My cousin lives here. The landlord is completely unlawful. I cannot believe the things that I have seen. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. You would regret living here.

Was raised in this park since 98, park has definitely gone down hill since the original owner Ron Robinson sold it! I am leaving this review because Ive tried to inquire about a trailer for rent or sale the past 6 times and the manager Danielle is never available, always an excuse about why she cant come to the door. Definitely needs management thats more consistent and cares about its people period!

This place is a dump. Dozens of stray cats. Grounds are infested with roaches, fleas, and bed bugs.

Its OK. Not the best of parks and Management/Owners are not reliable. But Tenets are very friendly and take care of each other and watch each others backs.

Chad the manager is a meth head. Do not stay here or Yucca Trailer Ranch
