Probably the best hookah lounge in Miami. Was here for a friends birthday and we all had a great time. The bar was filled with tourists and its a great place to make new friends.DJ was good, the dance floor is kind of small, but it also resonated with the overall carpet area of this property. The bar is surrounded with tarps to provide some rain protection.Overall good experience. Will visit again when back in Miami.

This place had $17 margaritas that were massive. Really nice and chill rooftop. The hand in the picture is for reference. We were there during the day so it was nice but I can see that could get very packed in the evening.

The atmosphere here gives you that sense of elegance. The DJ plays a nice variety of music. The waiters were very attentive taking the orders, and I love that they served it fast. The bouncers were very attentive as well, and the place wasnt crowded at all. It was a night well-splendid that I had from this club.

Wow!! Service, food, and vibe were all on point. Would recommend you try their seafood pasta, it was divine. Can’t wait to visit them again. Would highly recommend.

Good food, great drinks, good service. Only problem is I purchased a hookah with tequila for 55.00 instead of water and I wanted to move to the rooftop and they wanted me to pay 55.00 more to move my hookah upstairs. That’s ridiculous to me because I spent over 180.00 for food and drinks with a friend and I couldn’t finish my hookah upstairs .

Leo was our server and he was great! We happened to pick voodoo lounge to eat but they were just opening. Leo got us started with drinks let us know that the food would take a minute. He was totally fun.

Our server Leo was amazing!! The vibe and food was so nice especially during this social distancing times. Management really cares from being greeted to the yummy food!

I love voodoo came here for New Years. The food is great!! The sampler and grilled chicken was bomb as shxt. The party vibe is lit! Play majority rap and hip hop. Great vibe, has hookah, and good price drinks.

Five of us walked in to celebrate a birthday. We got a table upstairs. It seemed a little dirty but we didnt mind. But when we ordered, we were kept waiting for more than 30 minutes, and we just got 2 drinks out of 5. After another 15 minutes, the waiter came back and said he doesnt have some other drink we ordered, so we ordered something else. After another 30 minutes, still no drinks. We really regret waiting for so long, but cut our losses, paid for 2 drinks and walked off.The manager tried to apologize and explain the situation and also offer free hookah, but we were in no mood to stay in a place which made us wait over an hour for drinks. Mind you, the place wasnt even crowded at all.Is it really so hard just to serve a few drinks from the menu?

I like it here.The weekends are the best times come here, but even on a Tuesday night you can find this place jumping. It really just depends on who’s around in the area that wants to party.It can be a little expensive, I will admit.And there’s really nothing special about the rooftop. I’d suggest staying downstairs or out front where you’ll see everyone.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Of course it’s overpriced (the drink prices are for sure), but we had a group of 8 and got a table where we had to spend $300 total and that made it so simple. After food and drinks, and hookah for everyone we easily spent $300 and it was so easy to split the ticket evenly between 8 people. Our waitress was awesome and very helpful and let me just say those wings were GOOD!!!!

When we just came he was by our table 3 minutes later asking if we decided what to order. Why would you ask right after the clients came and didn’t have a chance to see the menu? We placed an order for cocktails, mozzarella sticks and hookah. When the waiter brought the watery cocktails, we wanted to ask how long will it take to fry the sticks, he left saying “let me bring the hookah first”. This is so impolite to interrupt and run away. He should have brought the cutlery before serving food. So we asked to confirm they were cooking the appetizer and added pasta to our order. They cooked these pitiable sticks for half an hour. Then he served pasta and we waited for the cutlery. There is no point to say that the food was of law quality. It’s a night club, not a restaurant. You shouldn’t expect it to be delicious. So the food had a “meh” taste. The most interesting part started when we asked for a bill and gave 2 cards to split the order. What could happen you might wonder? They returned only 1 card. They LOST the other one!!! What?!?!? When your flight was few hours later that evening and you didn’t have all your money. ?!?!? 20 minutes later they finally found it. We left the club. This waiter ran after us because they didn’t charge the cards?!?!? What did you do with them for so long????? You didn’t have time to charge it but you were able to lose it....... why did you return it all afterwards? To sum up, the price we paid for the “outstanding” service, food and drinks was the cherry on the cake. We spent $170 on 3 cocktails in plastics, 1 pasta with shells, mozzarella sticks and regular hookah. It is super overpriced and unreasonable. Such an awful experience. I would never-ever suggest anyone going there. Just stay away from this place. Save your money and time for something worth it! You pay and expect to spend good time, but all you get is this miserable and appalling experience... I should have read the reviews before going there.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. We paid to watch the Super Bowl Party as advertised, and the TVs were off. Management told us the TV’s weren’t broken, they simply weren’t turning them on by choice- weird business tactic.I would not recommend this place at all, save your money and go somewhere else.Also, management was either clueless or rude. I feel bad for the servers who had a crowd of angry customers who were deceived by this low scale venue.

