Great park for kids, lots of spaces for picnic with tables and a little roof (so you dont get wet when rain surprises you); and a nice playground with rubber ground. Amazing view of the ocean too, and gladly (thinking of kids) its fenced on the edge of the water (so, no kids falling to the sea!) Also has a place to play basketball. Only downside is that is hasnt got too many parking spaces and the sidewalks outside the park are in very bad condition, hard to walk there with a stroller.

This was a beautiful, uphill hike that my son and I went on. Going up the easy way, Its uphill to the top and can be a challenge for a first timer like me. The weather was a typical day in May in California but warm enough to produce a nice sweat.

Update, they just ruined the park by putting up a chain link fence on the sea wall, right in front of the benches facing the sea. They ruined the view, no one wants to look at the sea through a chain link fence! Hopefully it is temporary and there is some logical reason for it, even if it seems otherwise. They also cut down all the papaya and lemon trees. ---The park has lots of tree cover from old giant trees and lots of shaded sitting and picnic areas. It is right on the ocean too, so there is a nice sea breeze. They have a basketball court, swings, two playgrounds one for tiny kids, grills, a cool exercise area with about ten machines, and a super nice view. It was kept very clean too. So nice to sit on a bench in the shade and enjoy the sea breeze!

We love this local Park situated near the entrance to Key Biscayne and North Coconut Grove. The park stretches down to Biscayne Bay, with beautiful views. It is a great place for outside entertainment, get-togethers and exercise. The water-fountain at the park entrance has the coldest drinking water around, much appreciated by many cyclists and runners.

This park on the bay, with a view of the city skyline, is a small open green area popular with bikers, runners and picnickers for the free parking, amazing view, and laid-back atmosphere. This neighborhood park isn’t as bustling with activity as some of the bigger ones, but it still has amenities aplenty: two basketball courts (with an ocean view) and a small outdoor gym. Alice Wainwright Park is a 28-acre (11 ha) waterfront park and nature preserve located in northern Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida, U.S.A., on the southern border of Brickell. It is named for Alice C. Wainwright, who was the first female elected to serve on the City of Miami Commission

I own this part is located by the water and is well-kept. There are basketball courts, a playground, a picnic area, and also benches located right next to the water. Its a very nice calm and relaxing place that she can take the family or even play basketball. One downside even though it does not take away from the park or five stars is there is limited parking. Mens and womens bathrooms are located on the premises. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to relax right next to the water in Miami.

Nice place to sit and look at the ocean. The signage is misleading as it suggests no bathrooms - this park does have a restroom! The only downside is that there is no sidewalk or clear path to the ocean so it was a bit challenging to get down with a stroller. Note that there’s no beach per se or even access to water - you can only look at it.

You can walk right out to the waters edge here to the sea wall. It is fence to protect children and pets. But you can work walk north and its open. My favorite space is over by the water its amazing place to have a picnic or do a spoken word poetry Jam I love all the orange pine needles on the ground that has a very peaceful energy. Its a great place to come be calm. Of course on the upper level and has basketball and swings and bathrooms in a water fountain.

This is a nice park but parking is not well organized. It’s not a busy park though and there’s a good playground as well as first come first serve covered picnic areas where local families often host children’s birthday parties. It’s on the bay so you get a nice water view and essential breeze. There’s also a forested area which is nice to walk in too.

Hidden gem of a park in Miami. Has everything you need, bathroom, shelters, basketball, gorgeous views. Would be 5 stars If there were some kind of regulation on people going at dawn on the weekend to save all the tables under the shelter for their kids birthday party. Then they save it all day by putting table cloths and leaving one person there. It’s not fair and not what it’s for. This happens just about every weekend. Otherwise a great park to hang out.
