The items here are absolutely fantastic because they are set at a great price with quality manufacturing. They have home good items for every room in the house with a wide variety for every style!

I’ve been here a few times and the 4 times that I have come I have asked for help. Each time I the individual I have asked knows exactly what I need and what I am talking about. They were all knowledgeable with what I needed and also what would work best for that particular project.

Accompanied a friend, great for students in the area. The nice girl with the short hair went through my friends supply list, made recommendations and was so kind. They didnt have a big enough watercolor area with the paper I wanted but they had great customer service.

I’m sorry to say this store has lost my business. Last weekend, I attended an event at the store designed to promote some new paints they had in stock. While there, the instructor spilled paint on my clothes, ruining them. I asked for reimbursement or store credit to cover the cost of replacing the clothes but was refused by staff. For context, I spent $250 at this store in the last month alone. The amount I requested to be reimbursed was less than 1/5 of what Id spent. No apology was offered and the manager would not even speak with me that day. (I stopped by in-person yesterday to try one more time, however the manager was out.) As a result, I feel like individual customers dont matter here. Its a pity. I was really excited to have an art store located so close to me. But why should I continue to support a local business that doesnt support me? Although its further away, Ill return to the Artist & Craftsman Supply in Little Havana where I know Im a valued customer.

Id arts is the premiere place local artist go for supplies. They have the best selection of spray cans and colors in all Miami.

This was my first time stopping by this art supply store yesterday. Ivan was the one that help me. He was wonderful. One of the one4all coloring pen ink was running. The next day I took it back to exchange it and the lady that helped me said that the pen was fine. I could see that she clearly didn’t want to help me. She sat the pen on the counter and told this young lady by the name of Isabel to help me. Isabel was wonderful. She help me pick out a couple more colors. When I was leaving the lady that first help me didn’t want to look at me or say goodbye. So I said good bye to her and she did acknowledge but had a hard time looking at me. I believe she thought I was trying to get something for free or maybe she have a problem with the way I look.

This place is okay. Not the best but its okay. The prices are slightly higher than other art supply shop i also buy from. They custom frame in this place and have what Is needed for the various methods of drawing painting sculpting and more. The staff can be a little more friendly and the shop could benefit from a younger artist presence like in the other places. I guess it will make the place a more welcoming and happier place.

Great store to get architectural supplies. We went into the store with the list of supplies which were needed for class the the lady working inside helped us to find everything and offered plenty of suggestions on what will be best to meet our needs. Additionally when we checked out we were informed there’s a special 10% discount for students and we just needed to show our student ID. Will defiantly return here again throughout the semester for future needs.

All the art materials youd need if you are beginner thru expert. Offers a wide selection of products for fair pricing (especially if you need it same day).

The bigoted staff and limited selection of supplies make this place a no go for artists. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

Visited the store regarding a mirror frame, salesperson was not much knowledgeable. Focus of the store is art supplies such as easels, paints and brushes.

They have almost anything I ever need. Great selections. Staff is not the most helpful though, they are always quite busy, so you would be better off googleing everything you need and then just asking for it here.