Friendly service and tasty food

The outdoor seating is a good place for people watching. The fries were great! My dad lived in the Mediterranean for 13 years and he said they handled the hookah like pros. Everything seemed reasonably priced for South Beach: fries $8, hookah $30, Stella $7.

I had the worst experience here by a rude hostess on the rooftop. I had to ask multiple employees if I could speak to the manager regarding this issue and after 45 minutes she finally came up and gave me attitude. I frequently visit the MIA area and unfortunately will be telling my colleagues not to come here.

I like the new Level 1 bar on the ground floor they have live music every Monday and ladies night every Wednesday. Cool spot and if it gets to crowded they have a rooftop bar with views of the strip and beach

Beautiful terrace on Ocean Drive St, facing the sea. We serve you immense cocktail glass two for one. Place very passing since the terrace overlooks the sidewalk but its nice to look past people. Good choice of food but still a lot of frying. Prices are affordable.We tried the rooftop not twice. The DJ was really ordinary but we still dance a good party of the evening. People are not dancing here but smoking with these big pipes. We were the only ones to use the dance floor to our great happiness.

Customer service and management is horrible. I asked about hosting a party here. He told me someone would get back to me or maybe they won’t I said may I leave my number manager said no. Rude no customer service and drinks are all water with color in it. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time at all. I promise there are so many other places that you would have a better time at and spend less money and have better customer service.

My friends and I sat for hookah and drinks to do some people watching on Ocean Drive. Theres no real ambience here, other than the entertainment of passersby. Everything is reasonably priced, for South Beach, and its right in the middle of the action. Service was slow, but the street was chaotic so that wasnt really surprising. Overall, its good value if you want a drink amidst the fun.

Honestly the worst place on the strip! Came to celebrate a birthday and was beyond disappointed and turned off. I came all the way from Montreal. I hope JUSTICE enjoyed her automatic 20% gratuity, because she did absolutely nothing to to deserve it. No smile no eye contact, 25 plus minutes for our drinks . Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Also, if you have a table waiting for drinking, leaning in a couch in front of them for over 20 minutes isn’t the best idea. This all coming from a fellow service industry worker. Very sad. Just watched the superbowl there.no organisation at all 6 staff behind the bar only 1 serving.on the rooftop when booking tickets for superbowl it says 3 big screen tv’s but only 1 was working.loudmusic playing over tv commentary and when approach a staff member about it they are just rude and dont care.loads of people asking for refunds after paying alot of money and receiving poor service.would not recommend this place and wont be back.im sure quite afew other people will say the same

The service when we went was very slow. We got some food as well as hookah. The hookah was ok, nothing great, flavour was lacking. The server took my credit card when i sat down, without explaining that she was keeping it to keep the tab open. Then she messed up the billing by charging someone elses credit card to my bill, just pathetic and lack of attention to detail. We brought it to her attention about what she had done, there was no apology nothing. So yeh, i wouldnt recommend this place .

Its a hookah place, too but we arent smokers, and the bar area was unseen from the rooftop.The bill came to $46 and change, for only those two drinks, and we were there about an hour.Later we saw that other places DO list their drink prices and DO NOT charge hidden fees.We figured the drinks should have been about $10-12 - plus tip, so $46 was ridiculous to us with the unadvertised service fee included with the unlisted prices.. We just paid it and left. Maybe we should have followed the crowd somewhere else - and that service fee, unreal.Bc of the service fee, we did not tip here - and Im a former waiter, so I otherwise ALWAYS tip, but this was ridiculous.Chalk it up to experience points.. We made the best of it and walked around the beach area - free. We wont be back to that rooftop.

