Very clean and organized everything looks new the owner Carlos is very knowledgeable on the subject is very willing to help with everything you need for your saltwater aquarium. When you want a fish he will gladly order for you and he will quarantine the fish when it gets delivered to make sure the fish does not have any illnesses or diseases that can hurt your aquarium!

Staff are very friendly and teach you more than just selling you stuff like other stores.

Recently found this reef shop. All the coral is healthy looking and they have a really big selection from all price ranges. I was in there today and had a bunch of questions and the guy working spent a long time with me answering and giving advice. It’s nice to be able to talk to someone who can give you feedback and advice without making you feel stupid for asking even the most basic questions in this hobby. Wow where do I start this place has been nothing but amazing! Great customer service especially Ron and Carlos, they’ve also got great prices been going there for the past year or so now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else took my mom to check it out few weeks ago and she couldn’t stop saying how clean and well taken care of everything was !

Great selection of livestock and good prices. My only recommendation for them would be to dip their corals before they bag them and hand them over. Most of the local shops in my area do this.

We are very impressed with the quality, and amount of selections in stock at VIP Reef Aquarium. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of the fish, corals, chemicals, and equipment. We use to visit many aquarium shops, but VIP always had such a big selection we dont Coral Hop any longer. You must visit here at least 1 time to see this for yourself! I forgot to mention the prices are really good also!

After 20 plus years I decided to get back into the saltwater aquariums hobby. I knew a lot has changed in the past 20 years so I needed to find someone in the saltwater aquarium business that I could trust.Before I would buy my first saltwater aquarium I would have to study up on the latest and greatest and learn the hobby all over again.I was lucky to find VIP Reef. The owner and his staff are the greatest. If youre looking for a place that you can trust and wont get ripped off and have knowledgeable people that you can talk to, well look no further than VIP Reef.Originally I started with 4 bio cubes 30 gallons each. Now I have upgraded to a 275 gallon aquarium. I did all this within two years and with the expert help and advice from VIP Reef. If you want some example here are few. I wanted to purchase all the supporting equipment and the 275 gal aquarium at the same time. Some of the items I had picked for the aquarium was on the expensive side. The staff at VIP Reef advised me not to purchase some of the items I had chosen. Some of the other equipment was the top of the line and very expensive. I was given other alternatives that worked out better and saved me money. Over the same two years I want to buy some collector saltwater fish and I was advised not to for one good reason or another. Their suggestion was same for the live coral that I had purchased or decided not to. As of today my saltwater aquarium is doing fantastic. I like to say thank you too all of my friends at VIP Reef. Without there expert advise and hospitality, I would not be able to accomplish all that I did without the help of VIP Reef.

Very understaffed you have to wait 30-45 mins just to be attended to. Fish are not of the best quality I would say they last 2 weeks tops. This place used to be decent but has become very low-end. I’ve witnessed and experienced the haggling of customers to buy. They basically make it known it’s not okay to just come in for water and supplies. Also there’s always a guy in there with no shirt on very uncomfortable and unprofessional. To say the least this place is probably very lucky there isn’t another salt water aquarium store for 20 miles.

Five years ago I was totally new to Salt Water Aquariums. I went to many stores and finally decided to build my 250 gallon tank with VIP Reef. I knew nothing about caring for corals or fish. However, VIP reef had the knowledge and patience to help me set up and maintain a beautiful reef tank. If you are thinking of saltwater fish or corals this is your place.

The staff at VIP is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have everything that you need to build a successful aquarium. Once your aquarium is ready, there is a variety of fish and corals available at VIP. They offer salt and fresh water for your water changes as well as cleaning service and aquarium installations.
