifted. As a patron, I give them 5 stars and wish them to keep up the good work.

Worst casino I’ve been to. Not much there. The Roullete is rigged. I’ve been there once earlier this year and 2 times in the past couple of weeks. lost another $15,000. My last trip it only took 10 minutes to lose. Not fun when they don’t let you win a little first before taking it all. At least the Seminole casinos let you have some fun. The slots rarely pay also. Stay away! I’m never playing here again!

Not a big casino person but surprise by this place. Had a fun time but they could use a good cleaning. Games and slots were fun though.

Avoid it if you can!Small and dingy place and I hear the machines are crazy tight!I Once stopped off there during a rush hour traffic stop and I requested a Pepsi from one of the cocktail waitress.To my surprise I was charged for it!At other casinos I visited with friends, they give the sodas away gratis!And I was also told that smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited in the casino and you have to go outside to do that.I really dont think my shadow will darken the steps of that place again.

Nice people good games but did not have Black Jack tables or Mississippi Studs.

Went for the hamburger bash party. $50 tickets but completely worth it. Was crowded in the beginning but slowed down once everyone was getting full. Tons of options for burgers, pies, and even more choices for drinks. The music was awesome.

I lost. Do ove from Port st lucie because I read they had good payouts, but I lost $200 in about 20 minutes playing conservative. Wasted four hours of driving.

Fun casino making old folks feel young again. There is always something going on here. On Saturday there was a Croquetapalooza!! A bit hot to have it directly behind the dog stands but so much fun.

Fun time in a fun place - this location used to have a dog racing track (thankfully that has closed down). In that area there is now a concert area that is really nice. It’s outdoors with covered seating which is awesome too.Food is yummy and there are several options. Food trucks get invited to the venue as well so there’s always something new.

There used to be an amazing dog track and flea market here several years ago. Theres lots of slot machines here to choose from which is awesome. I had a great time here with my family so I recommend it for sure!

First time visit to see the play at Jai Alai. Met up with some friends. Had a good time and enjoyed watch the play. The play was competitive and fun. Sure, its not what Jai Alai use to be.... its still enjoyable.

We recently went for an outdoor concert there. I was disappointed in the quality of their sound system. We could not understand a single word spoken by the musicians and when they sang, it was okay but not clear or loud enough. I was hoping to attend other concerts at this location - they bring in a lot of acts from the past. But based on this experience, I dont intend to return. Pros: The seating was comfortable. There were snacks for purchase. We didnt go to the casino part but the bathrooms were clean and amply supplied. We were seated in section 208, the left side of the stage. BTW, it IS covered seating so when it rained we stayed dry. Some of the seats directly in front of the stage are not covered and those folks got wet. FYI

I went to Magic City Casino for a Toots and the Maytals concert. I think the venue was completely overpriced. It’s pretty small, and not in the best part of town. Parking was decent though and their drinks are also decent.

Winner winner chicken dinner! My son and I were visiting from Grand Rapids Michigan and had a great time here! Walking with Tony Brooks and I think we each left with close to a hundred! The staff was great and is a clean spot to hang out.

Had a great time here. Was a little concerned about a possible language barrier when we first entered as we are English only. They are quick to goget employees that can assist in signing up for the players club and ordering food, etc. if you dont speak Spanish. We played a couple hours and walked out ahead so this visit was a complete success!! Lol The concession food and the base were both very cheep and of good quality. Not a single thing we could complain over!!

The bands are amazing! The DJ plays great music! So much fun, dont be fool by the older people, they have more energy than any group of people Ive seen! Enjoy!

The casino its an ok place, no a single good restaurant in it,they have a small cafeteria where a lot of people gather whenever there is a show going on its almost impossible to order anything. They also still have a big space open where the dogs used to race with a small place for sitting and watch a show but no roof they need to build a theater for more people cover and maybe some shops or restaurants so they can bring bigger crowds and more shows. The casino is good specially its clean because theres not smoking aloud.

