This place is a poor excuse for a reptile store. Tarantulas inappropriately housed. Reptile care is not even bare minimum. They had a bearded dragon rooming with a tortoise. Inappropriate lighting, heat and UVB for everyone. Their hopper mouse had a severe URI. Just awful. Their pricepoint does not match their care AT ALL. Drive further south and check out XYZ Reptiles instead.

The new management really has done a great job. Very helpful and good inventory. Prices are good and they can offer great advice. A top competitor in the area

Lovey stored!! Got help with my fish and reptile food related questions with ease. An employee named Carlos helped me out the other day with buying my turtles. I love them very much and he seemed very knowledgeable. 10/10 would go to exotic pets again

Excellent customer service. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Alex, hes the best! We love him. Hes very helpful and gives great pointers and advise. Silbi also gives us great advice and pointers.

This store broke my heart. All animals are improperly cared for. Some have MBD. Some can’t even walk and drag themselves. This is a poor excuse of a “exotic pet store” nothing exotic about seeing animals being tortured by their own environments and poor care. If I could rate -1000 stars I would because this place shouldn’t even be open.

Absolutely the best in town. Extremely helpful and attentive. They have everything you need and make you feel like family. I will never go anywhere else again!!!

Walked in and no one said hi to me. Alot of tanks that were empty, andof the ones that were stocked the fish had ich and the reptiles looked on the verge of death.

Not bad, not good. Needs some improvement or better stocking of fish. Place looks too big for its inventory.

I just recently bought my first tank with no idea whatsoever what to do with it. This business is right next to my barbershop so I went over and asked them if they can help guide me in the right direction. They took the initiative to come over and help me install my fish tank. They’re honest and will tell you what you need and what you don’t need. They’re also very knowledgeable and are happy to teach you about anything you may be wondering. They have a great variety of sea creatures, corals, and much more at very great prices. I go to their store almost every day just to look around at all the neat things they have . Look no further they are the best in town !

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I went here looking for a local place to get mealworms for my geckos and when I saw how ridiculously small some of the enclosures were I was already getting upset, then when I saw the leopard geckos enclosures with no hides I started feeling downright anger. What really broke me though was the geckos themselves. So many were so malnourished, there were quite a few with sick tail, and then I saw one that looked like it had mbd. What the actual hell? All of these things are due to neglect, they dont just happen!!!! I walked out of this store in tears because this broke my heart.