The drinks were good but this place is a MAJOR TOURIST TRAP! I was lied to about the 20% service charge and was told it was not the gratuity for my server but something separate and that the server doesnt get this. Turns out it was their gratuity and this is a Miami Beach scam some restaurant servers do. The servers should be honest and not try to fool tourists. The 20% service charge is the gratuity. Dont be fooled if they tell you it is not! Its a scam so you leave another 15-20% tip on top of the 20% service charge!

Visiting Miami, and tried to go get food, hookah, and a cocktail with my boyfriend. They said no backpacks are permitted, and my boyfriend had a backpack. Mind you, they have security checking bags! They are also RIGHT across from the beach, so people are going to have a backpack, or beach bag. Nevertheless, spoke with the manager about letting someone get in with a backpack 5 MINS, after we settled to sit outside. He said that backpack was smaller....moral of the story is, we are not accepted there!

Went on Monday and really enjoyed the music and the vibe. However it eventually got too crowded and hot that we had to leave. We had gotten in free and were told we could return for free too, but when we tried they asked for $10 each which was annoying. Id still recommend this place though.

Loved the rooftop bar setting, DJ, and Hookah. The lounge is in a great location that captures all South Beach has to offer. We were displeased with the server named Diana. She was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service etiquette . She basically told our party that if we were not intending to spend over $100, that she would not serve us. =( The security guard had to go and inform her that we were ordering food, hookah and drinks. To our surprise she returned and served us. We had such a great experience the night before with the server Martin, that we stayed! There was also, miscommunication at the front door. We were told that ladies were receiving free drinks until 12, which was not the case once we paid to get in and got to the bar.

Watch out for your credit card when handing it to a waiter or waitress !!Went there with a buddy of mine late Evening, ordered drinks, some food and hookah, waitress asked to keep my credit card as I opened a tab. When it was time to pay the bill waitress gave me back my Credit card and I signed the receipt. We left around 1 am. I woke up in the morning to multiple messages from chase ( my credit card company) asking me if I authorized transactions on Venmo and finally a message from Chase saying that they canceled my CC due to suspicious activity and that I need to call them ASAP. Panicking I verified that indeed my credit card was with me. I don’t have a Venmo account. I logged onto my CC and I saw 5 transactions that occurred after I paid my bill at 1 am for a total of $485.00. Thank God chase canceled my CC before more damage was done. I don’t have a Venmo account. I called Venmo and they said there was no way of tracking who’s account my CC was used on. Apparently they have no system to verify identity and anyone can input any credit card info into their account. My best guess is that while my credit card was being held at Voodoo lounge while my tab was open someone took a photo of it or imputed the number, exp date and security code into their Venmo account. I went back to Voodoo lounge with all my info but of course I could not prove anything since Venmo has no way of tracking what account my card was used on. The manager was polite and sympathetic but basically was like tough luck call your credit card company and get your $$$ back! I am surprised that this would happen at a seemingly legitimate business ( I mean it’s not like I walked into a hole in the wall in some sketchy area) anyhow be mindful when handing out your CC that’s all.

We went for this place just because they had a hookah with fruit on it. We ordered and enjoyed for a while but at the same time the people were not friendly sitting over there. Very pricey not worth the time and experience. I think servers were more into letting the customer come, leave some tips and leave fast. They should not serve the hookah if they don’t want their customers to come and go quick. Its hookah u have to sit back enjoy and have some fun guys.

This was the last spot my girlfriends and I went to before ending our epic Miami girls getaway and this spot DID NOT disappoint at all. From the rooftop, to the DJ (was great) and the managers that kept the area secure while everyone had a great time, was excellent! Hands down this spot is dope. Our server did all he could to convey to the kitchen a food allergy and unfortunately it was not communicated with me that the food wasn’t avoidable. The manager showed little to no remorse when I began to have an allergic reaction. The meal was compt but that was all. He did not ask how I was feeling or if there was anything her could do to make my experience better. I was highly disappointed with the managerial response to serving a patron a dish with a known allergen. This could have gone way worse than it did had I not paid attention to my meal. Our server however was nice and asked everything that he could to maintain our patronage unfortunately his attempts were denied. And to top it all off an additional 20% gratuity was automatically Added to my hookah tab. Shame poor customer service on behalf of the manager.