Was hanging out in the parking lot and had a valet driver speed through the parking lot and fully accelerate into me and a group of my friends. After approaching the vehicle, got told by security guards that we were trespassed and had to leave for the night. SUPER LUCKY we did not call REAL police officers. AVOID at all costs.

Very interesting location for a casino. I came with a couple of friends because they said the poker rooms here were one of the best in South Florida. Ill definitely be coming back soon.

Played, drank and ate, about 5.5 hours and left with what we came with. They have an awesome Cuban sandwich and incredible empanadas! Will go back next time we are down that way.

Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Why doesn’t anyone regulate these crooks? By law the poker machines have to pay out 51%, yet nobody ever wins. Played Jacks or Better and lost 38 hands in a row, statistically that would be greater than 30,000-1. This happens all the time Lose every single time and the staff is rude and unfriendly.

The reimbursement service is horrible. 1st time in my life visiting from Chicago. Enjoyed the car show but when I tried to play kitty kitten slot machine. It swallowed my $20 dollar bill and did not give me the credit. When I brought to service. He accused me of not telling the truth....shame on you...my parents raised me right. Left me there for over 30 minutes waiting for you....keep the $20 magic city...you need it more than I do!!!!

Went to see Air Supply. The concert was amazing! The seats were comfortable and since the weather was perfect, it was really nice enjoying the concert outside. Personnel were pleasant and helpful.

We had a great time, at the all you can eat brunch buffet. The selections were very delicious with live music playing Latin jazz. They also had a dessert bar with all sorts of treats. Highly recommended.

Last time I was here was for a Peter Fernandez concert which was great went to take my mom out because she was climbing the walls already.Came armed with disinfeectant and hand wipes played gold bowl game chi neese hit an awesome jackpot then played another game and hit another awesome jackpot!

Magic City has one of the better poker rooms in South Florida. Jackie at the Poker Room is Amazing!! She not only remembers just about every players name, but is very kind and sweet. Best poker hostess there is in any card room.

Last night we went to see Smokey Robinson at the Magic City Casino.First we had to eat and chose their $17 weekend buffet which serves an “International” menu on Saturday nights. Horrible. Vegetables cold, unlabeled salad dressings, no greens except for wilted romaine leaves. Meat dry and tasteless. We should have ate at the food trucks outside.We routinely go to the Calder Casino buffet to eat which is nothing short of fabulous.Smokey put on a great show and we were right up in front, not more than 15 ft from him. The lighting was awful. I should have had my friend Steve flown in from California to do the lighting. They did not put a spot on Smokey so he was as dark as us in the audience. Behind him was the jumbotron screen where the lighting was digitally enhanced to look normal.The casino is right next to the Miami airport so a jet was passing low directly over the concert every 2-3 minutes for the duration.That was not helpful.

So disapointed with Florida casinos.

I will review only the poker room, since its the only game I play, in my opinion it is the best poker atmosphere in all of South Florida. Great game selection and good tables. Dealers and managers are all pros and the establishment runs good. Staff is friendly and polite.

A very small casino.. Smoking is not allowed inside.. There is no free drinks. Cannot carry a bagpack. Computer blackjack tables. U win less and the house will always win.

I had fun, the place was really clean, they also have designated smoking areas, meaning that is prohibited to smoke inside the building which is awesome since my lady and I usually dont go to places where smoking is allowed inside. I will start to go more often for sure since I also had luck and walled out with almost a thousand dollars on the slots machines. So 5 stars.

Lots to do and food options well concessions

It was good to spend some time there, but as usual we lost some money too.

Gambling in this place is a not worth the time and money . It used to be my favorite place 4 years ago, but not anymore.

The food was so well seasoned. The buffet was not the warehouse size in many casinos; however, the plus to fewer selections is that all of the food was so delicious. I didnt walk around in a maze trying to figure out what to choose and be disappointed at some selections. Seriously, all of my selections were scrumptious.