Its definitely a more urban club, i loved seeing a bunch of POC. Hiphop, trap, club bangers, a little dancehall, geared towards the 19 - 30 age group. females free and $10 after like 2:30, 3am. the wings are so good and so are the sauces! 2 house house tequila shots were disgusting and $14 EACH. downstairs is a shoebox and upstairs is nice and tranquil but the music isnt as loud on the rooftop. if you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs PLEASE be careful the stairs are kind of steep, there isnt an elevator, and the only bathroom is on the first floor.one waiter tried to scam us when i said i was visiting for my birthday saying hookah only comes with vip to get us to spend $150 smh. Hookah is $30 and you dont need to buy a table.

This is a good hip hop venue/lounge on Ocean Drive. Its free entry and affordable hookah prices. The drinks are a little pricey though. Comfortable seating available. Open late and they serve food. I go here often to relax after work. Have ids ready.

So check this out. We come here for a drink and a hookah, they overcharge us for both, take out cards and disappear. I mean, it’s been 45 minutes Plus and they are gone! Are we gonna get our cards back?! I hope so! But don’t go there. Just don’t!!!

Bad experience with a promotion they had online it was a scam they advertise a special for a Premium bottle it did not state no Hennessy. I I tried to get a bottle and was denied I’m very disappointed.....

We were lured up with the hopes of finding a unique bar overlooking the beach and some nice drinks. Like many other places on the strip, they feature a 2-for-1 deal that sounds great until you realize that its $35 for two drinks plus an automatic gratuity charge. We were tired and didnt want to be rude so we went along and ordered two drinks- the frozen one, I think called a Miami Vice (?) was tasty, but the other was awful. The food or other drinks there might be alright but I wont be returning to find out.

Great music and atmosphere. Loved the vodka based hookah. Only thing to look out for is when ordering a cocktail, a medium is a huge drinking bowl. I couldnt even finish it before i left. I suggest ordering a small cup.

Took 15 minutes to get greeted, the hookahs had no flavor - using quick lights instead of coconut coals. Took another 15 minutes to get an order of chips. The manager was rude and didnt want to hear anything that had to do with us. I dont know how downtown Miami is supposed to be but in California you treat people with respect .

My first time in Miami, and this was a cool spot. But if you are looking to dance, this is not the place. It is what it says it is...a lounge. You can smoke hookah, chill with friends and listen to the latest music. Nice view from the top of the roof.

Although its my favorite place to grab a hookah, the manager samantha is very bias. Caution. Emailing voodoo, or speaking to a owner doesnt help. Or so they think. Currently gathering my info to file a civil suite. Ive tried over and over to speak to the owner NANCY and still no answer as to why I cant be allowed inside when samantha is on the clock. Since August 2018 Ive made a complaint and no answer. Businesses like this that think they cant be touched is just hurting them in the long run. Now its February 9th 2019 and I have gotten kicked out. I run my own private business outside of Florida and havent been here in 2 months. This had gotten personal and now it calls for extra measures to be taken.

I was very disappointed in the service that was provided. The employees are intoxicated while serving customers, also very rude they added drinks to my order that we did not ask for and we did not drink. I ask the server to take the drink off since we did not order it nor drink it and she said she can’t do anything about it. I asked for the manager and he stated they can’t remove the drink, I advise him we did not order it he stated it was impossible they the server brought the wrong drink. The managed stated we had to pay for something we did not order nor drink....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.....All of the employees were intoxicated and its really uncomfortable when they are not listening to your order and get it wrong Because they will not fix it...if I could put 0 stars I would....PLEASE GET NEW STAFF

Nice location. But a 2 dollar tax on a 7 dollar beer. Looked it up. The tax is not high enough to be 2 dollars on top of base price(listed on menu in establishment on the bar). So the bartender either scammed me for an extra tip or she doesnt understand how much a 20 percent service fee is on 7 dollars. Its a $1.40max. Im a tourist but not an idiot. I get these places are pact sometimes and rude people dont tip, but thats basically business to overcharge on a drink clearly listed and lamented. Not the end of the world but wont be back.

The food was really good but the service was awful. We had to wait for the server to finish flirting with the waitress for about 15 minutes before they would bring us water. We had to go ask them to take our order. The whole staff looked annoyed everytime someone walked in. Good food, good music, AWFUL service.

Experienced this lounge 2 times for my best friends bridal party. We were kind of indecisive about going to this place from the reviews we were very iffy and now I can see why. We walked by voodoo at least 3 times for the night being approached by two girls that were literally screaming everyone free. this was very unattractive to us and if you ask me poor marketing. To top it off we couldn’t even hear what the girls were saying because the music from the club was so loud. We stood there for a few trying to figure out if we would go in or not but we were approached by a very beautiful girl she told us her name was Tatiyana and asked us what our plans was. this girl was absolutely stunning very friendly and definitely fit the Miami girl night look. She even danced with us. We were excited she was Very different from her peers that looked tired and barley spoke proper English. Being on ocean drive you will experience a lot of that! She told us about open bar and we were sold immediately. We ended up staying and enjoying the drinks and live Dj. The next day we decided to go back to brunch being that Tatiyana gave us such a wonderful experience the night before. When we arrived the next day we were greeted by a new door girl who of course spoke poor English and lacked Miami life enthusiasm. We requested to see Tatiyana but we were told she didn’t work that day. WE COULD TELL. The food server was “HORRIBLE” it took her forever to take our order and bring the drinks & food out. Terrible timing. I will not reccomend voodoo unless it’s for drinks, music, or Tatiyana!!!

Very expensive meal was just ok drinks are too expensive

If i could put 0 stars I would.We were told to seat ourselves by a bartender at the rooftop. When we seated ourselves and even ordered drinks and hookah a security guy came to tell us that there is a base charge to seat back there of $150.00 we explained that no one mentioned it and that we had already ordered. We were then told to just stay and pay for what we ordered.It took a little while to get the drinks but as soon as they came, there was a guy trying to seat with us, and we let him. After a while he got up and started pulling what looked like blue pills. He was looking at our drinks while playing with the pills and we just got very uncomfortable. I told my friend we should get out of there ASAP. Luckily we had paid for everything already so we got up fast and left. Had just a sip of the drinks and hookah, all was left there.This was very scary.

If your out for a good time while not wanting to spend too much, Voodoo is perfect. Tried the Kiwi hookah while having a few drinks, I would recommend possibly a strawberry or watermelon flavor instead of this one as it isnt very strong at all but it was still very enjoyable. Drinks were an experience, we had several 40 oz delicious margaritas before swapping to mojitos; these came out in a kids toy bucket like what you might see at the beach, spade and all! Everything was very enjoyable and the service was friendly.

We visited a lot of restaurants. This was hands down our best experience, great service and FOOD was so geeewwwwd. Definitely recommend. Shisha is great too (hookah)

Walking down South Beach we asked if could sit for drinks or did they only have food. The server said they had drinks 2for1. So we agreed to sit and have 2 drinks.We ordered 2 Miami Vice medium size. And we waited a while to get the two drinks and they were not even busy. Next thing we know our bill arrives for $85 (WOW) Each drink was $33 and $19 of service charge. No tip included and the bill was already at $85.At that point I asked the waiter which drinks were 2for1 in case I had ordered from some secret menu that didnt have the special running. But he said all of the menu was 2for1.So I contested the bill and he said he would call the manager.Its not like we had some ridiculous amount of drinks and food that he could have gotten confused.It was two drinks and its the same deal there for hours its not something new at the voodoo lounge so he knew that he was cheating me!So if youre a tourist or local watch out for these people look at your bill and make sure everything on your bill is correct. They are thiefs!

Prices are great. Customer service is great. I recommend you get the fish sandwich...get a lot of bang for your buck

Take it from a local. This is literally the best bar in South Beach. Happy hour has 2-4-1s and Karina makes the best tasting drinks on Ocean Drive. Great view, good music, friendly people.

Vibe was nice but these people are clearly out of their minds. Drinks were advertised as 2 for 1. Me and my husband got a Long Island and heniken. Still under the impression that drinks are 2 for 1. Got the check back and my total was 41.28! 41.28 for a Long Island and a beer? They added Anna 20% service charge . Do yourself a favor and keep on strolling past this place. Wasnt worth the time or money.

Stopped here for lunch today as tourist. There were very few people eating here (outdoors) which should have been first warning! Chicken on tacos was dry and cold, chicken sandwich was a wamed breaded chicken at best. $17 sandwhich didnt even come with fries. Could have gotten a way better meal at Burger King! Service was non-existent, place is a joke, overpriced, should have kept walking!!!

Great atmosphere friendly staff and great music. I went on a Wednesday and there were a lot of good looking people. They serve the best double apple hookah in California and its tabbacco free. They only downside is that there is no alcohol allowed inside but definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try a new place.
